Andy bowed, "Sure, Kenji, follow me."
The younger Bogard brother walked to the right and into a training facility. He said to Kenji, "If you feel like you need to workout, here is the best place to do it. The punching and kicking bags support saiyan strength, so they will not break off even if you wanted to. We do have a tournament ring upstairs, but that's usually off limits unless there is a tournament going on. We normally open it up in March. Any questions so far before we head into the next room?"

Two days after a big Christmas party at the lounge and there was not only cleaning to do, but the usual business as well. Early in the morning, at about 9:30, a guest by the name of Captain Bartholemew Morgan asked Dee for some spiced rum. Of course Morgan was a pirate, but he was from the kingdom of one piece and was a small time pirate. The worst Morgan ever did was get smashed and got violent.
Dee was happy to give the pirate some rum if in exchange he would help in washing the main level's kitchen floor. He got to use a water pokemon that knew surf to help with wetting the floor first. The soap was already applied to sponges. So the job was really easy to do.
Morgan agreed to the terms.

Meanwhile, on the second floor of the mansion, Terry was setting up a 24 inch television that he received for Christmas from Joe Higashi. He placed it on the wall on the opposite side of the King sized bed so that it would be easy to watch television and relax at the same time.

Ochru was in the downstairs kitchen at the sink handwashing an easy fryer and grill so that it could be used next year. Of course this grill was also made by capsule corporation, so it had a capsule form for easy storage.

Dee began to tidy up the mansion by her lonesome since Terry seemed to be away somewhere. She was somewhat bored anyway so this would be away to occupy her time. It wasn't that the mansion was overly dirty, she did have an automated system for it, but there were certain things she wanted to organize and make look nice again.
This took her a good 3 hours to do.
