Vesna nodded. "Maybe. We'll see what they think of gardening, get the one by the house started up again first." She giggled, cheeks turning a soft pink. "Thank you, but if you did have magic, you probably would find me a little dull too." Then she shook her head bashfully, glancing at her small garden. "I'm not so sure about that. One of the family friends, who is also a cattuar, has wonderful plant magic. She'd probably make this better if I asked."
She tossed the rest of her things into the pot and started stiring it all up.

"Well you could show them that little one and if they are impressed, show them the big one. That way you know they'll like it." Raist smiled a bit. "I'd find myself odd if I had magic, I've never been around magic users. I think it's impressive that you didn't use magic on this wonderful garden." He watched her mix up the salad. "It looks wonderful."

She nodded again. "That might work. At the least, neither will care about gardening at all and leave it alone."
Vesna giggled softly, glancing at the garden again. "Thanks. That... actually means a lot to me. Sometimes I can't get to here enough and I worried about it." She grabbed two small carrying baskets that she left here, brushed them out and put a bit of the salad in each one, giving Raist one of them. "Hope you like it." She said, hands gripping her bowl nervously, unconciously waiting for Raist to take the first bite.

Raist nodded and smiled at her first remark. A grin spread across his face when she giggled, it was quite attractive. "Not a problem at all, I can tell you care for it greatly, it does show. I haven't any talents like this at all." When she gave him the bowl he thanked her. He glanced at her quickly, noticing she was waiting for him to start. Not hesitating at all, Raist took a bite of the salad. "Oh my, this is wonderful!"

At his approval, Vesna blushed softly around a bright smile. Her father always praised her food, but it was different when a non-relative said it. A non-relative that she thought she might be developing affections for... So soon after meeting him...
She took a large bite and nodded. "Well, you must have some kind of talent. What do you like to do?" She asked before scooping up another bite.

The soft blush on her cheeks did not escape his notice. It was good, perhaps the best he'd had in a long time. Well he didn't have meals with others a lot. Raist smiled widely. His own talent? "Some might consider my charm a talent." Again he grinned at her. "Truthfully though, I do enjoy music." He was hungrier than he thought, being almost halfway done with his salad.

Her soft blush brightening, Vesna gave a short nod, unable to speak through the bashful smile. Yes, he did make charm appear to be a talent. She forced down a bite of food before replying. "Do you play anything? I never had the time to learn anything, but I do like listening to it."

Raist grinned and laughed softly. His charm was certainly at work here, she appeared to not be able to speak for the moment from it. He took another bit of his salad. Charming was something he tried to be all the time, tough this day it was a more truthful charm. "Well I can play some string instruments. Though I'm not amazing, I am considered decent at them."

Vesna's short tail flicked up pleasantly. "Maybe you'll be able to play for me some day?" She asked softly. She wished she had something special to show him, but the garden dinner would have to be it for now.

"I'd love to play for you, I'd just have to find an instrument first." Sadly Raist didn't know where his own guitar had gotten to. He could find another. A smile grin crossed his lips. "You've something on your," he reached over to wipe a small piece of lettuce off the corner of Vesna's mouth.

"I'm sure the market has plenty-" Her eyes widened as Raist reached over, brushing her lips. Her cheeks warmed and her head sunk bashfully. "Thanks." She giggled, half embaressed. While trying to think of how she can impress Raist, she just made herself look silly by getting food stuck to her lip. As nice as his brief touch felt, she could think of better reasons to have had than brushing food from eating.

Raist grinned. "You are probably right, I may have to go and get one later. So I can play for you." He smiled at her reaction of sinking her head. "No problem." He hadn't thought of her as silly, it could have well happened to him. She seemed to get so embarrassed around him, perhaps... He leaned over a bit. "No need to be embarrassed." His hand went to her face to lift it up so she could look at him

With Raist's hand supporting her chin, Vesna chuckled softly. "I didn't mean to make you wipe food off my face as though I were only a few months old again."
With her jaw unconsiously nuzzling against the hand that held it, she set down her now empty bowl to the side. "Maybe... I could go with you? Help you find the perfect instrument just for you?"

The male grinned and shrugged. "No one is around anyway." Perhaps that was a little too much forwardness. He waited to withdraw his hand til after she had nuzzled it. Raist nodded. "Of course. You know this area better than I, where might I find a seller of instruments."

He was right. No one was around. She and Raistlin were alone. She nodded a little before feeling her cheeks go pink. They were alone together! Completely! What would dad say!? After a few seconds of mental panic, she stiffened her back. She was an adult now! She did not need a chaperone, nor a babysitter.
Encouraged by the thought, she grinned at the handsome male. "Well, I don't know much about music sellers really, but I can find someone who does. I do business at the market with my sewing. I'm sure I could ask around, see who's the best."
