Rika shook her head. "O I like it, just haven't drank it in a while." She glanced at the boy before turning her attention back to the older woman. "Well..." She bit her lip. "Sarah and me were born into a family as there slaves. We we're okay with it at first, since our master was very kind but then he ended up dieing. No one knew why, they thought it was a natural death." She took anther small sip on the cup trying to get her thoughts together. "Well the Master's son took as all in as his slaves and he got married."
Rika let out a quiet sigh and closed her eyes. "After a while he and his wife began to beat all the slaves. We kept out feeling to ourselves but Sarah decided to snap back and she basically beat him up." She bit her tongue and let everything be processed, trying to reamber how every little thing happened, leaving out some parts. {O.O Do you two take the mention of rape offensive?}

She placed the glass down and twiddled her fingers together. "Of course he wanted revenge so, he countiued to inflict the beatings on her but she stopped caring. Then one night he came home drunk and he decided to hurt her emotionally. Instead of going after her he decided to simply rape me and then he almost killed me...she walked in before she finished the job, killed him, we ran away, then got a few more owners who simply either wanted us for sex or anger and she just...she doesn't trust anyone anymore."

Kiera wrinkled her nose in disgust,her anger level rising. She absolutely dispised pigs like that. She took a deep breath "good thing she got to him before i did" She laughed quietly before taking another sip of her glass. "is there any way i can get her to understand that i mean no harm..i want you all" She turned and looked to takai and then back to rika "to be comfortable and happy here"

Rika shrugged lazily and closed her eyes once more. "She's confused, talk to her and if that doesn't help then make a bet. She loves proving people wrong so she'll accept and then show her your not hurting her." She crossed her legs and reopened her eyes looking at both of them. "Her ego is huge....she wouldn't be able to resit it."

Kiera laughed "a bet hmm?" She smiled "i may have to take that into consideration." She shifted back "i spoke with her earlier..she came in to apologize...but she thinks im like the others" Her eyebrows pushed together in confusion "i explained to her i dont expect much from you all..and she left,which i understand more now that i have her story" She sighed "maybe i can change her...or at least try".

Rika shot a firm glare to the other slave and then looked away. "No she hasn't, she is kind to everyone but the Masters that is all. And well a couple of our previous owners have said similer things so it's only natural and besides." She titled her head. "You will. Just give her time."

She looked around trying to find something for him to do "well..you could clean up the kitchen if you wish...its been awhile since ive been i there..its very messy" She said embarrassed,then smiled to him. "So be it." The water around him froze and formed into an ice soldier who promptly went into the kitchen
