For Macs, hold 'Shift', 'Apple' and '4' then click mouse to create box on screen on what you want as a picture.
For PC's, there's always a button on the keyboard that says 'Print SCN/Screen'. Press that, open up 'Paint' or 'Photoshop' and paste and save picture.
Easy! xp
