Kusaka smirked and said," Well no worries I can harm people, but it is only if I necessarily need to. And oh so you have a zanpaktou that is cool." Kusaka then smiled and saw the new man enter, and he said," Hi so you think you're strong. Well that's ok." Kusaka then smiled and said," Well you know I wouldn't want to be mean, but I was the eighteenth arrancar which means out of the fractions I was the eighth best. Though if you guys want to I can show you my power." Kusaka smiled and then said," Then again you'd probably be mad if I hurt you."

Katsuo smiled a devilish grin that would scare the Sh** out of a mere human or low seated shinigami. "Do you hounestly think I give a Damn about your number? I'm not some fool hearty Shinigami that would underestimate the true power of a hollow, or should i say Arrancar." Katsuo pulled down his hood and put his right hand over the side of his face and black chunks started forming on the spot of his head he held his hand at in the position as if holding a mask. "Do you know what this is and what it represents Arrancar eight?" He said as a black spiked on one side mask finished building and he then he removed it from the side of his head and held it so he could see it clearly.

"Okay, Lesson Three." Rednal said with a loud yawn. "Posturing is pointless. EVERYBODY postures, trying to threaten each other and show off their muscles and stuff like that. It just makes you look silly, like a bunch of children competing to see how tall they are. You can have self-confidence without having the need to try and show off to everybody you meet, and quite frankly, it'll probably make you stronger if you focus on what's actually important. Power matters less than you might think."

Kusaka smiled and said," Oh my god you're a vizard." Kusaka wrapped his arms around Katsuo and hugged him and then said," I have been trying to be your ally so badly." Kusaka then smiled as he then hugged Rednal, and said," I've been trying to be your allies as well. Though I have no clue if you're a vizard as well, but either way you get a hug." Kusaka then grabbed his zanpaktou, and smiled. Kusaka then said," Well if you want to do some sparring maybe it might help."

As Kusaka came in at him, Rednal's hand flashed out, and without even looking he simply grabbed Kusaka's wrist, yanked him off his feet, and threw him towards the trees. The young man's hat was still covering his face. "Sorry, but I'm not big on getting hugs from dudes. And you don't want to get on my wife's bad side." Rednal said mildly, apparently not all that bothered since he had taken care of the situation fairly easily. "Regardless, there's a place for everybody... and I might be able to give you a few tips if you actually want to be strong."

Katsuo grew silent for a moment, but then he smiled again. He was the Freya Overseer and byfar the strangest by means of how he liked to approach things. "Interesting, of course I have nothing against you, or the person standing here unless he chooses." Katsuo had the mask dissapear and placed his hand in his pocket. "How by the way are you here on your own if your an Arrancar?" Katsuo looked at Rednal. "I guess I have a few people i can count on in the future if needed be."

Kusaka hit the tree and he said," Owww that hurt so much I mean owww." Kusaka was taking the pain and almost exaggerating it, and he said," Sorry I didn't know you were married. And I was just being a friend even though I go the way you think, but I wasn't being like that." Kusaka then go to his knees and he bowed and said," Yes I would want to become stronger if possible."

Kusaka then looked up and said," Yea Aizen made me, but he lied to me and kept lying about his plans. After that I left him and became well independent. I am just here to make allies."

"No, no, I'm lazy." Rednal said cheerfully. "It's best not to count on me for anything important; I don't have half the motivation I need to actually do something useful. I'm just a simple wandering Vizard who's out to relax and have a good time. You'll have to deal with your own issues. Still, it wouldn't be a bad thing if you could manage to recruit Arrancar with open minds to your ranks; imagine the kind of devastation that ten strong Arrancar and ten Captain-level Vizard could wreak on their enemies. Different types of powers complement each other, if you get my drift. Now, Arrancar kid, if you want to stronger, learn to control your power. Narrow it down and focus it tightly to make it stronger; the same amount of power spread over a wide area can be made drastically stronger if you focus it into a small space instead. Cero are flashy, but energy-wise, way too much buck for the bang. A simple little line an inch across with all that power would be over a hundred times better."

Kusaka smiled and said," What do you mean? Ceros are big? That is weird I never did it like that." Kusaka then held his two fingers out and he pointed towards the sky, and he said," Cero." Kusaka then shot a small cero into the air. Kusaka then said," Well is that the small kind you are talking about? I've never launched a giant one before though I probably wouldn't want to."

Kusaka then said," Lazy or not my real strength isn't ceros and my sword, but what my sword turns me into. Also about that idea well I'd love to be one of those arrancars if possible."

"Well to be quite honest, I'm good with having him as an ally, In fact having an Arrancar as an ally makes things more fun." Katsuo noticed to point in which Rednal stated he was a Vizard and also agreed with him. "Yes you must learn to control your power, and also to make sure to never take an opponent lightly, learn and discover the power and wekness of your enemy if you can and use that to your advantage. Katsuo looked at the small pitifull cero and then turned to Kusaka. "Try not to rely on that resurrection form of yours, that alone should not be the limit of your strength or you'l be dead after not long."

Kusaka nodded and smiled. As he heard the advice from the two he then said," Well if you would like to see my ressurection well I'd be gladly to show you it, but I wouldn't use it to fight you two." Kusaka then laughed and giggled and he said," If I show you mine you have to show me yours." Kusaka laughed a little bit more and then said," Sorry I am in a happy mood knowing you two now. Oh relaxing dude is your wife a vizard?" Kusaka was then just wondering just in case though he wasn't hoping or anything she was.

"It's not easy to do." Rednal said after a few moments. "See, it's like a hose. If you pinch it, then the pressure forces the water to go out harder and faster, right? Controlling your power is like that; if you can pack all the power of your biggest Cero into a much smaller attack, then what you've created is something that's much more powerful than what you originally had. It's best to learn in stages, though, because this is the sort of thing that can make you explode if you do it wrong. As in meaty Arrancar chunks coating the trees and stuff. And don't ever get cocky; a lot of people, once they've gotten a little power, think that they're so great and so strong. This is especially prevalent among those who have a title or position of some sort. But that means precisely nothing; if you are ever satisfied with what you've got, then you won't be able to become stronger. You have to continually work hard to better yourself, to learn every power you have so thoroughly that you don't even have to think about them. That's why most Bankai nowadays are jokes; their users haven't had a tenth of the time they actually need to use their powers at maximum efficiency, so they waste huge amounts of their power. Same for any sort of Arrancar transformation. If you just transform, that's not real power. There is no easy way to true mastery. None. The only method is experience; to use your powers over and over until you know them perfectly, and then keep using them to go beyond that. Like I said; if you're ever satisfied with what you've got, then you can't advance. Most people forget this. And trust me, you don't want to meet my wife."

Kusaka nodded and he then said," Jeez how can someone so relaxed and almost calm just have so much wise words. Though it's alright you probably have been around for a while. I've only been alive for thirty years." Kusaka sighed and then said," Well I won't ever give up on becoming stronger, because even though I'm a fraction I will become as strong as a espada, because there is no point in thinking this is my strength and I never will get stronger." Kusaka smiled and said," I'd love to meet your wife maybe."

"It is true that relying on your backup power could be your downfall, but people who use Bankai and Resurrections for the mass amount of Raw power it gives them , then they don't even understand their own Power." Katsuo thought for a moment "It's sort of like relying on the strongest person to do everything and leaving out the rest that could get a job done more efficiently together. Although I think weve hamered you on your power enough, that fact that you yourself aret dead yet by running into shinigami or something around here is suprising in itself, but that just means your doing ok up til now."

"But 'ok' only holds up until you get into a fight that you have to win. If you're not ready for it, then you could lose everything that matters to you, simply because someone else has a little more power than you do. Now, quantity has a quality all its own; if you have enough power, you can rip right through weaker people, and there will be absolutely nothing they can do about it no matter how prepared they are. So the only viable solution is to get stronger, so strong that you can't just be pummeled by someone else that's strong, and smart as well, so that you know how to use every ability you have to its maximum potential. Never get caught up in thinking there's only one way to do things. The greatest warriors are the ones who use their heads and never, for a single moment, believe that they will lose. No matter what happens, you have to imagine yourself winning. It's a given. From there, it's only a matter of figuring out how." he nodded firmly. "And my wife thinks you're food, by the way. Both of you."
