When we're done, I'll send the toad back to Konoha for further interrogation." Jiraiya said, summoning a small toad that expanded and began eating some of the unconscious ninja.

"I don't like this, something doesn't feel right." He picked his bag off the ground from where he had put it. "Anyway I think that was the last of them, we should get moving. Aeon'll have to lead since he can feel where the shard is."

Moaning as he stirred awake. "infinite rotation still needs work" He tried to walk but fell over. Infinite rotation was just a name, the attack itself was devestating, especially to his body.

Reign summons a cloud and sends it over to Aeon. "Here," he says, "sit up on this and direct us."

Aeon declined the cloud. "sorry but i can do this" he picked himself up and held his chest the shard pointing the way. "shard is due east..."

"If we were attacked once, you can count on it happening again."
They pushed onward, moving closer and closer to the shard. Jiraiya himself was begining to feel uneasy as the hairs on the back of his neck stood up. Like he was being watched...by someone familiar. He moved closer to the others just in case they were ambushed again.

Obito fell back to Jiriya, nudging him. "You feel it to don't you master Jiriya." He was certain they were being watched, but by who he couldn't tell.

Reign, having been unusually quiet the past few minutes, smirks and says to Obito and Jiraiya, "Don't worry, the feeling of beeing watched is from a distance, 1 or 2 scouts, hardly ever attack."

Obito looked at Reign and shookhis head. "1 or 2 are good for sneak attacks. But as long as we know they're following us they shouldn't attack."

Who ever was following them were smart, maybe even to smart. And if not smart well informed, which shouldn't be possible. "Maybe he's already here...."

"I have an idea as to who it is." Jiraiya frowned. He stepped forward and called out in a loud voice. "Come out you cowardly snake!"
"Kukuku. My, my. You're pretty sharp for an old man...Jiraiya."
A small figure stepped forward. Their face was hidden in shadow, but their body was that of a seven or eight year old. They wore blue and black clothing and the voice was female.
"From the looks of things, those two kids with you are the ones I've heard about. I didn't believe what I saw in the girl's memories. But I guess it was all true, huh?" There was a pause as the child licked its lips.
"You're possessing a kid now? That wouldn't happen to be the little girl we're looking for, now is it?"
The wind blew at the leaves of the trees surrounding them. A few beams of light escaped through, reflecting of the child's eyes. Gold and cold like a snake. They narrowed in amusement.
"She might be. If you're looking for an Uchiha."

Aeon gasped when he heard the uchiha. "who are you and where is she!" His eyes flashed orange.

"Ah yes," Reign manages to say amongst all his pondering, "you have mastered somewhat of an immortality jutsu, how could I forget?" Reign squats down, waiting for an order to attack. He knew better than to just rush in.
