I make my own corsets. I have 4 of them and 2 more in the making. Here's some pictures: My prom corset; I have to take it in because I lost 30lbs.

How appropriate. I love corsets and my birthday is June 1st. It's like you gave me a birthday present and didn't even know.
Sadly I no longer own any. I got sick for a long while and got chunkified. I am thinking of starting waist training as a good follow along to weight loss though.
It's the balls.

Akonite bodices and bustiers are welcome to come and play here too. I was in Lane Bryant the other day and they have a new set in a Brown that's a laced-back vest and matching pants.... it would look amazing if I could find riding boots to fit my calves. I used to work there. Don't bother buying the corsets. Plz. They are ok for like...sexy time putting something on that is immediately going to be taken off, but not as a garment. It'll just fall apart.

Interstella Burst Akonite bodices and bustiers are welcome to come and play here too. I was in Lane Bryant the other day and they have a new set in a Brown that's a laced-back vest and matching pants.... it would look amazing if I could find riding boots to fit my calves. It'll just fall apart. I do not own any shape-wear without steel boning. What I did have has been either reboned or shuffled off to people who needed Halloween costumes.

Akonite- I just know from working there for a combined amount of 2 years that what you are going to spend vs quality is not worth it, if you are talking about the lingerie piece. If you are talking about the linen pantsuit with the vest....meh. Most of the career wear holds up ok, but the linen products tend to fall apart at the seems
