Good day, Fourth Division! 3nodding
As you may or may have not noticed, Envy Kuchiki, Fourth Division captain, has stepped down of her position for retirement. Saddening as it is, the Crew of the Sereitei had to to decide the next successor of former captain Envy Kuchiki's position.
After some discussion for several days, they have decided that Kei Aoi, Fourth Division vice captain, is now taking her position as the new captain of this division. Thank you so much for your time and let's do our best and duties for the betterment of the Gotei 13 and Soul Society.
