Bronx looked at the books, then to the binder, then finally up to her. "Well i couldn't possibly accept them for free" he insisted as he clutched onto his wallet being ready to open it at ant moment.

EMILIY NIGHT
Emily stepped into the portal, as she did she extended her horns out. Once she landed she looked around. "Where is it?" Some demons pointed at her house. She sighed then walked to her home. "What is their problem?" Emily walked into her home and slammed the door shut. She walked into her bedroom and looked at them. "What is this about?" They all look at her. "Today you went up and saw an angel, didn't you?" Emily nodded. "I did... I only realized he was one once he left and I had someone look for his information." "Then why didn't you tell us sooner? We had to find out checking the videos!" One of the other girls slapped her. "Do you think you're better then us?" Emily glared at her but held her tongue.

She stopped on a certain page and read through it. "Ah.... here they are...." she smiled, but that faded. "They're really old...." she mumbled. "About... 250 dollars for all three of them...." she sighed, "But I can give you a discount, if you'd like?" she smiled.

She blushed lightly and smiled, "No, no need to repay me...." she rung it up on the old fashion cash register. 'This place is out dated...' she sighed in her thoughts. "With the discount It's only 115 dollars...." she said blankly.

Bronx picked up his wallet and started digging around in it, He pulled out $150 and handed it to her. He said "Here you go!" as he picked up the books and started walking towards the door.

She put the money in the register and waved. She leaned against the counter and sighed. 'Another boring day....' she thought and sat down on the stool and placed her head against the counter top. She was half tempted to go to sleep.

Bronx waved back and exited the building and loaded the books into his car. He then re-entered the building and walked back to Nina and asked, "When is your shift over?"

Chris stepped up and looked at Emily. "Maybe she doesn't think she's better... Just maybe she felt like she needed to make sure what was going on so we wouldn't do what me and the old lords did to her parents." He looked at her. "Isn't that right, Emily?" Emily looked at him and nodded. "Yeah, that's right... What do you want me to do?" They all looked at Emily then Chris. He told Emily, "Go up and find out why they're coming into our turf. Don't come back down till you do..." He looked at her in the eyes then looked away. "I'm sorry Emily... But what I'm about to do is what needs to be done..." Emily shook her head. "Please... Chris..." Chris looked at her. "I'm sorry Emily..." He walked over to her and placed her hands on her horns. Chris pulled them out and everyone stared at Chris. No one said anything. Emily fell to the ground then looked at everyone and bowed. She stood up straight then left without a word. Emily walked to the portal as she whipped her head of all the blood. She jumped threw the portal and landed in an ally. Emily looked around and walked to another ally. She leaned on the wall and fell to her knees. She creased her eyebrows together and held in the sham she felt. Having one's horns pulled out is the worse thing ever. Emily sat there for a while. She looked around and saw a book store down the ally.

He looked at her and said, "uhh...well, I was going to see if you wanted to go out to eat or see a movie or something?" He said with a smile. "you know, for helping me out and all." He added.

She blushed lightly and looked down, "I-I'd like that..." She smiled and pushed her hair behind her ear shyly. "But, you really don't have to...." She didn't look him in the eyes. She felt light headed for some reason and placed her hand over her forehead.

She looked at him, "I'm fine... just a little light headed..." she smiled, "It happens a lot.....I probably should eat a lot more often, I just don't find the time...." she sighed. "I'll just have to start making time I guess...." she placed her hand over her mouth and yawned. "Sorry.... I guess I'm a little tired as well..."

"It's really no-" He stopped when he saw her become light headed. He rushed over and rested his hand on her shoulder gently. "It's really no problem" he said with a smile, "Are you alright?" He kindly asked.
