"The Sea is Never Calm below the surface..."
As soon as The Mahtog came into port and docked Anabell braced herself for the onslaught of crew and port workers who would be unloading. Thankfully she knew her way arund the docks. "OY!" Her heavy Irish accent drew attention, but only from people who weren't locals, others from around Baron smiled. "I asked for my shipment a month ago!" Even while she was yelling she was smiling, holding onto her dress with one hand and holding up a yellowing slip of paper in the other. "My mother will have you if you don-" Suddenly she leapt to the side as a crate landed where she had been standing, she heard laughing and rolled her eyes. "Much abliged Micheal! Now if only you HAD hit me, I'd be able to tell your supervisor!" Turning away she called over a young boy who worked for the inn who imediatly moved the crate full of old fasioned pewter tankards and silken sheets onto a hand lift and started off with the load.

"Mermaids? So I really am dying... I don't think I would hallucinate about mermaids otherwise..." Travis said.
The Mahtog's captain walked onto the pier, "I am sorry for the delay. We hit a few rather bad storms on the way here."

Anabell turned and smiled a dizzying smile at the captain, red hair a flame tied back with a bow. "Not a problem sir, Just joking around with some of your crew..." She glanced back upwards to see the same boy who had dropped the crate at her duck behind the railing to hide. She shook her head and looked back at the captain. "Everyone accounted for I hope?" It was always sad, loosing someone to the surf, it was a local myth that a local rocky outcropping housed the souls of those forgotten to the water.

Travis' eyes widened, "M-mermaids!?" he said. It was more surprising now that he realized he wasn't going to die.
The captain nodded. "All my crew is he-" he started, then remembered that his son had gone along... and he didn't see Travis anywhere, and Travis was usually the first one off the ship.

Anabell looked at the captain worridly, it was simple to see the emotions on his face. "Sir?" She asked, worridly, that look was never a good sign. She looked around at the crew, there was Micheal, trying to ignore her gaze and work, Zahary with him, talking as usual, and Travis... Oh, Her eyebrows furrowed. She vaugly remembered that Travis was the captains son, Oh my... "Captain Carrasquillo?" She was worried the man would over-react... Travis was probably just collecting things on the ship, he couldn't be lost to the waves... There couldn't be another empty grave in the nearby cemetary, they had just burried what was left of Carter a month before..

The captain just continued looking around almost desperately, hoping to see Travis somewhere on the dock.
