"Hm." Palladia smiled sweetly, "I would like some water then." What to order? She had to get back at him anyways...why not waste his money if he was paying for it all? "I want..." she drifted off, she had to cover her mouth to hide the devious smile, "...the most expensive thing here..."
Riina laughed aloud, "Thanks!" she looked ahead, and pointed, "I think I see some sand!" the green foxtaur trotted excitedly.

Riome grinned, "Oh, you evil woman," he sighed, sitting back, "Fine. The most expensive thing. What if you don't like it?" He raised his eyebrows, crossing his arms and watching her curiously, "I'll have to buy you something else, won't I?"
Liluye gasped, and sped up, hopping as she walked, wings twitching slightly, "Yay!" She was pretty excited. She loved excursions to the beach. "I can't wait to get in the water!"

"If I don't like it?" she continued her innocent facade, "Then you'll have to finish it for me. No?" Palladia looked at him from underneath her eyelashes. "You're a man, I'm sure you can eat more than me."
Riina stumbled as soon as her paws hit the sand, not used to the slippery-ness of the sand. She shrieked in delight, calling out, "The beach! The beach Liluye!"

Riome chuckled lightly, leaning forward, with his elbows on the table, "I'm sure I'll be able to manage," he looked at her intently, smiling lightly, wondering about the innocent act (he knew it was an act), but not bringing it up. He was interested.
Liluye cried out, fluttering for a moment, then bird-jogging down towards the water, wiggling a couple of times as she tried to adjust to the sand. She had a wide, excited grin on her face.

She nudged at his leg playfully under the table, he wasn't that stupid, Riome should notice it was all an act. "That's good then." smiling at him, what should she do...?
Riina jumped into the water, enjoying the cool sensation of the water on her paws. Her tail was straight up in the air, fluffled out to its full extent.

He gave her an amused look, nudging back gently, "I'll order some of their amazing fried potatoes, just in case," he said, raising his arm, and waving it until someone noticed, and came over. Riome ordered their food, then looked back to Palladia with a smile, and an unreadable look on his face.
Liluye waded in the water for a moment, laughing, then noticed Riina's tail, and grinned, moving over to try and hug it. It looked so fluffy!

Palladia looked away as he ordered, her hair covering her eyes, seemingly interested in the other men in the tavern. Through her hair, she could see the look on the male's face. She knew that look. He was probably going to do something wasn't he?
Riina let out a small yelp as Liluye hug her tail temporarily losing her balance, she spread out her arms, paws digging into the wet sand. "Ah!"

Riome continued to watch her for a few more moments, then looked away, leaning back and crossing his arms again. He wasn't planning on really doing anything, he was just...looking at her. She was rather beautiful.
Liluye giggled and let going, helping her steady herself, "I'm sorry, I couldn't resist. It looked so huggable, all poofed up like that.

Palladia suddenly smiled, waving to someone. Is Riome the jealous type? If she started to flirt with a male, would he be insanely jealous? She let out a small giggle, paying no attention to Riome.
She laughed, "No. It's alright. I'm fine." Riina offered her tail again, "Thank you though." she wagged it back and forth.

Riome turned his head to look who she was waving at, and saw another male. He felt an awful twinge in his stomach, and he frowned, huffing, "Come to think of it, I don't think I can afford what you want," he said, with a slightly petty tone to his voice. He did get a little jealous on occasion.
Liluye laughed, and reached out to pet it, "Its such a nice tail, I'm jealous," she said, grinning. "So soft."

Palladia turned her head slowly as if she didn't want to look away, "Hm?" she blinked at him, "But you said that you would pay. Have you been lying to me?" she stared at him as if she fell for his ruse. So he did get jealous, eh? Success.
"I wish it was possible to switch. I would give up my tail for wings like yours..." she said smiling sadly.

He huffed, and looked away, pouting lightly. He was silent, seeming to contemplate his answer, "Just saying...might not be able to get the most expensive..." even though he'd already ordered, so his hands were tied. But he was having a jealous moment, it would pass.
She just smiled back, "Maybe one day you'll be able to fly!" she said in an optimistic way, "I'll even help, if I can!"

Palladia had to keep silent so she wouldn't burst out laughing. She had to admit, he was a handsome fellow. The pout on his face was simply irresistible. She took a deep breath, trying not to laugh keeping up her innocent facade, "So...you don't have any money?" she traced her finger along the knots on the table, "How are we going to pay for the meal then...?"
"Really?" she looked hopeful, "You really think so? I'll be able to fly one day?" Riina playfully splashed some water at Liluye, "I bet you can get a fluffy tail too!"

"I have some money, just...maybe not en--..." he trailed off and sighed, putting his chin on his hand and drumming the fingers on his other hand on the table, "Fine, fine, I have enough..." he had trouble lying to her! It was very inconvenient.
Liluye nodded enthusiastically, then laughed and hopped away from the splashed water, "I bet I will! And when I do, I'll come and show it off for you, and let you pet it."

Palladia covered her mouth daintly as if she was yawning, but she had a victorious smile on her face. Oh, it was fun tormenting Riome. "Oh. Okay then." she pretended to look relieved, "I was scared for a moment!" she smiled radiantly, "Oh Riome...you've been pulling at my leg haven't you?" hey. The innocent act was getting fun.
Riina laughed, "I would love to pet your new tail! When I get wings, I'll give you rides then!"
