"I'm flattered that you'd compare me to the original head of my division, since he was better than I'll ever be no matter how hard I try despite being killed in action thousands of years ago, but that really has nothing to do with this trial." Rednal said in his most bland reporting voice, just loudly enough to be heard by Aisu. That was about all he had to say, all things considered, and now he just needed to wait and see how things turned out. Rednal didn't particularly care what happened, after all; he was just there doing his job.

Kanon's eyes narrowed in return as the video played through. She knew it was false, for the very good reason that she had witnessed the Quincy getting killed while she had been dealing with the Hollows in that area. The only possible aspect that could truly be argued about it would be the timing, but that would have to wait for a while from the way things seemed to progress. More or less, this was something expected to have occured. As they were about to reach a final verdict, now was a much better time to speak up. "I would like to simply add that there was some slightly inaccurate information within the video tapes themselves. Not that I am accusing Shiori-san of tampering with them, because what her cameras picked up was true. What we saw was more or less a false image, an illusion that was placed at the time of the recording. This affects visual aspects of evidence that would conveniently point to the wrong people, correct? There is only one Captian who could possibly bend the light to create such a thing." She said calmly, now furthering her arguement as she did so. The Lieutenant glanced at Shiori briefly before continuing. "For example, the part where Soma killed the Quincy woman is false. I was stationed there to deal with the Hollows and the one who killed her was a completely different person. You may also refer to Shiori-san when I'm making this statement. She was the only Captain in that area the entire time. These can both be proven through the Internal Investigations. I'm sure they would have a recording of where a path between here and Earth is formed. They would also have information regarding where and when a text or call was made between both points."

Rednal's ears perked up, and a moment later he was hastily punching in numbers on his cell phone to make a call to 10th Division's headquarters and obtain the information specified; some of it was already in the report or his notes, but he was hardly a perfect person (besides being of no rank at all and only present because nobody else from his Division could do this at this time). But still, obtaining records was what they did, and if the court wanted that information, Rednal intended to get it to them as soon as possible.

Akane Shiori

"I'm always watching... You cannot hide your sins..."

Shiori's emerald eyes were locked on Kanon, like a snake would to it's prey. While the woman explained her side and opinion, Shiori clenched her fists, enough to crack one of the disks in her hand. It was true that no one could blame Shiori if Kazei had in fact used his Bankai to manipulate light, Shiori had no knowledge on his Bankai as she had never seen it. In a way it was the same with everyone else, only one, the Zero division Taicho had seen her Bankai ever. She'd obtained it thanks to the woman and her own determination. "My timing is never off, if he did manipulate the camera's eye, then I have something to investigate, I will have to replay the files on my computer, there should be a quick light that coats the screen at one point if it's his Bankai, otherwise I cannot explain your contrasting evidence." She held her frown as Kanon brought her into the evidence.

"I was the only other Taicho at the time however when Soma engaged in combat, you can ask him, I left to investigate the outer boundaries of Karakura. The twelth division Fuku-taicho was also there." She was calm in defending herself and easily seemed innocent. True she'd had no part in any of the attacks but she had left Soma on his own, she was not a babysitter so she felt no responsibility, he'd requested she join him but he had no authority over her. She pulled up her pager. "Unfortunately I have no texts or calls form Soma, only two back and fourth with my Fuku-taicho with the order to set up cameras from her angle and to record all Meno's Grande attacks." With that she sat down, keeping herself out of any doubt, there was nothing anyone could accuse her of, since she'd done nothing.

Division 5 - Seat 3

Everything was happening fast for Yin. This was the first time he has been in this court room. He put his head down into his hands and held onto his head, gripping tight. The fussing was getting to him and all he wanted to do get done with the damn trial. As evidence was brought up to the council and film played he didn't not beleive all of the evidence but Yin had nothing to prove it. He sat queitly by himself, glancing at Kazei from time to time. Yin knew he was the reason this whole meeting was taking place but an outburst would interrupt the court again and he didn't want to do anything foolish.

Aisu's eyes went wide as he heard Kazei and he simply froze.

"Yes... it...its fine..."

He said stuttering, still in shock about what Kazei had said. Simply kissing Karumes head once he smiled.

" I shall be back... Please do not jump up my love, no matter what you say..."

Aisu said vanishing into the room of the council only to appear on the stairs near the Commander general and the council.

"My dear members of the council, Commander General Yatamaru-Sama.... May I speak with you in a private setting for a moment?"

He said as his hands were at his side and a look of kindness was on his face. All the while his head was in a verys light state of confusion on how they knew about Aisu and the Kidou. However he knew he had to inform the council of the reasons why and if they would not listen, he might have to leave soul society again.

Karume sat with her mouth gapping, upauled that Kazei would play that card in swuch a way. She wanted to kill him for that, and she knew just why he did it too. In turth, he probably didn't have much of a beef with Aisu, it was her he was aiming to knock with a blow like that, and there was no doubt she was hit. Raising a hand over her mouth, she grasped his arm tightly for a moment. She wasn't sure just what would be the outcome of this, but she had a pretty good feeling it would be a good idea to grasp Aisu incase of a last chance to see him. Quickly, she stood and kissed his cheek gently before nodding slightly and taking her seat, watching as he disappeared from sight to join the others at the center of the room. She was aloud to worry if she needed to and when he was about to be given a very short trial, she had every right to worry. Bitting her bottom lip, she raised her hand to her lips once more and waited, watching with wide eyes, her heart pounding without control as she awaited their judgement. She didn't want to let him go at all but she didn't have a choice, he didn't stand a chance at getting out of it if he wasn't in the situation to defend himself in the first place. She had to let him go, she just wasn't happy to do so and she would remain a nercous wreck till he was back at her side.
While she awaited judgement, she sat, glaring at Kazei all the while. She wanted to yell back at him and run to kill him but she'd obbey Aisu, for now at least. "He better come back to me..." she muttered softly, sitting back in her seat and glancing around to the council. Did his fate really rest in the hands of these men? Men whom she could not see if they were biased? They were supposed to deliver fair judgement, but everyone had put forth evidence that Kazei was indeed the liar, yet he wasn't the addition to be placed on trial. She wasn't sure she understood just why Aisu was being added to the trial at all, comparitively she didn't think he'd done much wrong, he at least had a reason for it.

The doors once again burst open to reveal Shadow, limping ever so slightly, as he stepped into the courtroom. As he stepped up beside a guard, Shadow held out his zonpakto. "Take these. I do not know if I can be trusted with them right now." As the guard took them Shadow continued to the front of the court, just behind where Aisu was standing. Kneeling down gracefully despite his limp, Shadow barely restrained his burning hatred for Kazei. "Forgive me, sirs, but I have been in the 4th devision's emergency room until recently. If I had known that the trial had started already, I would have come earlier." He hoped they would forgive him, anyway. "I apologize again, but I was by Soma's side at the time that Oruga, Kazei, Jouka, and Delosuke all began their attacks upon my Captain. I was one of the Shinigami attacked by Jouka, and at the time that they began unfolding their parts, and speaking, I sat by and listened." He hoped that the council would understand why he had simply sat there. With so many powerful individuals, it would have been suicide to have moved.

He continued to kneel, and he would not stand until the Council, or Rednal, gave him leave to stand.

"That will be more then quiet enough." Old Man Yata finally made himself known once more. "Honored Council this whole trial is starting to become a fiasco of outbursts and...."Yata took a moment to leer down at Aisu, giving him not even the slightest look of pity or mercy. "Surprises. I suggest a short...reprieve to allowed everyone to sort out all these new events before things become any more out of hand." Yata slowly strolled his way towards Kazei, gentle setting a hand on his shoulder, giving it a quiet and gentle pat before turning towards the central 46 again. "This started out as merely a trial to deem the innocence of these two captains, now it has become much more then that. " Old man Yata turned about, looking at the whole room with a look of deep patience and possibly even understanding. "We all have seen much, heard much, and experienced much that we do not agree on since this trial started. Many things have been said that cannot be taken back.." Yata's eyes quietly settling over Young Karume for a moment before turning them to Shadow for yet another moment. "And now with this newest betrayal, I feel that this is to much complication at once. " With a stroke of his old beard he quietly turned his old form back towards the Council. "For these reasons I wish a short break in order to allow everyone a moment to clear their minds and tempers, if the Council would allow it. If not, I will give my statement and personal say on these matters, as well as a fitting punishment for each of the accused which befits their crimes."

Akkiko glared at the Old Man. He seemed to have wise words, but to Akkiko, they were only words. Words couldn't settle strife or injustice. He knew this whole trial was a joke. He knew Soma. He also knew that Soma didn't have the balls to kill his own breed. "******** you..." He said, two words filled with so much animosity, it seemed to be more of a 'slap in the face', then the insult which had been intended. He glowered at Kazei, the insult directed at him, then boldly walked over to Aisu from behind, and whispered, "If there is to be anymore bloodshed, I entrust you to bring that tyrant down. Do you understand me Aisu-chan?" Without waiting for a response, Akkiko left the court's chamber, filled with hate for Kazei. "I can't believe this is happening..."

Soma smiled as he looked up at the members of central 46. His next words that he would speak only came from what he knew from experience. Yet none of the others would really understand if they haven't seen it themselves. Soma didn't turn to anyone his eyes stayed focused on the council members. As he did this he said to them.

"I would like to add on to these facts with actually events that I myself have been a apart of, or have experienced. Im going to add these before we take this break you are asking for Yata-Taicho."

As Soma said this he was sure that Shiori herself would end up hurting herself in the long run yet she was trying to be so evil to the fact it hurt he own self.

"Before we moved out to help out the people of Karakura Town, I called Shiori to my Division to talk about her personal mission there. Before she got there Jouka, Kazuma, and Aisu all appeared. Me and Aisu ended up talking while Kazuma and Jouka listened. After a while Division 6 was said to have already had moved out towards Karakura Town before I could make my move. After that was known by me, Shiori appeared angry at the world as usual. Yet her anger was a front for her own evil plans down the line. Now this is when I moved out towards Karakura Town after talking to her Aisu moved out as well. To be correct Shiori wasn't the only captain there to see me fight the arrancar. Aisu was also there to see me fight it but, im getting to that. When we made it to Karakura Town I send both Kazuma and Jouka out to the Uptown part of Karakura Town."

Soma paused his pause was nothing to catch his breath or anything. Soma was letting the members of central 46 place the events together to actually see that the cameras were indeed tampered with. Yet if they didn't understand after this then there was something wrong. Soma continued and said.

"After Jouka and Kazuma left for Uptown Karakura Town, thats when I increased my reiatsu in the Foothills. Mind you thats when Shadow appeared and also Kenshin a human appeared on the scene. With my reiatsu increased they were unable to move thats when the Arrancar came through a garganta. After he came the menos appeared on the scene. Shadow and Kenshin were far away by then and were not fighting against the menos in the foothills while I started fighting against the arrancar. This was when Shiori left and Aisu stated to watch. The arrancar requested to fight me one on one for his glory and I accepted. Now while I was fighting the arrancar everyone else was fighting but, Kazei reiatsu was hidden and remember he had left before everyone else. While I was fighting the arrancar I felt a Quincy and my 4th seat Kazuma's reiatsu drop fast. Each dropped at the same time. When the fight was over with me and the arrancar Kazei appeared on the scene. Now at this moment I could feel the reiatsu of Jouka's shikai. From there I told Kazei to meet me in the Downtown Karakura Town area."

Each part that Soma told was right on the money each event happened exactly the way he was saying it. The only difference about the next part was that Kazei would wonder how Soma found out that it happened like that for, he would think Soma didn't know when he really did.

"This is when my attack on Durissa and Akuma happened I appeared in the uptown area of karakura town and seen that a Kazuma had been hurt by an attack that pierced his body in several places. There was also a human well a fake human this was actually Delosuke Aragame the former Kido Corps Captain. I used my bankai to cover the area in complete Darkness that could not be seen through unless you were the one using Duragon and Hebi. Thats when my attack happened I attacked Durissa and Akuma out of protection for Jouka. After that attack was done I told Jouka to meet me in Downtown Karakura Town. Once I made it there Kazei made it there and then Shadow, then the human Kenshin, and then Jouka and then Oruga. Yet Jouka then attacked both Shadow and Kenshin. Jouka's attack on Kenshin killed the human and then his attack on Shadow injured him."

Soma paused yet again but, this was only the beginning because he knew exactly what he was about to say.

"Thats when Oruga rose his hand and activated his reiatsu experiment in my body putting me immbolized while they all talked. Then Delosuke appeared and cut both of my shoulders with his blades. From there he used Kurohitsugi on Oruga and injured him. Which this forced Oruga to give Jouka a item that Jouka then gave to Kazei. Jouka then slashed me on my back several times. The next attack that Kazei was giving out was to kill both me and Oruga so that he could play these games or hide like the coward he is. Yet once here Shiori and the others seemed to believe that he camera coulds see through my Bankai, which really regular computer and spiritual equipment can't see through my Bankai without the oppoisite factor being in the area. Which in turn when I attacked Durissa and Akuma and it was shown on the camera, Kazei's technique or Bankai allowed him to use light to show this off. Which means his plan was to hope that I joined in on the attacks like I did so he could frame me just for this. The video about me attacking the Quincy and the others is infact false like the others have said. Kazei used his light technique or bankai to bend light in the way that it was looking like I was there attacking those people. Yet have any of you see Kazei do this some of you have while the most of you haven't. Shiori could have fixed the video to show the truth but, she didn't her acts were also done to hurt a captain instead of being truthful. Now its up to you Yata and the members of the council to actually look into both Shiori's Video room and also look into all the techniques that Kazei has. Yet you might not want to but, in a order of court like this one its better to investigate both side and take all the peoples who's names were involved and have been brought up more than once in this into custody. Its unfair to bring in just me and Oruga, when the others had a much larger part in the role. Aisu's memory kido couldn't have worked if everyone knew who he was. Also if you think about it if his memory kido would have actually been real even the council members wouldn't know that it happened because they wouldn't even remember it."

Soma knew Kazei would either say something against it or agree to it to still keep secerts either way Soma was still prepaired for which ever decision that Kazei decided to take and same thing went for Shiori, Yata, and the Council members.
