Aoshi's eyes widdened. Orphius suddenly slammed the blade against the wall. Aoshi started to crack on his face as he turned.
"AOSHI NOW COME BACK! THANKS TO YOU I'M SURE NOT GOING TO HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION SINCE I JUST STARTED!!!! YOU RUINED EVERYTHING!!!"
Aoshi stared in disbelief then looked down as if mixed emotions. Pieces of his face shattered onto the ground, "I hope you never sleep boy..." He said to Jon then vanished. Orphius's bangs fell in his face as he walked out of the meeting.

A vein popped on her head as she was annoyed at all the random ramblings. "Do you even notice that this is captain's meeting!?" She snapped out, glaring at Aoshi, Orphius and jon. "Mataku...please shut up before I burn you guys to ashes." She sat up straight then massaged her forehead.

(O_O) *jon got up and grabbed Orphius and dragged him back into the meeting and threw him into a chair* you never walk out of a meeting for nothing that is a sign of disrespect you stay for the whole meeting NO matter what got it *jon lit another cig and took a long drag on it*

Orphius looked at Jon, "....thank you...." He looked sadden, "I am acting like a child..." He looked down, "Please continue..."

Mikoto, too, was annoyed to say the least. Akino's speaking out brought a small smile on the scientists face. I bet she'd have a set of lungs on her if this was a daily thing for her, she thought.

Kira nodded, glancing from Aoi to Hitsugaya. "I do agree that a team should be stationed within Karakura..Hitsugaya-san, will you please assist Nakano-taichou in forming a team? I believe that you will be able to find the ones most suited.." He looked around the room to Orphius, giving a stern glare, before glancing to everyone to keep their attention on him. "Another reason for this meeting will be given by Hibiki-taichou." He looked to Mikoto, nodding. "Hibiki-taichou, the floor is yours.."

Yukari looked like she was gonna fall asleep. Her hair falling into her face. She was litsening. But not all that well.
((I passed out earlier and will most likley again when I take my meds. When I do I give controll of my rpc to Kuroi or soemone else who knows how she acts when she's sleepy in a bad mood and possiably hyper.))

Aoi's face was, well, unnaturally revealing of what she felt. She was annoyed, that much was obvious, but as those who had spoken to her often would know, the fact that one could see it on her face meant that she was even more so. Calming herself as she listened to Kira's words, she ignored the ruckus erupting around them. She bowed deeply to Kira before glancing at Hitsugaya as she spoke. "I thank you, Soutaicho-sama. We will beging to organize a team as soon as possible after the meeting." she said cooly. Her tone was a little icy, showing her annoyance at the ruckus once more.

Mikoto was snapped from her comedic thoughts of a pissed screaming Akino-chan by Kira's words. She nodded politely send a signal to everyone that she understood that she was recognized.
"Arigatou gozaimasu, Kira-soutaichou," Mikoto replied. "Oba-taichou has witnessed what I am about to explain. The superhuman serum, originally created by my predecessor. I have taken this formula and balanced the unstable components as well as diluted it, so to speak. The formula enhances one's reiatsu by 50%, while also increasing speed by 25% and regeneration by 20%. If I had made this formula any more powerful, it would kill the one who ingested it within 25 seconds."

Aoi's eyes widened slightly as she listened to Mikoto speak, she leaned on a wall, arms folded across her chest. Her golden eyes were completely focused on Mikoto, shwoing that she was definately listening.

Orphius's eyes widdened as Kira glared at him almost as if his heart stopped. When Kira looked elsewhere he relaxed a bit.
"Man I dishonored my squad..." He mummbled then listened in on the conversation. He kept an eye on his zanpakou.
He wished to talk to Kira afterwards.

Mikoto grinned inwardly as she knew all eyes on her. She then looked to Aoi-taichou.
"In addition to the one Oba-taichou possesses, there are nine more vials in my office. *thinks: Provided my fukutaichou hasn't destroyed my entire lab.* Aoi-taichou, I trust you to hand pick those joining you on your guard duty. Choose them with extreme caution. A serum this powerful in the wrong hands will have dire consequences and could very well cause our already fragile establishment to crumble completely."
