Robert noticed the coloration of the Pidgeot. The oddness of the colors and the numbered markings were like that on Max, his Snorelax and on the two pokemon, Vileplume and Gallade that the damned thief had. However, this was not the one he was after. Instead Robert plowed on past, keeping a firm grip on Abra. he wasn't going to chance losing another wild ally. And if this kid was on the side of the thief and tried to stop him, Robert would make him regret it.

Just ahead of where Robert passed by the guy he reappeared right in front of his path, holding out his hand as if to stop him from progressing further. "Not so fast, you're not getting by. the guy looked past behind Robert, "None of you are. Setting his eyes back on Robert he held out his other arm and the Pidgeotto landed on it.

Robert smirked lightly to the thug. "I'd say that's what you think, but soon you won't be able to do that much." Robert said before throwing out a finger towards the offending trainer. "Gaden, knock this trainer out with Psychic, full power." Robert called out. it was a very cheap shot, but if he could render the man unconcious, then there's be no one to give his pokemon orders. that, and he was already at the boiling point of his anger. However, he hoped Gaden wouldn't go overboard and turn the kid into a vegetable. He only wanted to KO the trainer, not kill him.

When Gaden used psychic a screen of light seemed to shimmer into existence before the mans extended hand that was held towards Robert as his eyes glowed a menacing blue. The moves seemed to not of hit the man as he flung the Pidgeotto off his other arm into the air, "Even if that had been successful, Ninety-One would still of attacked you full force."
