She made a sigh at her decision. Hwever, if she could find a way to be cured from this... status, she would just be a normal shortie again. She disliked it, but it was sure a lot better than destroying things aginst your whim. She began to rise up, hoping that this nightmare would finally end.

However, it was about to get worse...

Partway, the feeling returned and she fell back onto her knees. It took her a lot of willpower to not press aginst her chest too hard, lest she crushed Mike. She could feel the ground slip underneath her. "No... please... not now!" She said panicly, watching horrified as everything around her, once again deminished in size. "Everyone, get away from me!!"

Trees snapped like twigs aginst her growing body as the soil began to become mixed with broken concrete as she greew in volume and mass. Vehicles, military and civilian alike, were either pushed into buildings, or crushed into submission. She even saw that a few people couldn't escape her growth, and their frail bodies collapsed underneath her as well. the park's pond became easily overshadowed and then grown over, as the park itself couldn't contain her any more. She grew past the first blocks... then the second...

Her growth seemed even longer than the last one. When it stoped, she looked down.

The people were litterally reduced to ants, and here were most buildings that would easily fit in her hand annd crumble like loosely-packed sand.

On top of that, the buildings she unwillingly destroyed created fog of dust. And she havent even made a single move to pull this off.

Remembering Mike, she opened her palm up, and was a little relieved that he was alright.

Still...

She was no longer concitered a monster, but a half-a-mile enigma of power and destruction.

"How am I'm supposed to get out of the city now...?" She uttered, tears welling up in her eyes. Either way, death would come out of other's expence, if either she stayed or went.

She hated that, and now she was stuck with choosing one or the other.

Mikoru looked at him as if she was being scrolded, and retreated a littl, crushing a number of buildings underneath her rear. She took notice of this and took the pressure off of them, but they had already crumbled. She made a small nod.

Back at the school, oneof the girls was having a fit. Becase of Mikoru, her boyfriend was severly hurt. "Ugh...Damn that shortie!" She yelled as she threw a chair across the hall... or, what was left of it. Everyone had evacuated from the area, all but herself. The chair landed on an amount of derbis, landing on something. Curiousm she went to check it out and spotted a book.

Curiosity had gotten the better of her and she decided to look through it, until she stopped on a particular page. She glipsed at the towering Mikoru, then at the book. She dug a little deeper, and smirked.

'So that's how she did it...' She thought, grinning evily. Not only would she be able to extract revenge, she would rule over this people. She ripped out a few pages and got to work.

"Ah... Um... I think..." Mikoru stammered, trying to find the page number. "I think it was around 35..."

"Um... I left it where I found it. Back at the nurse office." She responded.

'Aw, crap...'

"Uh, yeah. Actually, I wanted to return it to the person who lost it..." She said, fiddling with her hair. "

'His wife's a demon...? That's hard to imagine...'

"Of course..." She said, handing him back the book. Without a word, she left.
