Suka's ears perked at the sound of the copter drawing near. Looking at her master, she smiled as only a wolf could at the sight. Senaka was stretched out on the roof, her head covered by her hood, a slight snore emenating from her. Shaking her ears, the wolf rose and jumped down into the streets to wander a bit.
Catching the scent of the human they ran across earlier, she was curious and so followed it to a central building. Knowing most humans feared wolves indoors, she waited patiently for Ace to leave.

Suka looked at the soldiers that guarded the door and snorted to clear her nose before settling down beside them. As passersby looked on, the guards tried to ignore her at first. She sat tall at their side, not moving as people jostled by. After a while one of the guards scratched her behind the ear.
"There's a good pup," he cooed while he patted and rubbed her cuff. Oh yea she could get used to that, she thought. Absently she licked his hand in thanks. The redheaded guard chuckled and continued to guard his post, one hand still stroking her fur.
Inside the conference room, many of the chieftain's advisors surrounded the vast table. Several others, presumably guards and other officials, took up the leftover space.
Whispers fell silent as Ace entered the room with his men. Everyone looked at him, mostly unhostilely, but still quite emposing.
((You can play the chieftain if you want. I have no inspiration for him. Though I might have another character appear here. ^'^))

Ace sits down and everyone follows after to take there seat as Ace pushes a ile forward to the Chief to read about the treaty "This is what we offer for peace but no more we have gone through this treaty procedure three times and have rised them everytime take it or leave it."
The Chief opens and reads the file at the bottom a signing place for his name to accept the terms "Chief:I will have to speak with my advisors on this so please be patient." The Chief gets up and goes into a corner with his advisors :What do you think?" The Chief passes around the file for everyone to look at

A bell sounds someonewhere around the bend from the central building. A few momments later Suka watched as many children ran around the corner, school having just gotten out. A couple stopped to look at her, it wasn't everyday that they got to pet a pretty doggy like her. She felt a little indignant about being called a dog, but couldn't help but pant and lick their faces happily as they petted her and fed her some jerky. If everything stayed calm like this, they might get to stay there longer. The wolf hoped that it would. She liked it here.
The redheaded guard had to shoo the children away after a while, his partner having noticed how much attention they were attracting. With smiles and giggles the kids promised to come back again to play with the guards puppy before they bounded away into the city's bustling streetways.
Inside the building, not everything was so carefree. The chieftain was presented with another treaty by another village. He knew that alone they would not last much longer, but giving up so much of their goods as payment was wearing thin on the ecconomy. Venders and growers from all through the city were growing aggitated by the taxes on their goods and the water they required to grow it. But it was either taxes, or they would be forced to pay the sum in their goods. Either senerio wasn't pleasant.
Some of the advisers acepted the new offer, while others rejected it. They both had valid argumants for both sides, which made the decision rest soley upon him. What did he think it best for his people?
One woman stood silent among the crowd, her pale grey robes marking her as one of the ancient scholars, and his most precious daughter. She was only the tender age of fifteen, but had the mental stamina to chart stars and planets without the aid of instruments. She was awed as a future prophet, though she never spoke. Her bright green eyes and bouncing blonde curls were seen at everyone of her fathers meetings.
Though she never spoke, her opinion was highly valued and many asked if the stars were aligned in good fortune for this or that decision. Her answer was never instant. She would always consult the stars for a span of three days and write out what she had observed during that time.

Most cities eagerly joined with Washington D.C when they reached a technological age of medieval staus but it was widely known that Washington D.C was a city that did not use prothets and relied solely on technology for there everyday lives which angered the churches making them say it was against god to use technology over religion but in every case Washington D.C always showd that there was a freedom of religion in the city but as the Chief listened he didn't know what to do so he spoke to his daughter as Ace patiently waited and watched them "Chief biggrin aughter I need your help. Would it be best to side with them?"

At being addressed the girl looked from each advisor in her fathers' council to him directly. Her emerald green eyes twinkled as she pulled out a piece of parchment from within the folds of her robe and handed it to the chieftain. Inside the parchment a neat swirling writing was scratched in aligned lines. It read:
Two seasons of prosperous times are in store for the town of Akila. After an eclipse of murcury and venus, a war will spout and many ties will vanish. Famine and a bout of disease will pass for five cycles of the moon. A comet will signal the end of old grudges and the start of new love. The outcome will be the same, but Akila stands a better chance of survival if it has more allies. Unforseen variables will undoubtedly play a part.
Suka yawns as the sun starts to lower, still early afternoon, but at least there were slant shadows for which she was grateful. The redheads partner speaks in low voices to another guard who comes down to check on them. With a smile and a commrads pat on the shoulder, the new guard leaves again.
"I guess the meetings going to be a little longer than they thought," the other guard voices with a sigh.
"Well it's not like we have a hot date to get to anyway," the redhead laughs. Both guards chuckle quietly, Suka wags her tail in agreement.

The chieftan gives a sigh of relief to the treety arragment but shivers at the fact of war so he heads back to Ace were he signs it "Chief:I should let you know a war will break out in about two years which wil cripple many cities including yours tat is what our prophet has predicted." Ace sighs "Ace:I am sorry if I affend you or your people but prophets cannot predict the future it's not possible I mean we can tell when it is going to rain by weather patterns and shifts in the wind but telling the future cannot be real." The entire room grows silent at Ace's words then the the room starts to pic up as the room starts to talk about what Ace had said and if he could be right hen as this is happening the Chieftan whispers to him "Chief:Yes I agree with you but many people rely on those things so I let them do as they wish but I want our city to advance like yours where they don't need such things as prophets to predict the weather." The chief then smiles at his daughter and turns back to face Ace

The girl watches the exchange with narrow piercing eyes. Listening to Ace's declaration, she shakes her head slightly. It was not a religion she held dear, and she hated being called a prophet. Her astrological abilities always got confused this way and most of the time she didn't mind, but today it irked her.
With a straight face, she gazes at her father who looks at her relieved, as if he clung to the idea that maybe she might be wrong. If only she was. Her abilities to find these patterns of life in the stars and planets and the fact that many of them came true made her glare at Ace most confident and cool. He would understand all too soon. They all would. Then she wouldn't get those condescending looks anymore.

Ace yawns and smiles "There was a uy names Nostradomus who lived in the 1400s I believe and he predicted many things that actually came true but one was that the world would end in 2012 even the Maiyan civilization the most intelligent one there was when it came to astronamy back when they were around came to the same prediction but it didn't happen I mean we are still here today and even if a war is too break out there is no reason to believe she is right I mean it is a troublesome time for many cities and to hate us is common because we are more powerfull of a City and have more resources so we should not believe that she can tell things just because of one prediction." Ace smiles at the girl knowing by now that she had hated him een when he first stepped into the room so he didn't care about her when she didn't even give him a chance to be nice

Her eyes softened as she gazed at Ace. Her lips never parted, but her eyes said far more than any words could. With one last glance at her father and the advisors, she nodded at Ace as she passed out of the room in a silent whirl. As she walked out she pulled out her notebook and pen, scribbling as she went. After a momment the bright sun made her squint her eyes. The guards parted to let her through. Looking around to catch her barings, she decided to wait until the meeting was adjourned before she returned to her home.
Suka glances at the maiden that now stands beside her. A soft scratching noise catches the wolfs attention and she sits mesmerized as the girl writes in her book.

The meeting finally ended and the pilot of the helicopter started it up sending sand to fly everywhere again but Ace and the Chief had exited the building happily so the Chief went back nside as he had fofgot something so he said goodbye to Ace "Alrite guys lets head back home." Ace had noticed the Chiefs daughter again and smiled before he started to board he helicopter but he stoped and noticed the wolf "Damn..." Ace tried to ignore it so he continued to climb not fully on yet

Suka bolted into action as soon as she noticed Ace heading for the copter. She had been distracted by the girl, but the fresh scent of the military man forced her to look away. Logging away the girls' scent for later perusal, Suka bound after Ace.
As he tried to climb into the flying machine, she did the only thing a wolf can do to stop someone. She grabbed the cuff of his leg in her teeth and pulled lightly.

Not really noticing the guns, or merely not understanding what they were for, Suka let's go of his leg an sits there, her tail wagging and her tongue lolled out in a pant. For added enphasis, she cocked her head to the side slightly, a very friendly puppy thing to do.
The girl looks up at the scene not far from her, her eyes widening at the sight of all those guns pointed at a dog. Snapping her book shut, she walked up to the copter, standing next to the wolf. She didn't know if the creature was friendly, but it hadn't done anything to warrant such hostilities.
