"Why can I enter the kitchen!?" She asked as she stood up from the floor. She pouted at the bunny, hearing the bell clang as the door opened made her more nervous. More costumers? she thought, her expression more doomed.
She glanced at the man who just entered. Her eyes widened as she saw Kuroi. "K-KUROI!?" she exclaimed, she covered her face with the tray.

Mikoto opened the door to the kitchen and stepped out. Crossing her arms and shifting her weight to one side, she pouted.
"She is a moe moe maid, Kuroi," Mikoto explained. "This is a moe moe cafe and yes, it's permanent."
The scientist stuck her tongue out at the man. Her bunny ears moved when she did.
"Got a problem with it?"

taichou, it is not my place to question my superiors but this is highly...strange for lack of a better term. do you intend to embarrass my friends like this Mikoto taichou?" his one eyelid was twitching, but his face was serious.

Mikoto put a finger on her chin, tapping lightly.
"Hmm, no," she replied. "Embarrassment isn't my intention. I'm simply bringing some of the joys of the Transient World to Seireitei so that she Shinigami may partake. Got it? Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a cafe to run."
Turning on the heels of her pumps, she walked a short distance.
"Circe-chan! Take the cake out and decorate it please!" she called out to her fukutaichou, then looked back to Kuroi. "Now, will you be ordering?"

Hitsugaya, who was not paying much attention to where he was heading, walked through the front door, instantly dropping the stack of papers that was in his arms. "What... the... hell... is... this!?!" His eyes were wide with terror and bewilderment. Everything was so.... well... he didn't have a word for it. He wasn't sure if he should take the time to pick up his papers, or, just turn around and run for it. He glanced towards Kuroi, trying to figure out how this poor soul ended up in this place; oh well, it wasn't time to worry about others, he had to get out of there before he was noticed. He quietly went to work, picking up his papers, hoping that they would go about their business as if he wasn't there.

"P-permanently!?" Her eye twitched. "I don't recall this shop to be permanent." she mumbled, sweat drop. "Neh Mikoto, can I cook kompeito for Ha-kun?" She asked, batting her eye lashes at the bunny.

"Yare yare!" Mikoto cooed. "If it isn't Hitsugaya-kun! Welcome to the Moe Moe Cafe! Come on in!"
The bunny girl scientist grinned at the two newcomers. Turning to Akino, she sighed.
"Fine, go cook. But I still expect you to be out here."

"Heh... I'd rather not..." The short shinigami replied nervously as he reached out, grasping for several papers that floated under a table. "My presence is quite accidental, I assure you." He did seem oddly afraid of being there.

Leaning down and picking up the paper Hitsugaya was reaching for, Mikoto looked at it.
"Paperwork?" she pouted, holding the sheet over her head. "Relax a little! You look wound up."

"Oi! Give that back!" Hitsugaya yelled as he jumped up, trying to grab at it. "I am not wound up, just stressed." He replied through gritted teeth. "Seriously, I need that. I am going to write to the Central forty-six to try to get my position back as a Captain." He jumped once again, trying to grab the papers from her grasp.

Saratobi decided his fukutaichou was right. He was disliked by all the other Taichou's because he just didn't know how to socialize or express emotions other then anger and depression. Upon her recommendation he decided to try the new tea house.
He walked in and got quite a shock. "What the..." Saratobi let the sentence trail off. He couldn't believe what they were wearing

Mikoto grinned impishly as she continued to wave the paper over the short shinigami's head.
"Stressed. Wound up. What's the difference?" she asked with a giggle. "I'm sure you'll be Hitsugaya-taichou again soon. For now, just chill. Have a snack and some tea."
Placing the sheet on the other stack, she took his by his hands and dragged him to a table.
"What will you be having?"
