Ya know, I'm reading these comments, and I love how everyone is saying electronic devices, but I could actually function and be okay without the internet, my XBOX, cell phone, iPod, and what not.
If I were to miss anything modern, I would probably have to say medications (I'd rather use my salve that I know works, compared to either going to a doctor and getting prescribed opium or something of the like, or getting cashed by a vendor for their "Miracle Elixir") and possibly certain clothing items. I enjoy my t-shirts and blue jeans, however, I do enjoy costuming as well, so I could manage. That and underwear x___x. I'd prefer a nice pair of panties, compared to like...what? 2-3 layers of underclothes?

Hmm, hard to say. Of ocurse i love all the good things of oour world, the pcs, tvs and cars and all of that. But i think i would love to life in a steampunk world.
And the three things i would try to get there would be: - some goggles (of course) -art material (paper, pencils, extra steel arms to hold the paper wink ) and an zeppelin or some airship like that. Its so much cooler to come to work with an stylish big an (also) slow zeppelin instead with an small car or bike..

Internet and some PC games. Medicines like Advil, NyQuil, cough drops, etc. (I get sick quite often, can you tell?) Modern hygiene products, including women-specific ones. Modern razors. The old ones are scary. D:

Digital cameras. Seriously, when I go on trips anywhere half the time I'm running about like a crack-addled squirrel taking photos of anything I find vaguely interesting looking. I'd be very sad if I actually had to THINK about what I was photographing.
Underwear that does not rearrange my organs.
And gluten-free muffin mix.

Like a lot of people, I'll have to say the Internet and Medicine.
The internet mostly because I have moved a lot, and it is the best way to keep in touch with all my friends. If it was the Victorian era...It would be very rare to have moved this much, so I could probably still go talk to everyone...
Medicine = YES.

In all honesty, I'd throw all these things away if I knew I could finally find that place I've always wanted to be. And that's the Victorian Era.
Welcome back Tok! Your new piccas on devart are really cute! whee

Your new piccas on devart are really cute! whee Oh why thank you! (and I think I would too....but first I'd have to move to my favorite place, so I could be near the people I want to talk with all the time)
