Sarianne checked in, feeling quite tired.
Another day of paperwork, and I'll just about lose it. She wasn't old enough to hold a proper position, but she was given documents and other office-related objects to manage. She sat at her small desk and began filing.
Oh, today I'll meet the other state alchemists. I wonder who'll they be. They were scheduled to arrive in 1 hour, and she had to set everything up in order to welcome them.

Elysia was to meet her uncle soon, very soon. She, being a State Alchemist, was to meet at the Central Office in an hour. She wasn't the type to be late.
The alchemist arrived at the office a half-an-hour before the designated time. She was pretty good at being stealthy, so the other officers hardly noticed her heading down the hall.
Elysia wore a dark red turtleneck shirt with a black jacket over it, since it was sleeveless. To match, she had a black miniskirt and black, knee-high boots. It wasn't what she'd normally wore, but she had just come back from an assignment only a day ago. Which explained why her long black hair was put up in long pigtails.
She knocked on her Uncle's office door, hoping for an answer.

"finally, its that time of year again" said K'van as he sat outside the central library eating lunch. it was the time of the state alchemist test and, after failing two times, this is my lucky chance. "i will pass this time"

Mina hurriedly made her way to the Central Library. She had just gotten off the train and was carrying her trunk with her. (Yup, my charas always have a trunk O_o) She stopped in front and dropped her trunk. "Just made it," she said, panting. It would be her first day on the job, and she didn't want to be late.

Sarianne looked at the clock and sighed. It would take forever to file these documents. Her stomach suddenly started rumbling.
I need something to eat she thought as she left her desk and headed for the cafeteria. She picked up her lunch tray and ate it outside.
The weather doesn't seem to be changing. It's way too sunny, I wish it would rain sometime. Sarianne finished eating in a blink of an eye and went to Central Library to collect more the of documents she was assigned to.
This is such a pain! She went ahead ans saw a girl with a trunk. She looked like one of the state alchemists who were going to start working today. Sarianne approached her and greeted her.
"Welcome, you must be one of the state alchemists who are going to officially start to conduct their business", Sarianne said to Mina.

Elysia put her hands on her hips.
"Fine, don't answer the door," she said. She lifted her foot and kicked the door open to find the other officers staring at her.
"Ah, Elysia," said Roy, standing. "Come in."
"That's no way to greet your niece!" Elysia joked. The Mythical Alchemist embraced her uncle in a hug, making him groan.
The other officers snickered.
"Isn't today the State Alchemist test?" she said, pulling away. Roy nodded.

"oh sh*t" K'van said, getting up and spilling his imported sushi bento and sake. "im late!". He began to sprint up the stairs and down the corridors. as he got to Mustang's door, he was unable to hit the metaphorical breaks and slammed straight into the door. Getting up off the floor, he walked in and saw a bunch of military men and a young girl, no older than myself. "I am sorry im late. Dont worry. This test is On like Donkey Kong."

The officers all stared at the newcomer.
Elysia, on the other hand, walked over to him and said, "You're competing to be State Alchemist?"

Elysia crossed her arms over her chest and titled her head to the side, her pigtails dangling at the movement.
"Well then," she said. "I'll look forward to seeing you in the field."
Roy sighed.
