Thanks for the suggestions! ZephyrKnight: I definitely agree with you (that's a great idea) -- kinda made The Trading Post with that in mind, though. Feel free to post shop topics within that sub-forum (to everyone here!) -- it's for any in-game transaction-related threads. That includes shop-topics, services (weeding, gardening, etc.), wishlists and trades! wink TrackerTV: Yeah, good idea. Feel free to make one, if you'd like! Maybe we should get a sticky going for that sometime (soon)... Akai Rage: Thanks, yeah...I should change that. The topic called The Roost (not the explaining one) is more for relaxed chat...I can try and touch up the descriptions though. Good idea about the Wi-Fi sticky...I wonder if anyone made one in the Guides & Walkthroughs sub-forum. If there is one there, I can link to it from the trading forum (or this one). I'll check! I'm not saying this should happen right away but how about some pattern contests? And each contest could have a theme, like best clothes pattern, best ground pattern, umbrella, picture (for picture frame or flag), best hat, best wall, best rug, etc. The prizes can be either an Animal Crossing item/bells or Gaian item/gold (for those who don't have WiFi).

It says " All trades must be based on Animal Crossing: Wild World items and currency only. Trading Gaia currency for any other type of currency outside of Gaia Online is strictly prohibited by Gaia Online administrators, moderators and staff members, and can lead to the banning of your Gaia Online account." -- (sorry ethanpet113, Gaia doesn't allow the trading of any Gaian currency for anything outside of Gaia, so we can't do that)...thanks for the suggestions, though. And Sadara Everbrook, yeah, that's a great idea! The guild will definitely be having more contests as time passes (including the monthly official guild contests)...any and all guild members can feel free to add their own contests, as well, though. Pattern contests are definitely a great idea! 3nodding

well... i've been trying to find some decent turnip prices for weeks -- maybe have a sticky/subforum for us to post our high turnip prices? we can use it to post the prices, plus friend codes so that we can visit each other's towns to sell.

needlers: Yeah. It'd be nice if more people posted their turnip prices in the Towns Database sub-forum. A sticky might be nice...I've seen a couple of posts meant for sharing turnip prices, but maybe an official one in the sub-forum would be better? I like the idea...
I'll look into moving one of the turnip prices posts to that forum and stickying it, or making a new one/seeing if anyone else wants to...

Lady Jessie - if you want to invite more members, feel free to send them links to the guild's main page (or to use any of the signature banners in the guild FAQ sticky)...I like the idea, but maybe just PM a moderator/guild owner (specifically myself or Slim Satan, since he barely logs on as Blitzd anymore and supermotoxaustin doesn't visit too often) asking us to send out invitations to the friends you'd like us to invite? I don't want to over-crowd the main forum with too many stickies...
Maybe in a sub-forum? I like the idea...I'll look into it (which forum to use)...

Hmm, I think that we should make a sticky for Turnip Prices. Like, whenever someone in a town has a FREAKISHLY huge Turnip Selling Price, that person can get online and tell everyone and they can open up their town gates, maybe charge an entrance fee. That way, we can get some mega cash with turnips. biggrin It's possible to get 500+ bells, you know. :O

I still like Lady Jessie's idea for a guild member invite sticky as well. I'm just trying to figure out where to keep everything... Juda -- are there any threads that we can sticky for that? I think I've seen a couple in the past. That'd be great! And yep; we'll probably try and get a team of crew members together soon (since the guild has grown so much). I'll definitely look into it (I need to talk to the other two guild owners first, though). Thanks for the suggestions!

Make another section where everyone can post their friends list on. You never know if someone deletes you off their list, and that just makes them a spot you don't have any more. And if you change your friend list, add someone or take someone off, just click the edit button. There's over 700 members in this guild, no one has 700 friend slots. We all need to know who's friends with who.
