Matthias smiles to the girl and nods. "Certainly a better choice. Better to find someone you can spend time with and date rather than to depend on fickle crushes that may or may not pan out." he replied in return, as he leaned agianst a tree and looked over to Derek. Derek seemed to be getting left out of the conversation since he and Cas were pretty much going back and forth with thier own. Not that Matthias did't mind going on with Cas, but he didn't want to be rude to Derek.

Cas noticed that Derek was being left out too, and decided to shift the conversation. "So Derek, what's your story?" Cas leaned against a tree too. Imitating Matthias, just to bother him for fun, and smiled at him.

Derek shifted his attention to Cas, "Hmm, well I first met Yono here," He gestured to his Dusknoir, "Back when I was just starting out as a trainer. I grew up in Hearthome city, and I always loved to wander over to the Lost Tower by Solestic town. When I got my first Dusk Ball I knew exactly where I wanted to catch my first pokémon, so I went to the Lost Tower. During my exploration I came accross three pokémon. The first two, a Honchkrow and a Mismagius, seemed to be bullying a young Duskull. So I did the only thing a knew I could, I sprayed a Repel right in their face," Derek scratched the back of his head while Yono gave a slight chuckle, "As you can imagine, me and Duskull became fast friends and as such, he became my first pokémon. With that strange pile of rocks nearby, its not hard to guess how I caught Miraku here," He gestured to his Spiritomb then to Drifblim, "Fuwara was a kind Drifloon when I first met her, and after a short battle, she willingly joined me." Derek let out a quick sigh, "Well now that we've all shared our life stories and some tidbits here and there, what do we do?"

"That's a neat story." Cas said. "I've gathered all of my pokemon from around the world. My first was my Flygon, only it was a Trapinch then!" Cas was happy at the mention of her Flygon. "I don't know what we should do. I think we should put Matthias in charge! He seems to got the hang of things. But it's not a one person vote. What do you think Derek?" she asked.

Derek shrugged, "I don't really care, but I just hope that having a 'leader' of this group doesn't mean I cant do some solo work" Derek look over to Matthias, "So what do you say, oh fearless leader, do you accept your appointed position?"

"Yes, what say you? Are you to take the ultimate role, or take an easy ride down lazy lane?" Cas giggled. "Ah, I talk too much! But seriously, what do you wish?" Cas tilted her head to the side, and leaned her cheek against her fist as her elbow leaned against the tree.

Matthias chuckled lightly at the two. "That is fine by me. But don't think I'm going to do all of the work and let you both slack off. If you do I'll work you like houndooms." He teased as he pet the head of his Lucario. "Any easy rides are going to lead to failures or dead ends. During the day, we work and gather information from the other students on those who went missing. I'll try to get mr. looney for science to gather some info on the missing kids as well. Each night, we'll meet in my room and go over the data, then we'll head outside to scout the areas." he replied.

Cas laughed. Then, after the laughter subsided, she said, "Well I wouldn't want to be worked like a Houndoom, that's for sure! Don't worry, I don't slack off on anything!" Cas quit leaning on the tree. "I'll be sure to get in your room every night Matthias." she told him. "And I'll work hard to get information!" she added. Cas looked around with a skeptical look, then said, "Do you guys here that strange sound? It almost sounds like electricity."

Matthias quickly looked over to his Lucario, Dragonite and Gardevoir. "Girls, get ready. Gardevoir, Lucario, do either of you sense anything? Dragonite, use Dragon Dance and get yourself ready." Matthias spoke. The Dragonite began pumping herself up with energy as she spun around, using dracnic energy to energize her speed and attack power.

Cas threw a luxuryball and out came her Flygon. "Just in case it is electric pokemon, I'll have my Flygon here to be a big help!" Cas said. Just then, the electric noise could be heard even better now, almost as if the discharge was right next to them. But it sounded more like it was surrounding them, like it was all around them. "Wha-?" Cas said as she started to lean against the tree again. "I feel, so dizzy... Can't... stand." she said right before she collapsed on the floor. Before she passed out, she looked up at Matthias and said, "The sound... it makes my head feel... fuzzy..." then she was out like a light. And her Flygon returned to it's ball, almost forced.
ooc: The sound is supposed to effect all of us, so you guys should pass out too at the end of the short time you have to do whatever like I did. And your pokemon will automatically go in their pokeballs and return to you, they won't be lost.

The "weird" electric noise was Noah's new machine.He had gotten up a little bit after his outburst and he left into the woods to work on a machine he had been working on."Mmmmahhhhhh!!!!The machine works perfectly!!"Noah cackled.

[I was wondering if this was something you approval to...now I'll have to wait for the OOC stuff to get straightened out, or should I just have my Lucario and Dragonite destroy the machine?]

ooc: The story's not ending. It was just a way to get Noah into the story. And Derek, didn't you say that we could do whatever we wanted at the beginning?? And I think it would be a great idea to destroy the machine, that way I could wake up, and Noah could start interacting too!

As soon as he started to see Cas being affected by the machines, Robert wasted no time. "Magical Leaf! Aura Sphere! Dragon Breath!" Robert called out while he quickly moved to catch Cas in his arms. His pokemon would launch thier attacks with speed and ferocity at the machines before the waves forced them into the pokeballs. The waves would stop and Robert would turn his attention to the newcommer, though the voice was very familiar. "So, you're one of the people responsible for the missing students." Robert spoke bluntly.
