She glanced at Yukari. "We will continue the Academy system. As for now Seireitei needs more Shinigamis." She sipped a tea then placed it on the table. "We have to strengthen our patrols, The locations are Rukongai, Seireitei and the Living Realm."
She new there are still people in the Living Realm that can be a great help. She remembered Uruhara Kisuke. "Yukari, I want you to send Kuroi, Inu to the Living Realm." She said directly. "We need him to report, he'll go along with Nakano-Taichou." she added.
"Your faux bodies are already prepared, thanks to Mikoto-Taichou." She nodded her heat at the 12th division captain. " I want daily reports, Nakano- Taichou." She gazed at Nakano, then sipped her tea finishing it.

"If possible, we have to teach the students of the Academy oh how to be cunning. Let the stronger ones train and let the weak ones train by using their brain. I am only thinking ahead. We can't let Aizen fool us again. This will be the last." Her voice seemed shallow. She did not bothered for a second tea. "Everyone is dismissed now and Yukari-Taichou, the location is Karakura town. Make sure he joins Nakano-Taichou." She assured but doubted, she stood up then walked out of the conference room. "Have a nice day..." she said sweetly, waving at them by not looking back.
She needs to go now, she needs to prepare everything. She must train to defeat Aizen. She already made her decision. "Defeat Aizen even if I die with him." she thought, as she left the halls to Seireitei's tower. Her eyes weren't as sweet and gentle as before, she is wearing a ruthless facade although her sweet and gently attitude still remains.

"I'll go tell Kuroi-kun now if he isn't aready litsening in." She said with a smile. She hugs the commander before she ran out to find her Liutenant.

She gasped, her eyes widened when Yukari unexpectedly hugged her. She blinked then smiled at the kid. She then waved. "Godspeed Yukari-Taichou."

Ok now that I have heard enough of you taunting me I think its time to say something, few days ago I had both my nephews head to the world of the living to find any traces of any arrancar activy, though they came up with nothing. This doesnt say that the arrancar wont start capturing civilians AGAIN Drake said as he looked thorugh his darkned sunglasses with a blood appearing from his neck guard mask thing.

Kei stood up, but did not leave the room. He had been lost in his thoughts, and stopped paying attention for quite some time. He looked towards the Captain Commander, giving her a slight bow before addressing her. "Ma'am, are there orders for my squad?"

Glancing at Kei made her remember something. "Kei-chan..." she said sweetly. "You squad is indeed special" She added, tilting her head a little to the right showing her cute features. "Let your squad patrol the area in Karakura town and Rukongai, make sure the Maggot's Nest is again secured and some inside seireitei" she ordered gently. "I have something special planned for you, I will notify you once Kuro-chan reports from the living realm" she gave him her warm smile.

Aoi nodded. "Yes ma'am. I shall meet Kuroi-san near the gate. We will leave as soon as possible." she said before bowing and then shunpoing away.

"Thank you Ma'am, I will get right on that." Kei replied, giving her another bow. He couldn't help but notice how different she seemed compared to the previous Captain Commanders, she was... not as rough. It was rather a nice change he thought, and even for a second, gave her a smile in return, but was quick to cover it up. "I will be waiting to hear from you." He turned from her, and walked towards the door.

Tai finished his tea and he searched in his pocket for something. Tai felt a bottle in his pocket. " Oh I really had sake in my pocket this whole time. " Tai said. Tai opened the bottle and took a big gulp. After Tai was done he held the bottle in his hand. " So what do you want me to do captain? " Tai asked in a curious voice.
