Trivicus felt pain everywhere. A mild, but collectively debilitating pain, and he could only see in blurs. But he saw one particularily short blur. Hoth, no doubt! Trivicus raised his gun and fired, but in his confusion, he had forgotten to reload, so it just clicked. "Damn it."
Not of sound enough mind to simply reload, he just ran up to Hoth, to [bash] his sorry head off.

"And with that hit Hoth went down with the other three.
The crowd was all gone, except for those six. So, behind the dead body of Hoth, there could be seen a limousine. It turned onto a street going North of People's Park. The street went uphill and straight, but what also was seen was a couple of tanks and other big machines. At the bottom of the street the car dropped a little metal thing. Smoke was coming from it.
A shop man then yelled from the east side of People's Park. "Hey! Come over here!" "

Trivicus breathed heavily over the fallen body of Hoth, still in pain from shock. The pain dwindled away, Trivicus's breathing normalized, and he began to regain an upright posture until all that was left of Trivicus was his oblivious gaze. He looked at the limosine with this expression, uncomprehendingly. A man called out from a nearby building, but he hastily dedeuced the man was calling to the other victorious. Without any word, he simple-mindedly walked off into the nearest crowd, leaving behind the limousine, his 'fellow vigilantes,' and the slain officers.
He would meet these few again, soon, though. He had a feeling.

Nica sat down heavily, the shot and subsequent shock had left her reeling. Reaching into her pocket she rummaged around again until coming out with a peach pit.
Peaches... Good stuff... chock full of healthy crap... Why I have a pit to one in my pocket I'll never know.
She forces herself to focus on the task at hand and tries to mold healing tablets or something out of it.
"So.. Everybody still alive here? No walking dead yet, right?" Nica raises her head slowly and looks around her. "And who is that calling us? Anybody know him?"

Sylvia had watched as the battle unfolded before her, peasants versus lords, or whatever they were called. It was the same basic concept. There had been times when the orange-haired girl had wanted to step in and help, but she held back. Safer to wait out and see if these people would be able to stay alive.
Not until the last opponent had fallen did Sylvia choose to reveal herself, swinging down from the tree and landing on the ground with a small thud. "Now then, let's see what these fine, unconscious gentlemen have about their person," Sylvia muttered to herself, picking her way towards the heap that was Don. Upon reaching him, she pulled out her knife and proceeded to search his pockets for anything of value.
At the same time, she kept an eye on the man's face, looking to see any sign of him awaking. If he did, a quick rap of the knife's handle to the temple would see to it that he was unconscious again.

Medea was currently sitting against the fountain edge, breathing heavily. Stupid thugs and their electric gadgets. Medea looked around, ignoring the question that one other fighter had asked. What was on Medea's mind was getting something to stop the bleeding on her temple. Medea spotted someone going through Don's belongings. Medea got up and grimaced. She was really getting a horrible headache, and a little light headed, not due to the shock though, though that might be helping it. Medea made her way to Don. She snatched her blade that was by Don before this new girl could take it for herself. While she was at it, Medea snatched a hankerchief that was poking a little out of his pocket. Figures that the guy in a suit would have a hankerchief. Medea put the hankerchief to her temple and walked back to the tree she had been sitting at.

"Heh, and the scavengers are already coming out of the woodwork." With a shake of her head Nica got to her feet, made her way to Officer Mike, and began going through his pockets before more looters showed up.
At the very least maybe I can find healing supplies for the injured here.
Once that was done she began ripping strips of clean looking cloth from his clothes that could be used as bandages.

"The Shop Man kept yelling. "Hey! I'm over here! What happened?""
Lanster rebutted. "But hey, I thought there were no more shopkeepers."
"I said there was no more money. There were still shop people, inn people, and stuff. But they couldn't sell stuff for cash, cause there weren't none."
"Did they barter?"
"Sort of."
"Okay, what else?"
Vaughan took this to mean, what other topics could he ramble on about? "Well, it was a nice day. The grass was green, there was a small garden of roses and lilies ripe for picking, the trees had ripe acorns, the birds were eating the worms..."
"Uh-huh..."
"What?"
"Well I meant, what else about the shopkeepers?"
"What else about them?"
"That's what I want to know."
"Oh."
There was an awkward silence. For a mental patient, Vaughan was quite eloquent, however he had these times where he lost track of his train of thought, but a quick reminder brought it back. The doctors called it "Intermittent Flow Syndrome." By itself this "disorder" was practically harmless, but there was suspicion of something else...
Lanster finally spoke. "Vaughan? Hey, Smythe?"
Vaughan smiled. "With a Y!"
"So, what happens next?"
"Well, let's see..."

Sylvia frowned at the small bottle of medicine in her hands. That was it? No money? She had expected something more from one who was supposedly part of the elite of society. With a small sigh, she put away her knife and stood up. At that time, the shopkeeper who had called out before shouted to them again.
"Guess we better see what the man wants, eh?" Sylvia said to Medea in a conversational manner. With one last distasteful glance down at the poor elite, Sylvia walked over to the shop.
"Well, to answer your question in a general manner, I would say there was a riot of six people against four. Anything beyond that, you'd have to ask them." At the word 'them', she gestured behind her to those still around.

"The shop man said back, "I was gonna say, I had never figured anyone would stand up against Threes like that. But look at 'em. Knocked out cold, almost like dead. I just hope the Twos don't find out who you guys are, or else. Well, you know..."

Medea slowly made her way to the shop. It would probably have some things she could have used, or stole, but Medea was not one to steal. She did have priorities. Looks like she would have to use her Vitamin C. She felt this power through her, so she probably could do a little healing; but with only a certain amount of power, she should probably wait until a major battle, if she ever got into another one. Medea cursed her bad luck at having been hit by that big thug.
"No comment," said Medea to the keeper's question. Medea went into the store and sat on a crate, fishing through her belongings for a Vitamin C to take with one hand, while the other hand was still holding the handkerchief to her temple, where the bleeding was starting to slow.

Trivicus walked among an anonymous crowd, part of them, indistinguishable from the rest. Those who walked near him gave him a curious glance anyhow, for even lost among commonfolk, Trivicus held an air of suspicion about him. His utterly disregarded gunshot wound didn't help. To the rest of the crowd, though, he was just another head for the headcount.
Trivicus thought silently to himself underneath his apathetic stare. Who were those vigilantes? What were they trying to accomplish? Perhaps they're on a quest. Really? Trivicus had the habit of thinking as two people. I think so. What sort of quest would anyone be on here? I think they're just a haphazard gang of crooks. Then why did I help them? I had a feeling. I couldn't just sit there. Then help the law next time! But that other vigilante, he saw me, and he didn't fire at me. So? When I aimed at that tall guy, the short guy went ahead and shot me. Well obviously! You were aiming towards his partner! But he didn't know that. I was still pretty far back. For all he knew, I was about to shoot one of the vigilantes.
Trivicus continued in his thoughts, silently, among the unknowing crowd.

"Hey!" Nica called out to the blonde woman with the head wound. "Hey! Need some help?" She trots up to the woman, one of her new (Restores 50% HP to one target) healing tabs in hand.
"You got beat up pretty bad." She winces as the pain from the gunshot lances through her. "Looks like the same could be said for me. Anyway, thanks for standing up to those jerks too."
With that Nica pops one of her new Vitamin C (Restores 50% HP to one target) tabs and offers the other to the woman.
