Tara grabbed Dragonkid by the hand, and pulled him into a hug. "I can tell that something is wrong, but if you don't want to tell me. Thats ok" She let him go from the hug, and smiled. " We should catch up with the others."

"Thanks Tara. I owe you one... right now. But seriously, it's nothing too important right now. Must be a bit shaken from a fight a few months ago, or just a bit homesick." Smiling, but white lied, DragonKid's left hand starts to glow, giving Tara a nice hug, readying a haste buff on his comrade.
"And yeah... we need to catch up with the others. *laughs* Once I get this trick on you!" After 5 seconds, he then quickly launches the buff onto Tara, speeding up to catch the others, his braided ponytail flying in the wind in random directions, jacket catching the wind, recharging another haste buff for the other 2.

Tara and Dra coted up with Tabisa, and Alex. Alex, and Tabisa felt the same about Dra.
"Oh what happened to you guys. It was almost like we lost you there for a sec." Alex grind then laughed "Oh yeah like totally." Tara smile she was clueless about how everyone really felt. "Sorry about that guys"

"The wait was my fault. I had something in my mind distracting me, so I had to hang back to clear my head. I'm alright though... little shaken inside, but I'm ok." He laughs. white lying again, launching a 2nd haste buff, this time on Tabisa, readying his left hand again for another haste buff, looking up in the sky, cringing, scanning the area.
"We're going to need some shelter soon... the skies don't look good. I think a storm's about to brew, & quick!"

Tabisa, and Alex both narrowed there eye's. "Well thats under standable.." Alex grind then laughed "Oh yeah." Tara smiled thinking that everyine was getting along very well.. "Don't worrie about shelter Dra... Theres a cave over there... We can stay there for the night."

Launching the final haste buff on the remaining ally, DragonKid quickly scans the area again considering the cave, searching for another route or city they could stay in, instead of staying in a cave. The closest city to their position is a good 85 miles southwest of them, lakeside, which could lead to heavier rainfall in the process, lasting longer than a normal cave, or, what happened to him a couple days before... a couple fights with a few locals.
*sigh* It's gonna suck having to use a cave as shelter, but I guess it's better running through the storm for 85+ miles for a tavern or inn stay, getting soaked from the weather in the process...if that's the case.
"That's a consideration, or we could request a few rooms over in this town *starts pointing to a glimpse of a lake with a few buildings nearby* about 85 miles southwest of here. It's your call either way."

"So it's settled then. It's kinda gonna suck though having to use a cave for shelter, but meh. I'm used to it." DragonKid, sighing, then quickly smirking about himself, gut wrenching since his earlier questions come back, signaling the 3 to go on ahead.
...I still cannot believe this 'peacekeeping orb' bull****. How in the motherload of Nero's land (sorry bout the DND-esque god twisted line) can a simple orb keep all the peace among the races? I get about the orb shattering, but the power? I can't seem to wrap around the fact of it being so powerful to hold peace. There's something fishy going here. His suspicions again were getting to the best of him, as he rolls his eyes, shakes his head down, & sighs.

We all got to the cave just fine when the rain started. Tara made some wood, and Alex started the fire. Tabisa Sat down agenst the side of the cave thinking.
There was a dark whisper coming from the back of the cave.
"Shards..... I must have the Shards...."

After re-gathering his thoughts, DragonKid's jacket was already drenched from the coming rain, his braided ponytail completely soaked, gunning it to the cave. He quickly takes his jacket off while running, exposing some bandages applied on his arms & back from past fights, he calls to the 3 to confirm some suspicions, sickening tone on his voice.
"I should've not white lied about the problem I had, but I hate to say it... I don't really trust you 3. The story you told me... I... *rolls eyes, jerking his head back* the fact that I don't believe the possibility... other than the shattered orb... it's driving me up the wall. ...Excuse me for slowing you 3 down, but that was the case."
It isn't a suprise that he can't really trust anyone... ever since the sudden race co-operation/peaceful meltdown that happened a long time ago, so almost any stories he hears, it's so hard to believe it.
