"I'm watching you, too Arachne. I will not hesitate to tie you up with vines."
Casaquilla nudged Arachne. "She's not joking. Don't let her appearance fool you; she isn't second in charge for no reason."
Sushi waved at Rosa. "Thank you!"
Faisca thought for a moment. "It would be nice to have someone to protect mama."
Night Star was at Faisca's side in an instant. "Be my daddy, too, Owlie!"

Arachne looked at Casaquilla, "She's a tough cookie that one."
Nite Owl felt a little overwhelmed. "You're mom takes good care of you and of herself, but I'll always protect you. All of you, anytime you need me." He looked at Gylden, his willpower was weakening. "I'm not your new daddy, but I plan to be around a long time and maybe....one day...But I won't live you. Either of you, any of you." He smiled back at their mother.

Faisca and Night Star grinned. "Okay!" Already bored with the situation they ran back into the water, giggling and splashing each other.
Gylden smiled. "Good answer."
Rosa cleared her throat. "I think it's time the little ones get ready to eat and head home."
Gylden nodded. "You're right, it's getting late. They'll catch a cold if they stay in any longer. Faisca, Night Star, Casaquilla and Sushi. It's time to leave."
Casaquilla gave her sister a quick embrace. "Until next time."
Sushi smiled at Liadin. "Let's play again soon, okay?"
The children left the water and shook the water off themselves. "Ready to go!"
Rosa moved to Sushi and put him on her back, carrying him quickly back home so she could put him back in the water. "See you there."
Gylden turned to Nite Owl. "You'll come see me again, won't you?" Casaquilla climbed onto Gylden's back; as was tradition.
"Of course he will. He's in love with you." She hissed. "Let's go, I'm hungry."
Gylden frowned and Faisca and Night Star giggled, lifting themselves into the air.

Yongnian pulled up Liadin onto his back as she nodded while Arachne defiantly decided to walk.
Nite Owl's face turned red, but he smiled. "Of course I will, to the ends of the earth. I mean the cats out of the bag now. Haven't you heard? I'm in love with you." He kissed her softly." Then turning his group home.

Gylden kissed him back and lifted herself into the air, flying away with Casaquilla on her back and Faisca and Night Star at her sides.END LOG 3.

Yongnian was watching Nite Owl trying to relax. "Nervous?" Nite Owl turned to glare at him. "Of course not." "Then why are you shaking?" Nite Owl stopped for a moment, "Okay I'm nervous. I've never been like this before. Never really loved someone like this before." Yongnian reclined and for a moment watched the sleeping babes. Arachne was finally dozing off after having fought sleep for well over an hour. Yongnian's eyes went back to Nite Owl. "You're lucky to find it. You're afraid aren't you?" "Yeah. I mean, she's got kids. What if something happens? If it doesn't work out, then those kids have to deal with that too. Is that fair?" "No, it's not fair but if you start thinking like that then you'll screw this up before you get started good." Nite Owl grimmaced, "Well, I better get going. I'm meeting her at that cave." He sighed, "I hate telling you that, but if there's an emergency you gotta know." "Believe me, I'm not coming there unless I'm forced to." Yongnian shivered. "Very funny." Nite Owl rolled his eyes and took to the sky on the way to the cave.

Gylden kissed the sleeping children's heads and left the room. She turned to Rosa and smiled. "I won't be too late. I'll be at the cave if you need me. Tell Night Star to shine if there's an emergency."
Rosa nodded and moved down the hallway; nothing else needed to be said.
Gylden walked out into the courtyard and unfolded her wings. She lifted herself into the air and made her way to the cave. Landing at the entrance, Gylden looked around for Nite Owl.

Nite Owl came out from the shadows of the cave. "I've been waiting for you." He kissed her gently. "Close your eyes I want to show you something."

"Long, Long Shall I Rue Thee...
Nite Owl lead her for a few minutes. "No peeking." He looked out at the scene to make sure it was ready. There was a blanket in the middle, with a picnic basket and candles all around. He looked up, this open part of the cave opened to the night stars. Everything was perfect. "Open your eyes." He hoped she'd like it.

Gylden opened her eyes and gasped at the scene before her. Tears welled up in her eyes and she wiped them away. "It's beautiful." She kissed him. "Thank you."

Gylden grinned and kissed him back just as hard. "Of course I do. You know I love you back, right?" She moved over to the blanket and sat down. "What's for dinner?"

Nite Owl sat down with her as he beamed, "It's...uhm Pasta." He looked guilty. "Fine! I can't cook so Arwen did it. She's like baking all the time and stuff."
