Soup nodded."Okay.Its near the river."He tugged her along as they walked towards where his teepee was."Its not all that great.We need a bigger teepee.Its a small one Niele had found a while back.And there are four of us in a small teepee.Some have to sleep outside.So we have to build a bigger one.Niele's mate said he'd help us make a bigger one."He looked to her and nuzzled her.He noticed Brian and Zillah messing around and he shook his head.Zillah never wanted to have a good time."My teepee."

Contessa didn't think it was that small she looked around hoping to find 'it' she then turned to Soup," Do you have a blanket?"

she had to hurry, she felt 'they' were coming...

Soup rushed into the teepee and layed down a couple blankets they had found.He made sure it was comfy."Come come,"She started to get worried more.He would stay by her side until she was better."Contessa,do you want me to get you some water?Or any kind of food?"

She quickly started nipping at the blankets and nuzzled him back. She then grabbed two blankets and ran to the other side of the teepee. Not seeing him behind her she threw down one blanket and one up till it landed on her making herself hidden.....

"Do you want me to wait outside?"He asked quietly.He wanted to be by herside.But mares needed their space.So he stood outside wait until she called for him.

After what seemed like eternity, while only about 10 minutes, Contessa softly called Soup. There what seemed like a big bundle of blankets wrapped into a nest with a blanket covering over top, one the side furthest from Contessa the blanket had one small opening where a white and brown basket could be seen.

Soup turned and walked into the teepee.He started to blink."W..w...we....M..m...made those?"He was happy.He walked over and nuzzled her happily.

She nods" your a daddy" she then pulls the top blanket away to reveal 3 baskets. She slowly turned to Soup to watch his expressions.

Soup blinked a bit."three?"He questioned."Were very lucky."He smiled and nuzzled Contessa gently,then the baskets."Hello little ones.I'm your daddy."He said quietly.

The brown speckled popped up making itself more know.Contessa smiled and laughed at it's antics... "lucky doesn't count it...we're just good." looking into Soups eyes knowing how good a dad he'd be

Contessa smiled.She found her own herd now what to do in it....
the basket nearest to Contessa wiggled and made little noices try to move closer to daddy.
"oh Soup, I think this little one is calling Daddy."
