May 1st Ren: *walks into clearing* Albaine: *wanders into the clearing* Ren: *tilts his head slightly* Hello sir. Albaine: *waves* Hello again. *remembers Ren* Ren: *nods* I don't believe I had the pleasure of your name last time, sir. Albaine: It's Albaine. Ren: Albaine . . . *nods* Pleased to make your acquaintance. *enigmatic smile* You may call me Ren. Albaine: Okay Ren. *wonders what to talk about* So how long have you been in Namiah? Ren: Approximately five and a half months. Albaine: That's a while by Namian standards, right? *sounds unsure, especially since he met someone who has been here longer* Ren: *shrugs* I am unsure . . . My Namian experiences are rather lacking. Albaine: Don't interact much? Ren: You are the first "outside" person I have spoken to. Albaine: ...seriously? Oo You should get out more. Ren: *shrugs* I am now. Albaine: True. Ren: *enigmatic smile* And this way I am less likely to run into things. Albaine: That's always a plus. Ren: *nods* Several. Albaine: *isn't sure what to talk about* Oh, I finished The Shining. Ren: Ah? And how soon did the idyllic picture shatter? Albaine: Pretty soon, actually. Things went downhill after...I want to say the wasps nest. The father found a wasps nest on the roof, gassed it, shook out all the wasps, and gave it to his son. But the house somehow made the wasps come back to sting the son. Ren: *pauses* Zombie wasps. Not something you see everyday. Albaine: *shakes his head* Nope, not at all. Or hedge animals that move when you're not looking. Ren: *smiles* I wouldn't really know about that, though, would I? Albaine: No, no you wouldn't. You'd be able to feel the scratches left by the branches when they attack you though. Ren: Ooo, killer shrubbery, how terrifying. Albaine: Most of the terror was psychological. The house itself played with your mind, manipulating you to fufill it's wishes. The physical things, while potientially deadly, really weren't the danger there. Ren: Sounds something like Peretti's House. Albaine: Is that a book? I haven't heard of it. Ren: *nods, voice becomes deeper with a creepy undertone* 1) God came to my house and I killed him. 2) I will kill anyone who comes to my house as I killed God. 3) Give me one dead body and I might let rule two slide. *smiles* Game ends at sunrise. Albaine: Ah, that sounds interesting. *being truthful, but would rather lay off the psychological stuff* Though it's not exactly like The Shining. The house, or rather hotel, is kind of picky on who it wants to consume and add to its army. *waves* It's late, so I'm heading home. Have a good night. *walks home* Ren: That it is. Rest well, Sir Albaine. *walks off*

May 2nd Albaine: *wanders out* Moonlight: *also wanders out and spots Albaine* Hey! Albaine: *looks over* Oh, hello. *waves* Moonlight: *walks over to him* :] How are you doing? Albaine: I'm alright. You? Moonlight: I'm good, like always. Albaine: That's good. *wonders if today will be a normal conversation* Moonlight: Done anything interesting lately? Albaine: *shakes his head* Not really, unfortunately. *leaves out the "interesting" conversations he had not too long ago* Though I did meet someone who apparently has been around for a few months and yet hasn't talked to anyone other than me, and they've been around longer than I have. That was sort of interesting. Moonlight: Thats just what I call a shy person, and not really what I would call interesting. Albaine: True, but it struck me as odd. *shrugs* There a sad lack of interesting things around at the moment. Anything interesting out there is something I'm missing. Moonlight: Oh, thats too bad. ... This place is just too boring. Albaine: Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it. Moonlight: I hope so. ^.^ Albaine: If you do I hope it doesn't backfire on you. *mentally adds that if it does backfire hopefully it only backfires on her and doesn't affect him* Moonlight: It would be better if it did backfire on me, just think of all the fun I can have. X3 Albaine: You like chaos? Moonlight: Yes, chaos is a lot of fun. Don't you? Albaine: It depends on the chaos. Sometimes I like it and sometimes I don't. Moonlight: At least thats better then not liking the chaos at all. Albaine: *nods* If it's too calm I get kind of bored. But I wouldn't want to be overwhelmed in drama. Moonlight: Ah, like it right in-between. I prefer the overwhelming drama. *looks around* And that never happens here. Albaine: No, it doesn't. Not often anyways. *thinks back to after the one night stand he had and all the drama that followed* Moonlight: Have you seen it happen? *wandering if she will be able to find out who to hang out with to get that drama* Albaine: Yes, but that was brought upon mostly by myself, and I doubt it will happen again. Moonlight: *sighs* I wonder what will be the best way to make it happen. Albaine: *shrugs* Making a stupid mistake usually works. Moonlight: Oh, that is going to be hard then. *is only half joking* Albaine: Well, it's hard to do on purpose anyway. Not without seriously upsetting people. Moonlight: Yeah, I don't want to get them too upset. *lifts an eyebrow at Neko and Xia* Albaine: *looks also* What are they doing? Moonlight: I don't know. Is it some kind of new fighting move? Nek: *Being forced to watch simply because she has blonde hair* ...Make it stop... *Twitches before being dragged back to the movie* ...Help... Albaine: No clue. *blinks as he sees Nek being dragged off* Moonlight: You're not going to help her? Albaine: *wonders why she's asking him that and not the other way around* Moonlight: *looks at him and shrugs at the silence* Okay. Go after her Albaine! >3 Albaine: *blinks* Okay... O_o *goes and tries to rescue Nek from the awful (at least for her) movie* Moonlight: *watches him leave* Good luck! Nek: *Rescued?* So... Much... Pink... Albaine: *rescues Nek from the humans* Pink? What pink? Moonlight: Seems like Nek took damage. Nek: Humans wearing pink... *Never wants to hear the words 'bend, and snap' again* Albaine: Oh. Well, it isn't a very nice color, that's for sure. *at Moonlight* It would appear so...I'm guessing a movie or something. Nek: Horrible, horrible movie... *Looks at Albaine* Do people in your world really talk like that? Neko's demonstration of 'that': And then I was all like, she definitely needs better curls for that style, and like, -insert girly name here- was all like, no way, I bet she could totally, etc, etc, etc Albaine: *listens to Neko's example* Yes, unfortunately some people do. -_- I don't like listening to them speak, it makes me want to strangle something. stare Nek: Luckily I had something nearby, or I wouldn't have made it... Albaine: At least I think it's slowly going away. And no one here seems to speak like that as far as I know. Nek: *Wonders where Moonlight went* Of course she wouldn't do anything... stare Unless it was to make it worse... *Blinks and looks at Albaine grumpily* I suppose I owe you a 'thank you'? Albaine: Only if you want to. So Moonlight doesn't really help out much? *was wondering why she didn't help out* Moonlight: *fell asleep at the girly talk* Nek: *Shakes her head* Nope... Albaine: *thinks* Yeah, I don't think Blazon would have helped me out of that situation either. Nek: <-.-> It's scary how similiar they are... Albaine: I don't think I know her well enough to guess, but she does remind me of him somewhat. *nods* Nek: *Shrugs* *Sooo can't wait until Byrnar gets here so she can put him in the dress* Nek: *Shudders for no apparent reason*
Albaine: *tilts his head at the shudder* Something up?
Moonlight: *blinks awake* Uh? Anything happen?
Nek: I don't know... *Shakes it off* Probably the 'humans' planning something, again... *Cocks an eyebrow down at Moonlight* Obviously not anything very interesting or you would be awake already...
Albaine: They do that a lot, don't they? *at Moonlight* Enjoy your nap?
Moonlight: Maybe I need the nap. *turns to Albaine* It could have been longer.
Kara: *growls* Once a month is more than enough. Leave me alone!
Clare: *floating next to her* Well, it's not my fault . . . And you are making progress.
Kara: *ancient swearing* progress! I was just fine before!
Nek: *Spies Kara and crosses her arms, blinking at Moonlight* Okay...
Albaine: Didn't say it couldn't have been. *looks over and waves at Kara and Clare*
Moonlight: Ummm... *see that they are waving to someone and wonders who it is*
Kara: *waves*
Clare: *waves as well, drags Kara over* Introduce me to your friends.
Kara: We're not quite friends . . .
Clare: *faint exasperation* Would you prefer I call them your sole social acquaintances?
Kara: *mumbles* I talk to other people . . . Sometimes . . .
Nek: *Debates slipping away as Kara comes over*
Albaine: *wonders what's up, and asks "Tomoe"* So how are you?
Moonlight: *watches as Kara and Clare come over*
Kara: I'm fine. *elbowed* Right, this is Clare. Clare, this is Nekoyitolani and Albaine. *points at each in turn*
Clare: Charmed. ^^
Albaine: *nods* I remember speaking with you twice before. *at Clare, obviously*
Moonlight: *doesn't like not being include* Hello! I'm Moonlight! :]
Nek: *Merely offers a nod at her name*
Clare: I recall as well. And you as well Moonlight. ^^
Kara: Yeah, and her as well. *left her out because she doesn't really know her* Now go away.
Clare: *tsks* You need a physical outlet.
Kara: *glares* No one will spar with me.
Nek: Moonlight loves sparring
Moonlight: Spar! I'll love to spar with you sometime! ^.^
Kara: *instantly reverts to child in candy shop* Really?! What do you fight with? *points at her swords* Just those?
Clare: Well, that seems to work . . . ^^;
Nek: *Sighs* Well, they seem happy, at least...
Albaine: *nods* I guess they like fighting. *doesn't really enjoy it much*
Moonlight: My katanas are just my main chose, though I can use lots of other weapons. Hand to hand is also fun. ^.^ Oh, it's also fun to take a random objects and use that.
Nek: Moonlight does not like fighting; she loves it...
Albaine: I can tell...
Nek: *Nods* <=.=>
Kara: *kid-in-candy store morphs into All-the-candy-is-MINE?* We absolutely must spar sometime.
Clare: I think she's found a kindred spirit. ^^
Albaine: *at Clare* It would seem so.
Clare: On the one hand, it's a relief. ^^ *not looking at Albaine while speaking to him*
Albaine: Does she need a good fight? *knows of catharsis*
Clare: She needs to be smacked around a bit, and a fight is really the only way to go with that. *shrugs* But I also believe she does truly need it.
Albaine: It's a good stress reliever, right? Or at least for some people. I'm not exactly one for physical fights. Verbal I can handle.
Clare: *shrugs* Depends on the person, but yes. However, K- *pauses* She seems to actually require physical confrontation.
Albaine: *ignores the almost name slip* Huh, interesting. *wonders why*
Clare: For the first significant portion of her life, she literally lived for fighting.
Albaine: *wonders if Clare should really be sharing this* That was when she was a soldier, right?
Clare: *smiles, looks at Albaine for a moment* D-don't worry, I have p-permission. *looks away again* That is correct.
Albaine: *nods* Thought so.
Maybe Clare can help Albaine out with his problems. xd
Albaine: I don't have any problems that need helping with. stare *only partially lying*
Clare: *glances at Albaine, then looks away* Mmm. *clear tone of disbelief*
Albaine: *crosses his arms and looks generally annoyed* I don't. Nothing major and life affecting anyway. *still partially lying*
Clare: *calmly* Everything is life affecting, Albaine.
Albaine: What I meant was that any issues I have aren't affecting my ability to live a semi-normal life. -_-
Clare: A strong phobia wouldn't necessarily affect the semi-normalness of your life either.
Albaine: ...depends on the phobia.
Clare: *smiles slightly* That it does.
Albaine: And I don't have a phobia anymore. That got taken care of. *clinging to the idea that his worries are not irrational*
Clare: Do you deny other . . . *hums* . . . Issues, as well?
Albaine: *sighs* Everyone has worries, so I don't see what the problem is. And why am I even talking about this in the first place? It's silly. I don't need to defend myself from accusations that I need help. I know I don't need help. -_-
Clare: *softly* Everyone needs help. *normal* What worries you?
Albaine: ... *wonders what's safe to mention, can't really find a worry that's normal or easy to dismiss, and just shrugs* I just worry that past mistakes will come back to haunt me. *picked the one that is least connected to his mental state*
Clare: *guessed as much* That's fairly common, really.
Albaine: Yep, it is. *nods, and decides to get out of there before she starts thinking there's other, more troublesome worries present* Anyway, it's late, and I've got to go now. Have a good night. *waves and walks off*
Clare: *waves back* Good night to you. *is observant enough, and will continue further psychoanalysis next meeting, most likely XD*

May 3rd Albaine: *wanders out* Kristen: *Wanders out and slowly looks around, gaze resting on Albaine since she doesn't recognize him* Albaine: *feels watched* ... *looks around and spots Kristen* Hello. *waves* Kristen: Good evening. *Nods her head in greeting* I have never seen you around here before Albaine: I've only been here for a couple months, so I really haven't been here that long. Kristen: I see *Smiles slowly in greeting* I am Kristen Albaine: I'm Albaine. *isn't a smile-y type, but is polite* Kristen: *Blinks slowly in surprise* You are Albaine? Albaine: Yeah, I am. *looks a bit creeped out* You've heard of me? Kristen: Yes. *Coughs and blushes a little* A young Namir asked me if I would sleep with you a while back Albaine: Oooh...yeah, I know that namir. He's annoying. -_- Kristen: Why is he asking women if they will sleep with you? Albaine: It was the result of an argument. He's just trying to prove that I'd be less uptight if I was sleeping with someone, regardless of the fact that I don't want to sleep with anyone. *at Kristen* I have the argument on video camera if you want to watch. =3 Albaine: ... Kristen: I see... *Looks over at Sara and shakes her head* No, thank you Albaine: Is he still doing that? *has pretty much ignored Ish almost to the point of forgetting him* Kristen: Yes, he is. Though he has already asked all the girls in his home Albaine: Figures. -_- *wants him to stop so he doesn't get some weird sort of reputation* Kristen: It is interesting to meet you *Looks Albaine over* I was expecting a pervert Albaine: Honestly, I don't blame you for expecting that under the circumstances. Kristen: It is nice to know that I was wrong, and I am sorry that Ish has targeted you Albaine: Well, it's not like you're responsible for his actions. And hopefully he gets bored or something. Kristen: You can hope Albaine: He probably won't. Not with my luck. *pessimistic* Kristen: Someone new will come along, and you will become old news to Ish Albaine: I wonder when. *hopes its soon* Kristen: Namrah tend to come in groups, so perhaps it will be when we get our next batch of new arrivals *Unaware of all the plushie madness* Albaine: *nods* Makes sense. Kristen: *Looks around* ...Have you enjoyed your time on this island so far? Albaine: *nods* For the most part it's been alright. Kristen: That is good.. *Isn't sure what to say now* Albaine: So how long have you been in Namiah? Kristen: I am not sure, months...I was born here Albaine: Oh, so you must have eaten that berry that one anthro was telling me about. Kristen: *nods slowly* Yes. I decided that in order for me to do what I want to do in life, that I would need hands Albaine: Ah, that sounds like a pretty good reason. *seems to recall hearing that the process hurts* Kristen: I take it that you were not born here? Albaine: *shakes his head* No, I was born somewhere else a long time ago. Kristen: I figured as much Albaine: Most of the anthros here are from other worlds? *thinks so* Kristen: Most of the anthros that I have met are, yes Albaine: Same here. I've only met... *thinks* ..3 that weren't. Kristen: Myself included? Albaine: *nods* The first was a Pokémir with a lot of tails, the second one seemed to have an accent, and then you. Kristen: *Blinks slowly* The one with the accent, was he the size of a human child? Albaine: *nods* And he had a...familiar? *isn't sure if that's what they're called* Kristen: I know who you speak of, both of them actually. They are friends of mine Albaine: Oh, neat. I've only met them once. Kristen: And that is probably all that you will see of them *Slowly tilts her head* We are not very social Albaine: *shrugs* Everyone has their groups they normally stick to interacting with, including myself. Kristen: *Slowly shakes her head* It is not just that. We rarely come out here Albaine: Usually stick to your own place then? I get too restless to stay indoors for too long. Kristen: The place where I stay is very large, and there is a park right outside of it. So, I have no real reason to come here often Albaine: Ah, okay. Kristen: *Looks up at the sky* I should get going. It was nice meeting you *Waves before slipping off* Albaine: *waves* Have a nice night. *looks around and decides to sit beneath a tree* Albaine: *sleeping silently underneath of a tree*

May 4th Albaine: *hears noise and stirs, waking up beneath a tree* Wha? *wonders what he's doing here* Nek: *Asleep on a treebranch, trying to hide from people* Albaine: *rubs his eyes and brushes off a few stray leaves that fell on him in his sleep* I shouldn't let myself sleep out here.... *looks up at the tree for no apparent reason and sees Nek sleeping in another one* Nek: *Laid out on the branch like a lazy jungle cat* Albaine: *debates for a few moments, and knocks on the tree like it was a door, figuring if she was in desperate need for the sleep she won't stir* Nek: *Blinks and stirs at the sound of knocking* ? <=.=> Albaine: Good evening. Nek: Is it evening? *Looks around sleepily* So it is... *Sits up and stretches in the tree before hopping down* So what have I missed? Albaine: I'm not sure, I just woke up not 3 minutes ago. Nek: Ah, you did? Did you sleep outside?
Albaine: *nods and rubs his eyes a bit* I must have gotten bored and fell asleep sometime last night.
Nek: Yeah... *Remembers delusionally seeing herself doing the 'bend, and snap~'* *Represses the memory*
Albaine: Sleep well?
Nek: For the most part, how about you?
Albaine: *nods* Yep. Though it's been a while since I slept outside through the night...and day...
Nek: The whole night and day? Even I didn't sleep that long... *Thinks it's because the outdoors are just so much more comfortable*
Albaine: *shakes his head* Nah, not the whole night. I was up most of the night. *probably fell asleep at about 3 or 4 am*
Nek: Ah *Does not mention what they were doing most of the night to go to sleep so late, or the fact that she actually knows what time he went to sleep 'cause she was there* >.>
Albaine: *also does not mention the previous night* Well, I'm glad no one bothered me while I was asleep.
Nek: In a 'peaceful' place like this? I've only met one person who I would be worried about possibly bothering my sleep, but she's basically all badmouth stare
Albaine: Hm? *tilts his head* Met someone annoying? *met a couple annoying someones*
Nek: An annoying little Namir who somehow knew my name and eavesdropped on the worst possible conversation she could have and then threw it back in my face... stare She also liked to make threats and then turn hypocritical when I reacted to them seriously... *Tightens her hand on her sword hilt*
Albaine: Reminds me of someone I met not too long ago. stare
Nek: Oh? What were they like?
Albaine: Let's see...she assumed she understood me, she knew more about me than I like, and she didn't seem to understand why I was getting angry with her.
*pops up into the conversation with a video camera* Want to see the whole thing? *to Nek* =3
Nek: It sounds like we could be talking about the same person <=.=> *Wonders if they are, then looks at Sara* ...Sure...
Albaine: *looks at Nek, wondering if they're the same namir*
Nek: ... <=.=> That's her... *Snorts* It's the same Hlicta as I met <=.=>
Albaine: Figures as much. -_- Well, hopefully we'll never see her again.
Nek: I'm doubting I'll be that lucky, but I guess in this instance hope wont hurt <=.=>
Albaine: Well, if she seeks us out then she's got no argumentative leg to stand on to turn things in her favor. stare
Nek: Exactly *Shakes her head* So, other than that unpleasantness... My human mentioned something about another annoying pest that is still going around asking females a certain question *Raises an eyebrow*
Albaine: I haven't seen that annoying pest in weeks. -_-
Nek: I see... Have there been any other females complaining about him?
Albaine: *shakes his head* Nope. *thinks* Though I did meet someone he asked a while ago, but she didn't complain about him.
Nek: Uh-huh... And you still haven't searched him out to make him stop?
Albaine: I don't know where he is. If I knew I would seek him out and to tell him to stop it, even if it might have no effect on what he chooses to do.
Nek: Uh-huh... *Actually grows bored with the topic* Just hope that I don't find him first <=.=>
Albaine: He probably won't bother you second time. Actually, I'm more worried about an anthro who may or may not think I have some mental issues she wants to find out about. I'm probably just being paranoid though.
Nek: Oh? *Raises an eyebrow, wondering if he'll tell who it is so she knows who to avoid to keep it from happening to her*
Albaine: *nods* Yeah. You met her once, she was there last time when Moonlight was there.
Nek: *Tries to think only to find that sleep has crept up on her again* I think I will recognize her if I see her... *Yawns* I think I'm going to take a nap now... *Climbs into the tree she had made into her bed earlier and settles down to sleep for a while*
Albaine: Okay, night. *waves and just walks away a bit, worried that settling down will just encourage him to fall asleep there again*
* * *
A way to a man's heart is through his stomach :3
Not all men. xd *points at Albaine*
Albaine: *blinks* What am I being used as an example of? stare *suspicious*
Nothing bad. Oo
lol ;p *waves at Albaine* And what would be the way to his heart?
The way to Albaine's heart? I don't have a clue. It's hard to get there. 3nodding
Albaine: *waves at Bela, still wondering what the heck he's being talked about for* *doesn't trust himself to sit down and relax*
Westley: *falls out of the tree* ...ah damn! *looks at Albaine*
Albaine: *looks over at Westley* Fell asleep up there? *trying to let Westley get out of just being clumsy*
Westley: Ehhh....I think she had something to do with this...*glares at Bela*
>w> Don't look at me! *runs away*
Albaine: *looks at Bela* Wouldn't surprise me. Humans are strange.
Westley: Heh, yeah. *rubs the back of his head a little* Anyway...so who are you?
Albaine: Albaine. You?
Westley: Westley.
Albaine: *debates just walking away, but decides to stick around* So how long have you been in Namiah anyway?
Westley: Eh...*thinks* Since Valentines Day. *raises a brow* You?
Albaine: March 2nd.
Westley: Cool...that's not long after me then. Do you like it here?
Albaine: It's alright. It's very peaceful. *says peaceful like it's something shocking* It's a peaceful anarchy. *waves* I've got to go. Bye. *walks home*

May 5th Albaine: *wanders out into the clearing* Nek: *Already there, refusing to go with Neko only to be booted or flung or some other indecency in returning* Albaine: *waves at Nek* Hello. Nek: *Waves back* Hey Albaine: How're you? Nek: As well as can be in this topsy turvy place... I'm running out of supplies so I was going to go spit some fish sometime tonight... How about you? Albaine: I'm alright. *tilts his head* Spit fish? Oh yeah, that's your method of fishing. *remembered* Nek: *Nods* And you use some sort of line and a stick? Albaine: *nods* Yeah, a fishing pole. Albaine: I wouldn't mind teaching you. It's pretty easy. Nek: And I could teach you my way of spitting fish; we could meet at the river tomorrow morning? Albaine: Sure, it would be neat to learn something new. Where along the river are we meeting up? Nek: *Pauses to think* There's a willow not too far from where you'd meet up with the river if you went straight to it from here and turned left, how about there? *Yawns* If we're going to be up early I think I'm going to go to sleep... *Waves and walks off to find a tree to sleep in for the night* Albaine: *takes a note of the directions* Okay, night. See you there. *waves and wanders off, not sleepy enough to do the same* Ish: *Watching Albaine from some bushes* Albaine: *feels watched* ... *looks around* Ish: *Ears are peeking over the top of the bush* Albaine: *spots Ish* I see you. Ish: *Springs out of the bush* LIES! FILTHY LIES!! Albaine: Huh, well, I can definitely see you now. *decides to get that one thing out of the way before he can run off* Anyway, stop asking woman to sleep with me. -_- *has that tone of 'I know this won't make a difference but I'm doing it anyway'* Ish: Who says that I'm still asking woman? *Rolls on the ground* Albaine: Someone I met a couple days ago. *searches around for the name* Kristen. Ish: *Snorts* The knightly prude *Stops on his back, his paws in the air* I stopped asking girls though. It turns out that no matter how popular you are with girls socially, none of them want to have jungle sex with you... Albaine: Hm. *sounds suspicious* Ish: I'm asking men now 8D Albaine: *figured as much* I'm not gay. stare Even if you did find someone interested in me I wouldn't sleep with them under any circumstance. Ish: You're just still in the closet, they'll help bring you out 8D Besides you'd have to do less work with a guy =3 Albaine: I'm not in the closet! scream *doesn't even know what Ish means by less work, and really doesn't want to know* Ish: You're so deep in the closet that you're finding my dead grandma's underwear! Albaine: I am not! Ish: That's just what someone that deep in the closet would say!! Albaine: It's also what someone who isn't gay would say! Ish: Someone who isn't gay wouldn't feel so threatened by comments about his sexuality 8D Albaine: I'm not threatened, I'm annoyed. -_- I don't like being told that I'm something I'm not. *trying to win this argument* Ish: If you were just annoyed, you wouldn't feel the need to defend yourself. You'd just leave =3 I'm off to bed, night *Drags Ish out* Ish: *Blows Albaine a kiss* Albaine: stare *sulks off to rest beneath a tree, looking annoyed* Clare: *floats into the clearing* Albaine: *leaning up against a tree, considerably cooled off since the gay-straight argument he had before* Clare: *notices Albaine, waves* Hello. Albaine: Huh? *spots Clare* Hello. *waves back* Clare: A-and how are you today? *floats a bit closer* Albaine: *pause as he evaluates his day* ...I'm alright. Could be better, but could be worse. You? Clare: W-well, that's good. ^^ I-i'm a-alright, really. Albaine: That's good. *hoping that he's just being paranoid* Enjoying the fresh air? Clare: *is actually just getting the pleasantries out of the way, looks away from him* It's very . . . refreshing. Not stuffy at all. Albaine: *nods* I like being outside. It's nice to get away from the noise and the indoors. Clare: Not one of those modern boys who lives for the indoors, are you? *smiles* Albaine: *shakes his head* Not at all. Clare: The outdoors really lets you get away from it all . . . *smiles slightly* Except for pollution, where applicable. Albaine: Yep, it's a nice place to think. Luckily there doesn't seem to be much pollution here, if any. Clare: *murmurs* Luckily. *sits down . . . still floating a bit* And what do you think about? Albaine: A lot of things. *notices that she'd prying ever so slightly* The past mostly, and the present as well if something interesting happens. Clare: I suppose it's natural to dwell on the past. Do you think of particular times, places, persons . . . Or just whatever? Albaine: Just whatever happens to be on my mind. Yes there are things in the past I dwell on more than others, but that's no different than everyone else. Clare: No, it's not. *smiles slightly* Depending on how often you dwell on the certain something . . . Albaine: And in a place like this there is perhaps a little too much time given to dwell on that something. *gets up* It's late, and I should be heading home now. Have a good night. *waves and leave, again, cutting the conversation abruptly short* Clare: Good night to you as well.

May 7th Albaine: *wanders out* Clare: *floats in* Albaine: *notices Clare and waves* Clare: *waves back, starts heading over* H-hello. Albaine: How're you? Clare: *sits down, facing slightly away from him* Alright. Yourself? Albaine: I'm alright. A bit bored, but alright. Clare: *smiles slightly* That's good, then. No unfounded worrying? Albaine: Not really... *finds the statement rather odd and strangely enough completly opposite of how he works* Clare: No more so than usual, huh? Albaine: Nope. Clare: *smiles* At least things aren't getting worse. Albaine: *nods* No, no getting worse...not yet anyway. Clare: Ah, the inestimable yet. *quick glance at his face before looking away again* So, do you consider yourself a pessimist or a realist? Albaine: Pessimist, definitely. Too negative to be a realist. Clare: I try to optimize the situation . . . Easier here than anywhere else, thankfully. Albaine: Best not to get my hopes up. At least I try not to do anything to make my negative predictions come true. Clare: But do you do anything to turn them around, prove them wrong? Albaine: ...what can I do? If I'm going to have a horrible day, then I'm going to have a horrible day. The only thing that I can do to prevent that is to stay at home, and I'd rather risk the horrible day than to coop myself up for no real reason other than my beliefs. Clare: *smiles gently* But if you believe you will have a terrible day, your day will usually be worse than if you weren't expecting disaster. Albaine: ... *shrugs* At least I don't go out of my way to have a bad day. And usually bad days here result from encounters with namrah I normally don't see around, and I can hardly change that with a positive attitude. Clare: Fair enough. *stands up with an incredibly fluid motion {due to the fact she doesn't need to touch anything}, glances at Albaine* H-have a g-good night . . . *drifts off* Albaine: *waves and walks home himself*

May 9th Albaine: *wanders out* Nek: *Spies Albaine and debates waving, still getting the feeling that Neko has something sinister planned for her* Albaine: *looks over and waves* Nek: *Sighs and waves back* Albaine: *notices the sigh* Something wrong? *wonders if she didn't feel like talking to him today* Nek: I just have the feeling that my 'human' is plotting against me again... Albaine: Oh...they do that often, don't they? Nek: Yes, unfortunately they do stare Albaine: So how has your day been? Nek: *Stands up and stretches* As of yet, pretty boring... Or should I say 'laidback' instead? *Shrugs* How about yours? Albaine: Same here. *looks around* Save for how crowded the clearing is. Nek: I thought it was pretty crowded, too... Albaine: Namrah. They come in swarms. Later on tonight it'll be completely empty, save for, perhaps, one or two. Nek: That one or two probably being you and/or me... Albaine: *nods* More than likely. Nek: ...Why is that? Are we the only semi-social night-dwellers here? Other than... *Was going to say Kara, but doesn't think Albaine knows her name so shrugs instead, thinking she wouldn't like people to spread her own name around so she shouldn't spread others without their permission* Albaine: Bernice and the one you were going to say? I think so. At least it means that the clearing will be quiet. Nek: *Nods, then yawns* Scratch that, I think I'll turn in early tonight... Have fun with Bernice and what's-her-name *Waves and walks off to find a place to sleep for the night* Albaine: If they show up. *waves* Night. *goes to sit beneath a tree*

May 10th Albaine: *wanders out* Nek: *Wanders out, sees all the kits, and turns around to wander back into the woods* ... *Spies Albaine and alters course to walk in his direction while still aiming for the woods* Albaine: *spots Nek and waves, getting the feeling she's leaving the clearing* Nek: *Waves back* What's with all the kits? *Said uncomfortably* Albaine: *shrugs* I don't know. Maybe the results of that mating season is just now showing. Nek: Mating season? *Twitches her nose slightly to the side in a brief look of undisguised confusion* Albaine: Yeah, apparently the only time Namrah can have children is during a certain time that comes and goes sporadically. One went by I think a month ago. Nek: Ah... *Stares back at the kits, grimacing* Albaine: *tilts his head* Worried they're all going to bug you? *worried about being bugged by kits too* Nek: Sort of... Albaine: Sort of? *wonders if there's something else bugging her about it* Nek: *Shakes her head* Nothing... So does the mating thing bug you? Albaine: Not really...so long as the kits leave me alone I'm alright with it. It doesn't seem to have any psychological effects, so that's good. Nek: Ah... So far they don't seem to be interested in the people around them... Hopefully it'll stay that way... Albaine: Hopefully. *doubts it* Nek: Yeah... *Sounds doubtful as well* Albaine: Well, kits apparently aren't kits for long. I've heard that it only takes 2 months most of the time for them to grow up from an egg. Nek: So we only have to avoid them for two months? Great... Albaine: *thinks about that* ...and knowing our luck, by the time those 2 months is up there'll be more kits to avoid. -_- Albaine: There should be a kids clearing. A clearing where parents and their children can go to and let those who don't want to be bothered by kits do so easily. Nek: I think the clearing is for the kids and the rest of the woods is supposed to be for those who want to avoid them... Albaine: Oh. Really? *didn't know that, thinking it was just a general gathering area* Nek: *Shrugs* Possibly... Albaine: Well, it wouldn't surprise me. I always thought it was just a general gathering area though. Nek: *Shrugs* Kara: *is stumbling along somewhere in the vicinity of Nek and Albaine* Albaine: *notices Kara and waves* Kara: *doesn't notice waving . . . due in no small part to the band of dark green cloth wrapped around her eyes; has ceased stumbling around and is just standing, staring {figuratively} at the ground Albaine: Hello? *wonders what's up with "Tomoe", tilting his head* Nek: *Also wanders what's up* ... Kara: *tilts her head slightly* Hi Albaine. *waves in his vague direction, tilts her head a bit more* And . . . Nek? Albaine: So how are you...? *still tilting his head* Kara: As well as can be expected . . . *gets the distinct feeling she's weirding them out* Nek: *Reserving her thoughts for later contemplation, like she usually does* Albaine: That's good... Kara: *lips twitch upward for a moment* It would certainly seem so, wouldn't it? Nek: *Debates whether or not she should leave again* ... Albaine: Should I just leave you be? *gets the feeling that he's bugging her* Kara: *shakes her head* No, you're fine. Nek: *Stifles a yawn and begins to wander away* I'm out for the night... Albaine: Have a good night Nek. *waves and looks back at Kara* So how can you see with that on? *trying to find a good explanation for it* Kara: *grins* Can't. *waves in Nek's vague direction* Albaine: Ah...hurt your eyes? *last question he'll be asking about this before moving on* Kara: *shakes her head again* No, I just can't see tonight. Albaine: ...huh. Okay. *drops the subject* Kara: *smiles a bit sadly* I really don't mind . . . How have you been? Albaine: I've been alright...though I think that witch has been trying to psychoanalyze me for the past couple days. Kara: *laughs* Yeah, Clare's rather bad at that; she's got a terrible "save it" complex. Albaine: What if "it" doesn't need saving? I'm perfectly capable of living a normal life. *sighs* Maybe I can convince her that I don't have any issues that need resolving...not by her at least. *mutters this last part* Kara: *would pat the air over his shoulder again, but refrains for fear of accidentally slapping him* I apologize; I meant to say "fix-it." *tilts her head slightly* You have issues open to resolvement from someone else? Albaine: Fix it? That's not much better. And no. Any issues I have are things I'll have to deal with on my own. Kara: Why? Albaine: It's just how it is. *trying not to go into great detail with the issues at hand* Kara: *smiles* That, is a non-answer. Albaine: *was perfectly aware of that, and kind of sighs in an annoyed tone* Some things can't be fixed by the word of someone other than myself. And really, it's nothing that I can't live with. Kara: *smiles sadly* Live? Or survive? Albaine: *had to think about that for a moment* Pretty sure it's live. Kara: Well, if you're certain . . . *bows slightly* It is, after all, your life, and you may do with it as you please. Albaine: *just nods, and waves* I'm going to head home now. Have a good night. *walks home*

May 11th Albaine: *sitting beneath a tree* Nek: *Wanders in and sees Albaine* ... *Waves* Albaine: *waves back* Hello. Nek: Hey Albaine: How are you? The same as usual? Nek: More or less... You? Albaine: The same. If you don't count that apparently a namir just gave birth in the clearing. I missed it though, so that's a good thing. Nek: Yeah... Apparently that was one of my 'human's' Namir... Tolfitken... She shares the name that my wonderful caves had... Albaine: Did your human name her after them? Nek: Probably... Same as all the other strange 'coincidential' knowledge she has of me only given a physical form... Albaine: Well, according to what I've heard more than likely it was Sara who called my soul here, implying that the humans know a varying degree of knowledge about us without our telling it to them. Nek: Yes *Sighs* It can be annoying at times, but there's not much we can do about it... Albaine: Nope, not much we can do at all. Oh, were you aware that namrah whose humans disappear also tend to disappear? And if they're children then they don't grow while they're gone either. Nek: ...The 'humans' have too much power over us... <-.-> Albaine: At least we have free will...aside from outfit choices when they choose to interfere. Nek: *Winks into the hula girl outfit* ...Why did you have to mention outfit choices?! D8< *Tries to get Neko to give her back her normal clothes again* Albaine: *blinks* Well that was stupid of me. *obviously feels responsible for this outfit swap* Nek: *Winks back into her normal clothes* Yes... /Please/ don't do that again... Albaine: Got it. *won't mention it again* Nek: *Sighs* So what else is new? Albaine: Well, more or less an affirmation that the literal witch who's been speaking to me the past few days is definitely trying to get into my head and try to "fix it". Nek: ...No way to avoid her? Good luck with that... Albaine: I'm trying the more permanant solution of trying to convince her that I don't have any issues. Nek: Every one has issues... If it wasn't you she'd be going after someone else... But she happened to choose you... Again I say 'good luck'... Albaine: If everyone has issues maybe I should tell her a common saying. Physician, heal thyself. -_- Nek: That might work... Albaine: Or it might make her mad and I'll wind up being cursed in some way. Who knows what powers she has...I certainly don't. Nek: It's up to you to take that chance... Albaine: I know that. *tilts his head* You seem kind of out of it. Nek: *Shrugs* I am kind of out of it... Albaine: Any particular reason? *tends to fall into this mood randomly for no reason at all* Nek: Just memories... Wondering where it all went wrong... It all went wrong long before she was born, so she'll have a tough time figuring out what started it all 8D Albaine: Ah...yeah. *understands that quite well* Nek: ...If I am being troublesome I can leave... Albaine: *shakes his head* You're not being troublesome at all. Nek: ...Alright... Albaine: *attempts to change the subject* ...why is it that things have become remarkably uneventful? *almost would exchange the chaos of before for this monotony which is wearing away at his brain* Nek: I thought the sudden influx of kits was an event of some sort? Albaine: Yeah, but so far it hasn't affected much of anything other than by making the clearing more crowded. Nothing's really affected /me/ yet. Nek: Other than your favorite little stalker has failed in his attempts to get you to mate with someone? Otherwise you'd probably have some female to be avoiding...? Albaine: *mentally amused at her last statement, thinking of Clare* Oh, him? He's stopped asking woman. *may or may not have that tone that implies withdrawn knowledge* Nek: That is a good thing? *Arches a brow at his tone* Albaine: I don't see why it wouldn't be a good thing. I don't want to sleep with anyone. *loses that tone, though perhaps a little too late* Nek: Anyone implies that though he as finished asking /women/ he was still asking someone? Albaine: *feighs confusion* It does? I asked him to stop asking women when I saw him and he said he had already stopped a while ago. *trying for the ignorant/oblivious excuse* Nek: *Sighs, dropping it since it seems he wants to avoid it* Albaine: ... *doesn't feel like saying it* Nek: ... *Doesn't know if she wants to know* Albaine: *knows what Nek's thinking based on what he would be thinking in that situation* ...I'm just going to stop thinking about it. I don't think I want to know. Nek: ...That's what I was thinking... Albaine: *nods* Anyway, at least that problem's taken care of, so I don't have to worry about him for a while, assuming we don't have any other stupid arguments. Nek: What other stupid arguments could you have? Albaine: ...not sure... *leaves out the gay straight debate* Nek: *Shrugs* Albaine: Oh, drinking. If I have an argument about my adversity to drink I'll have to watch out or my drinks will be spiked when I'm not watching. Nek: That would be a decidedly bad thing... Albaine: Drugs would be another thing to avoid talking about as well. Nek: Drugs? Like medicinal remedies? Albaine: No, more like the cactus water we drank, only worse. Nek: *Shivers* Worse than that? Albaine: Yes, worse than that. Like that punch I had one time that made my reality dissolve for a time. *shudders at the thought of what happened when he accidently drank acid-laced punch* Nek: How can you drink a punch? Albaine: Punch is a drink where I come from. Nek: Ah... Albaine: I /still/ don't trust it. Nek: I don't think I'd trust it to begin with... Albaine: With a name like that? Don't blame you. Though it's usually pretty innocent. They give it to kids. Nek: People can put 'drugs' in it and they give it to kids? XP Albaine: No...the drink itself is fine. They don't give the drugged version to kids. Nek: I see... Albaine: But in any social gathering involving adults, steer clear of it. *thinks* I shouldn't argue about anything I claim I won't ever do with that pest. *realizes he's done this not once but twice* Nek: Alright... And that would be a good idea... Albaine: *nods* It's what got me into this mess in the first place... *doesn't realize he's implying that he's still in that mess* Nek: Ah... *Yawns* Well... I'm sleepy... *Wanders off with a wave* Albaine: *waves* Night. Albaine: *is beneath a tree, thinking* Kara: *walks into the clearing or wherever, sans blindfold from last night* Albaine: *spots Kara and waves* Kara: *waves back, walks towards* Hello. Albaine: Enjoying the return of your vision? Kara: What- Oh. *shrugs* Being the lesser of two evils. Albaine: Lesser of two evils? *confused* Kara: *self-deprecating grin* Better blind for a day than amnesiac for the same. Albaine: True, though either way you'd attract attention from your acqaintances. But yes, better to be blind for a day than to be an amnesiac. Kara: *cryptic* Though moreso in the one case. *sighs* Yeah . . . Albaine: *tries to think of a subject change, but fails when something distracts him* ...why do I get the feeling I'm being talked about? Kara: *laughs* Shouldn't you be sneezing, then? Albaine: Sneezing? *doesn't quite get the reference* Kara: *still laughing intermittently* It's a Japanese superstition. If you sneeze, someone's talking about you; if you sneeze multiple times, someone hates you. Albaine: Huh, I've never heard of that. Neat. *glad it's not true* Kara: *twirls a little in place* So be wary of sudden onslaughts of unexplained sneezing! *bows suddenly* And now, I must depart. Good night, sir! *departs* Albaine: *waves and heads home as well*

May 12th Albaine: *wanders out into the clearing* Clare: *floats in* Albaine: *spots Clare* ... *thinks about leaving, but chooses instead to wave* Clare: *waves back, hovers toward* Hello, Sir Albaine. Albaine: Hello. How are you? Clare: Fine, and yourself? Albaine: I'm alright. A bit bored, but alright just the same. *trying to avoid Sara who is excitedly reading something he assumes is probably X-rated* Clare: *does her air tailor's seat* Bored, huh? Not much interesting to befall you? Albaine: Nope. Clare: *smiles* Not necessarily a bad thing. Albaine: Yes, I could be forced to read whatever Sara's all giddy about. Knowing her, it's probably something mentally scarring. Clare: *smiles slightly* For you? Does Sara make a habit of this? Albaine: Not usually, but anything she's that happy about has to be something bad for me, considering that she apparently enjoys that...gay stuff. *has been told of Loveless when he innocently asked what she was reading* Clare: Gay as in happy or as in homosexual? Albaine: Homosexual. *about to add that if it was happy he wouldn't be so scarred by it, but realizes that happy stuff can be scarring too* Clare: *smiles full out* Well, that sort of thing is usually directed towards young teen girls. Albaine: *did not know that* Teen girls? Strange. *wonders if it's on par with Blazon's comments that lesbians are hot* Clare: *shrugs* They seem to like that sort of thing. Albaine: For the same reason an acquaintance of mine seems to enjoy seeing two girls together? *obviously doesn't not enjoy this sight as much as most guys probably would* Clare: *nods* Exactly. Albaine: Great...perverts, the lot of them. Clara: *laughs* It's certainly not everyone's cup of tea. Albaine: I know. I just don't enjoy spending too much time with those whose minds are in the gutter 24/7... *knows all to well that it rubs off* Clare: Want to keep your mind in the same pristine condition you currently enjoy, eh? *smiling* Albaine: That's what I'd like to do, if I'm allowed. Clare: Ah, but every moment spent with them rubs off on your psyche. *smiles* Choose your company wisely. Albaine: I know that all too well...I spent 3 and a half years with one of them. -_- Clare: *eyes dance with suppressed laughter* And you still dare to consider your mind pristine? Albaine: It's as clean as it's going to get after that. *shrugs* I think it's pretty clean. Clare: *shrugs* You would know best, I suppose. Albaine: *nods* So is your mind pristine? *thinks its okay to ask her since she asked him* Clare: *lets out her breath slowly* In the way we were speaking of, yes. Albaine: *nods* Ah, I understand. I think. Clare: *smiles slightly* If you do not, you are always free to ask. *flows to her feet, stretching languorously* Never guarantee the answers, but you will not ever know if you do not ask. Albaine: Some things aren't meant to be known. *waves as she leaves*

May 14th Albaine: *wanders out* Svana: *floats on out whistling something with a few echoing sounds* Albaine: *hears whistling and looks around for the source, seeing an angelic namir* Svana: *she notices Albaine and smiles at him, continuing her whispering with her wings flapping lightly* Albaine: *waves when she smiles* Svana: *floats over to him when he waves* Hello there! I have not seen you before~ Albaine: *shrugs* I've only been around for a couple months. Svana: *settles on down near him and folds her wings* May I get your name then sir? Albaine: Albaine. You? Svana: Very interesting name, Sir Albaine! *she smiles and bows* I am known as Svana. Albaine: Svana's an interesting name too, from what names I'm used to. Mean anything? *kind of bored, but maintaining the conversation anyhow, thinking it might get more interesting* Svana: Not too interesting *she rolls her eyes jokingly* It is short for Svanhildur, which is icelandic for Svanhild. The daughter of the Norse hero Sigurd. She got killed an unfair death, I find that it might happen to me one day. Albaine: *raises an eyebrow* You think you're going to be killed? *tone half between a statement and a question* Svana: Yes! I think I'm going to be brutally massacred one day. *shrugs lightly* That's life, I'm going to have to deal with it. Albaine: Good luck with that. I don't imagine that'll be much fun. Svana: *lets out a bitter laugh* On the contrary Albaine, everything is fun. Albaine: What a nice perspective. You a masochist? Svana: In a certain way, I suppose you could say. I don't like the pain but what am I supposed to do, whine about something that will never be fixed? Hah! Albaine: That's what most do, futile as it is. *shrugs* Svana: I detest when people do that, but I don't have to be like one of them. Albaine: I really don't care either way. Not unless they complain for over 10 minutes about a paper cut. Svana: ... A paper cut..? Who would complain, for 10 minutes, over a tiny little cut.. Albaine: *shrugs* Some people do. *waves as she leaves* * * * Albaine: *sitting beneath a tree* Kara: *walks in, sits down under the same tree as Albaine* Hey. Albaine: Hello. How're you? Kara: *shrugs her shoulders* Alright. You? Albaine: I'm pretty good. I had an...interesting...conversation with someone who thought she was going to be brutally murdered. *wonders if she has any crazy enemies who would make this possible* Or just killed in a brutal fashion in general. I guess it doesn't have to be murder. *shrugs* Kara: *blinks slowly* That certainly sounds strange. Did she have a particular reason to think this way? Albaine: Not that I'm aware of. She told it to me after she explained the meaning of her name. So I guess one's name equals one's destiny for her? Kara: *much too polite to ask her name* What is the meaning? Albaine: It's an alteration of an original name which belonged to a girl who was killed unfairly. Kara: Ah. *pauses a moment, thinking, then glances sidelong at Albaine* What else were you? Albaine: *confused* What do you mean? Kara: *delicately* Before you came to the island, besides human, what were you? Albaine: Oh. A Transformationist. *wonders if he'll need to give an explanation* Kara: *tilts her head slightly* I don't believe I've heard of that race. Albaine: It's a group of shapeshifters with immortality and a third power which depends on what your spirit animal happens to be. The only difference between the pureblood members and the hybrids is eye color. *figures that the fact that it's a hereditary group and not a chance group goes without saying* Kara: *suppresses some cockroach cracks, instead* What color eyes do purebloods have? Albaine: Purple. Kara: . . . Your eyes appear purple. Albaine: *nods* They're a mix of blue and purple. Kara: *smiles* That's unique. *teasingly* So what sort of power does your cockroach spirit animal give you? White blood, or the ability to survive a week with your head cut off, perhaps? Albaine: *not amused* Very funny. It happens to give me my teleporting abilities. And yes, I know it makes no sense at all. *heard that from Blazon before* A rabbit would give you the same power. biggrin Albaine: So would a bunch of other animals. Kara: So each animal is not unique in its power dispensing? Albaine: Nope...though I think the Phoenix is the only one that gives you the ability to come back to life no matter what if you die. There might be a few other unique ones, but I can't think of any... *is not an expert* Anyway, it's late, so I'm heading off to bed. *stands up and waves* Have a good night. *walks home* Kara: *waves back* You as well. *stands up and walks off*

May 15th Albaine: *sitting beneath a tree in the clearing, deep in thought* Bo: -Yawns as he thinks about heading back home, but that thought is disturbed by the sight of a familiar figure- Well look who it is. Albaine: *blinks out of thought at Bo's voice* Huh, I remember you. *remembers him very well, just couldn't think of a good greeting for someone he has a remarkably neutral bordering on negative relationship with* Bo: Glad to know, cause I remember you, kind of, I think. Well I remember most of that day that I met you. Anyway -waves a hand- What are you doing out here? Albaine: Thinking. Bo: -Raises a brow at the one word answer- Alright then... -Rubs the back of his neck- Just random stuff or is it private? Albaine: A mixture of both. *was wondering if one of his good acquaintances would show up or not, among other, more private, things* Bo: Oh, do you want to talk about it. I really have nothing to do, so -shrugs- Albaine: *shrugs* I don't really think it's that interesting...just wondering if I'll see some acquaintances of mine sometime tonight, and whether I'm going to have to try to convince that literal witch that I don't need a therapist. Bo: You do know that sometimes trying to convince someone that you are not what they think you are ends up making them think you are that thing even more, right? Albaine: Yes, I know that. That's why I'm not actually declaring that I don't need help, I'm trying to show it to her by just talking to her if she shows up. I figure if I come off as perfectly normal she'll move along and stop trying to psychoanalyze me. Bo: Huh, she can do that or she can go on thinking you are trying to hide your need for a therapist by trying to pass yourself off as normal. Albaine: Not much else I can do... *open to suggestions from strangers which he may or may not follow* Bo: Why do you want to prove it to her anyway? As long as you know the truth isn't that enough? Albaine: How would you like someone who is a self appointed therapist to try to pry their way into your private thoughts and memories to prove to you that you're insane and need help and then commence with the "treatment", whatever it may be? Bo: Huh, I tell her to shut up and walk away, but then she might make a smart a** comment and follow me around, which wouldn't help at all. Albaine: She seems pretty shy, so if someone told her to get lost she probably would. *saving that for a last resort* Bo: Well I wish you luck with whoever this girl is, but besides that is everything alright? Albaine: *nods* For the most part. *still wondering how to get Ish to stop asking men if they want to sleep with Albaine* Bo: Well then you have something bright to think about then. You seem better than when we first met. -Knows about Ish since word travels fast through people- Albaine: I do? *doesn't think he's any better now than he was then* Bo: Well a little bit. At least this time I am not messing with you and you aren't arguing with me cause of it. Albaine: Oh. Well then yes, I'm 'better'. *finds this concept interesting since it's not exactly true, if anything he's less sure of his sanity than he was when they last met* So how have you been? Bo: Me? I've been better since I got in a fight with my friend's husband which kind of puts thing on edge since said husband ended up punching me in the mouth. Albaine: You got in a fight with your friend's husband? *holds back a passively accusatory "what did you do?" remark since he knows nothing of the situation* Bo: -Nods- He didn't like something I did, apparently. I knew he wouldn't, but..did it anyway. Albaine: Well then you brought it upon yourself. *thinks* Depending on what it is that you did and if you had a choice in the matter. *thinks that it's possible it was a lose-lose situation* Bo: It wasn't like I was kissing my friend or anything. We are close, so we do some stuff normal friends would do. I was just hugging my friend from the back. Albaine: ...? Friends do that? *obviously has little experience with friendship and what friends normally do physically, only having Ellenoir (who had the occasional and brief hug before she became his love interest) and Blazon (who really didn't give him much more than a pat on the back on a typical day)* Bo: Uh..yeah. They do. Depending on how close the friends are and their relationship. Albaine: Oh. Well then if that's normal I guess it's a matter of miscommunication. *still can't imagine himself becoming touchy-feely with his friends no matter how close they are* Bo: -Shrugs- I got punched. I had a feeling I would. So, yeah, I asked for it, but I don't regret it. Albaine: I suppose it could be worse. *leaves out the obvious "well perhaps you shouldn't do it again" advice* Bo: Like how? Albaine: Well, he could have killed you in some psychopathic jealous rage. Bo: Trust me, if he could..he would have. Especially if I did anything "worse" Albaine: ...okay then... *wonders if this husband has any trust in his wife at all or if the physical contact was against "her" will in his eyes, constituting potential rape* Bo: What? If you find something wrong with it then you can just come out and say it. Albaine: Doesn't he trust his wife to be faithful? I mean, why marry someone if you don't think they'll be completely true to you? Bo: -Shrugs as his tail flicks around- My friend says he is, it is just that he is overly protective and possesive. Albaine: Well, everyone has their faults, I suppose. *knows he has quite a few* Bo: He may have his faults, but they just make him all the more psychotic, which isn't good for me in any way. Albaine: *shakes his head* No, it's not. *thinks back to his own psychotic incident and suppresses a shudder* Bo: -Nods- Though..I suppose my own problems can be worse than his in a way...at least his lead him to something positive. Albaine: And yours only leads to negative outcomes? Bo: -Shrugs- I've never had anything really grand happen. I mean, good things happen but they end badly. Albaine: *knows that experience quite well* Well, hopefully you have enough luck to find something positive that ends well here. *doesn't hold much stock in the idea that luck favors himself, but thinks it definitely favors some people, and can turn around for them* If not...well, you wouldn't be the only one in the world like that. Bo: -Sighs as he crosses his arms and pulls his jacket closer like it will protect his soul and emotions- I'm not so sure. I haven't lead the best life, though I know others than my self are worse off, so complaining will not help, but..you know sometimes I wonder would it is like to be like those who are better off than I am. You know to be happy, to have lived with a normal family, to have love and such. Albaine: *represses the urge to say "me too" with a futile wish that all the bad in his life could be replaced with a normal life, no abuse, no murder, no attachment issues, just normalcy* Well, if you find yourself later on with a family and love you'll probably appreciate it more than someone who's lived a perfectly normal life, and not take it for granted. Bo: That is if I ever get that far in life. I wouldn't blame life for choosing to end my life all alone and such. Albaine: *shrugs* Make the best of whatever you're allowed? Bo: I guess, but -sighs and lazily waves a hand- Maybe I am just over thinking my life. Albaine: People are prone to doing that. Bo: -Shrugs- Some more than others. Albaine: *just nods* * * * Albaine: *sitting beneath a tree, almost asleep* Kara: *sitting in the tree* Hey. Albaine: *blinks awake* Hm? *looks up and sees Kara* Oh, hello. *waves* Kara: *waves back, slipping off the branch to fall gently to the ground* How have you been? Albaine: I've been alright. You? Kara: *shrugs* Same. Any more conversations with girls expecting to be murdered? Albaine: Nope, not today. Maybe tomorrow. *joking* Kara: *smiles* I'm sure you're eagerly expecting it. Albaine: *continuing the joke* Yes, but I hope it doesn't become an overly common occurance, that would take all the novelty out of it. Kara: *gasps dramatically* No, not the novelty! Albaine: *smiles in amusement* Life would be terribly boring without novelty, that's for sure. Kara: Quite correct. Albaine: So do you get much novelty here? Kara: *shrugs* A fair amount. Albaine: *nods* Likewise. Still doesn't stop you from being bored on multiple occasions. Albaine: *rolls his eyes* I'm allowed to be bored. Kara: *smiles* Without boredom, how would we appreciate interested? Albaine: We wouldn't be able to. *stands up* I'm going to head home now. Have a good night. *waves and walks home* Kara: Night. *floats back up to sit in the tree*

May 16th Albaine: *wanders out into the clearing* Nek: *Wanders out, back to normal* ... *Yawns and looks around, spotting Albaine and offering a wave* Albaine: *waves back* Hello. Albaine: Not much. Though I talked with someone who said that she was going to be brutally murdered based on her name which was interesting. Nek: *Taking doomed existances very calmly tonight* Names are powerful things Albaine: *doesn't see how this can be so without magical involvement* I guess, but it was still weird. *shows up* Want to watch something funny? =D Nek: It was? *Looks over at Sara* Depends on your definition of 'funny'... stare Albaine: Not particularly... *giggles and just plays the video for them* Albaine: How on Earth is that funny?! Nek: Yeah! D< *Doesn't see how it would be* It's funny if you know the show. =D Albaine: Well I don't, so it's just disturbing. stare Nek: *Simply nods, agreeing with Albaine's statement* Sorry! I thought it was funny. D= Albaine: Right... *rolls his eyes* What kind of person would make a song like that anyway? *Plays the Macarena for them* Nek:
Ash Ley: *Listens and starts to do the Macarena*
Albaine: *covers his ears* Get it out! *has the song stuck in his head now*
*Cackles* >8D
Nek: *Slowly slinks away*
Ash Ley: *Plays the song again so she can keep dancing*
Albaine: I hate music... *overdramatic lie resulting from having a annoying (to him) song stuck in his head*
At least you're not banging your head against a tree~ 8D
Nek: *Rolls her eyes and wanders off*
Albaine: That wouldn't help. -_- *waves as Nek wanders off*

May 18th Albaine: *wanders out* Ryo: *Walks out, wearing a hoodie to cover his newly acquired wounds. Lifts a hand and waves at Albaine* Albaine: *spots Ryo and waves as well* Ryo: *Walks over to Albaine* How have you been lately? Albaine: I've been alright. You? Ryo: I've been better *Looks around* Anything big happen out here lately? Albaine: *thinks* Not really...it's been crowded a few times recently, but aside from that no. Ryo: I suppose that's a good thing... *Scans the area to make sure Ezekiel isn't lurking anywhere* Albaine: *notices* Looking for someone? Ryo: *Smiles at Albaine* Just someone that's been bothering me lately Albaine: *nods, understanding being on the lookout for someone, but doesn't really have anything to say* Ryo: *Cocks his head and debates telling Albaine the little bit of news that's popped up for him* Speaking of pests *Tucks his tongue in his cheek* You seem to have acquired one? Albaine: ...? If you're talking about the annoying teen male I've had that pest for a while. Ryo: Really? *Raises a brow* And you know what he's doing? Albaine: Yes. -_- *is obviously annoyed by what Ish is doing* Ryo: So it'll be no surprise when I say that he asked me if I'd sleep with you Albaine: Not really...and I'm sorry he did so. Ryo: Don't worry about it ^^; *Waves* I have to go now, good night Albaine: *waves* Night.

May 22nd Albaine: *sitting beneath a tree, thinking* Ryo: *Walks along soundlessly, peeking around the tree when he sense a familiar presence, his usual smile in place* Hello Albaine: *looks over to see Ryo, and waves* Hello. Ryo: *Waves back* How are you today? Albaine: I'm alright. You? Ryo: I'm doing well *Leans against the tree and looks around* Quiet today Albaine: *nods* Yeah, it's usually like this. *personally used to there being no one else out there* Ryo: It must really have changed then, since when I used to come out *Cocks his head* Perhaps most of the Namrah are doing what I'm doing, and spending most of their time at home these days Albaine: Maybe. It would explain why the clearing's been so deserted lately. Ryo: Perhaps I'll start coming out more then. Though now that I've decided that, all the other Namrah will start coming out again Albaine: If you have the same amount of luck I have? Yes, that's exactly what would happen. Ryo: Your luck not that good? Albaine: *shakes his head* Nope. Ryo: Are you so sure of that? Albaine: *nods* Yes, I am. Ryo: You're supposed to be dead, yet here you are. What's that say about your luck? Albaine: I'm...not sure. *doesn't like to admit that he's wrong xD* A rare instance of good luck? I've had those before. Ryo: If it was, it picked a rather good time to rise up for you didn't it? Albaine: *nods* Yeah, it did...though honestly I'm waiting for my killer to follow me here. *paranoid, and in this case rightfully so* Ryo: You believe that they'll come here? Is it because they hate you enough to follow you into death to torture you? Or perhaps because someone will take revenge for you? Albaine: No...more like an accident occurs and she winds up here in Namiah. I don't think she'd follow me here on her own Ryo: She accident prone? Albaine: *pause* Well, a hunter could get her. Ryo: A hunter? Albaine: I told you about them, remember? They hunt immortals and other supernatural beings. Ryo: Oh yes, sorry. Had a long day, so my mind is not at top form *Rubs his wrist* What would you do, if she came here? Albaine: I'm not sure...it would depend on what she does. Hopefully she is willing to just ignore me. Ryo: Hopefully you never have to find out *Pushes away from the tree* I'll be right back *Heads back into the woods* Albaine: *waves as he leaves* Albaine: *still sitting beneath the tree, thinking* Bo: -Stuffs his hands in his pockets as he walks along lost in his own thoughts, which he is pulled out of at the sight of Albaine- Albaine: *spots Bo and waves* Hello. Bo: -Ildy waves back- Hey there. Still thinking? Albaine: *nods* Not much else to do. Bo: -Tilts his head- No one to hang out with or anything else to do with your time? Albaine: Well, not at the moment. I was talking to someone a few moments ago, but he left. Bo: Well at least you aren't being a loner then. Albaine: I don't think I could be a loner. *too afraid of feeling all alone in the world* Bo: Well you seem to be good at pretending then. Albaine: Just because you don't ever see me talking to someone else doesn't mean that I don't. *honestly, would rather this conclusion than the (false) ladies man one he usually hears about himself* Bo: -Shrugs- I'm just saying, at times you do look like a loner, but if you say you aren't. then alright by me. Ryo: *Silently walks up* Sorry, that took longer than I th- *Comes to an abrupt stop when he sees Bo. His usual friendly demeanor briefly disappears as annoyance flashed on his face. But it's quickly hidden again by his usual friendly smile* Albaine: *notices that look of annoyance, and wonders if he knows the 'other guy'* Hello again. *waves, and chooses not to comment on the look of annoyance* Bo: -Tries to bite back a scuff and hold back a glare. Shakes his head and keeps his attention on Albaine- So you were talking to him before? Albaine: *nods* Yeah. Why? *feels a bit awkward, but doesn't show it* Ryo: *Slips his hands into his pockets and leans against the tree in a non-chalant mannter* Bo: -Shrugs- ...It's nothing. Just wondering, that's all... Albaine: Okay... *decides to stand up, since the other two are standing, and looks between the two* Do you two know each other? *already knows the answer to that* Ryo: *Quietly says* Sadly, yes Bo: -Mumbles- Would rather it be otherwise... Albaine: *feels like he's stumbled upon two enemies* ...any particular reason you don't like each other? *not trying to pry, but finds it hard to say much of anything else* Ryo: There are many reasons I suppose *Runs his thumb over his wedding ring* Bo: -Scuffs- Still say you overreacted ... Albaine: ... *starting to suspect something, but doesn't comment just yet* Ryo: *Cocks his head, his smile turning even friendlier* Perhaps you should go tell someone that cares then? Bo: Aw, I would, but you might get a bit..protective again. Albaine: *feels slightly more awkward since now he knows pretty much exactly what was going on from Bo's story* Ryo: Chance are that I would, you bring that side of me out *Looks over at Albaine, sighs* I am sorry if we're making you stuck in the middle here Bo: -Places a hand over his heart- Well don't I feel like a special part of your life. -Rolls his eyes- Albaine: It's fine. *wonders if he should let on that he's connected the story Bo told him to Ryo* Ryo: *Nods at Albaine, then glances at Bo* You're the fly buzzing around my head that I want to squish. Easily ignored most of the time, only top back into the realm of annoyance every now and then Bo: -Grins and shrugs- You can try, but we both know I am not going anywhere anytime soon, or maybe, ever. Anyway -turns to Albaine- Well now you know who. Albaine: *slightly irritated that Bo just revealed that Albaine knows, but doesn't show it* ...yeah... *feels like he should hear the other side of the story, since Bo make Ryo out to be an overprotective psychopath, or something close to it* Ryo: *Is an overprotective psychopath* You're only here as long as your wings don't give out, or until I get annoyed enough to start swining in earnest. *Looks to Albaine and raises a brow* I take it he's told you a lovely story of how I socked him ^^ Albaine: *nods* He did. Because he hugged your wife, right? *indirectly trying to find out if that's normal for just friends* Bo: -Crosses his arms and sighs- Whatever you say, but either way -shrugs- We'll just see how it ends. Ryo: *Brows go up in surprise* That's all that he told you? Albaine: *thinks for a minute, trying to see if Bo told him anything else, and then nods, still baiting for that answer* Bo: -shrugs once more- That's basically what is was anyway, just in a close manner. Ryo: He hugged my wife in a manner usually reserved for intimacey. But that was only part of it. He insists on poking and prodding at me, then finally he called my wfie a liar *Shrugs* So I punched him ^^ Albaine: Oh. *outwardly remains rather nuetral, but is thinking that calling his wife a liar was a step too far and justifies punching* Bo: Well we both know it is true, cause he is. Ryo: *Ears pin back as he considers hitting Bo again* Albaine: *picks up on the 'he' and wonders if he heard wrong* Bo: -Just scuffs and looks away from Ryo, glaring to the side- Ryo: *Quietly says* Never loop me in with you, you don't know what I know of think of him, and you never will *Debating actually having Kevin's name slip out xD* Albaine: ... *awkward since he thought that wife = female* Bo: I think that can be taken both ways here and there. I may not know of your experiences with him, but you don't know the full story of mine either. Ryo: And I never claimed to. *Looks at Albaine, figuring it wouldn't be fair to the man if he ended up getting into it, physically anyways, in front of him. Rubs his thumb over his ring some more to calm himself while thinking of Kevin* Albaine: *kind of gets over it, reminding himself that he's not homophobic anymore and shouldn't be bothered by such things, and just listens in on the argument* Bo: -Mumbles a comment under his breath and keeps his stare to the side- Ryo: *Looks to Albaine like nothing happened* Are you feeling uncomfortable? Albaine: *shakes his head* No, I'm fine. Ryo: ... *Nods, then looks to Bo, then away again since just being around the other male is starting to irritate him*
