Wow. Best seller? Everyone I talk to always says "Who?". I like when I have a somewhat different music taste then some of my friends. It makes me feel unique. smile

Their first EP is under the band name The Academy, they added the "Is..." part when Almost Here was released. Their other EP, From the Carpet, is apparently an "iTunes exclusive."

I just became an Academy is fan..i was looking at new bands on purevolume and i aw the academy is and decided to listen to them...i was taken aback because they were so god and now i cannot stop listening to them!<3 My fvorite song is season! William Beckett is pretty cool to and he's really hot..but he needs to eat!<3

I saw them in a magazine someplace once, and I hadn't really heard anything by them but I had them on a stickynote someplace to look them up. And then I did and I was hooked.
There's no better concert than an Academy Is concert.

There's a video on youtube of the TAI show I went to, and the person who filmed it was in the same area as me, so it was like I watched the same show twice. And the best part was, when I played the video, I could hear myself. It was like I was right behind the person filming.
Sigh. <3 youtube.
