 It all happened so fast. "Oh My Gosh!" Bella said relieved. "Thank you so much Esme! You came just in time! Bella exclaimed as she got out of the car. "We were just about to go to see Carlisle." Bella went over and hugged Esme. Esme was the perfect mother besides her own. She was so glad to have Esme as a mother-in-law. She looked at Renesmee to see if she had a shocked look on her face like her mother did. Then Bella's eyes flickered to Nicholai's eyes. Her eyes kept flickering back and forth to Esme, then Renesmee, then Nicholai. She waited for someone to say something.

Renesmee,  Renesmee Carlie Cullen
Renesmee watched as Esme quickly stabbed the boy with a siringe. She wasn't really surprised, as Esme had a habit of showing up at just the right time, and doing just the right thing. She smiled at her grandmother. Leah came and sat beside her, in her wolf form, and Nessie happily put her arm around the big gray colored wolf's neck. Leah seemed to smile at her. Leah breathed a sigh of relief. She strolled over back behind the tree and quickly tied her clothes to her legs. Her shirt on her left leg and her jeans on her right leg. She changed into a wolf and walked over to Nessie. Renesmee looked happy, probably because her grandmother was now here, so Leah smiled at her. She didn't know how wolves smiled, but thought Renesmee was probably thinking the same thing as she smiled back at her. Leah quickly looked over at the human and the two leaches. They all looked relieved, even the humen even though his mother just died.the vampire with a beating heart

Nicholai Garving "Th-thanks,"Nicholai wheezed, his fist was still clutching his shirt tightly as he gasped for breath. Tilting his head down, he brought his inhaler up to his lips and took a struggled breath. Suddenly feeling his head spin, he closed his eyes and tried to take a deep breath, dizzy from the lack of oxygen, he felt like passing out at that moment in time.

 Esme smiled and looked at her family then the boy. "Ok i think we better take him inside so he can rest i'll call his father so he can get picked up." Esme said she picked up Nicholai and they walked towards the door. Esme laid him on the couch gave him a glass of water and left to go call his father.

 Alice was out shopping when she had a vision of a boy dieing in their drive way, she quickly dialed Bellas number to see if everything was ok...

Nicholai Garving "S-sorry about that,"Nicholai rasped out, his chest was tight as he forced breaths into his lungs. The water tasted slightly metallic to him,'Probably from the medicine,'he thought before doubling over in a coughing fit.

Esme smiled when she came back in the room. "Here take this inhaler my husband is a doctor he uped your inhaler medication so you need this it will work better than the one you have." Esme told him as she handed him the new inhaler. "Now how are you feeliong? Do you want to go to the hospital?" Esme asked she freshened his water while she waited for his answer.

Nicholai Garving "I th-think a hospital would be better, be-because I usually have a few attacks after the first one." He paused to take a breath from the new inhaler,"It's kind of like aftershocks after an earthquake,"he said, trying to give her a good analogy.

Esme nodded and picked him up "Ok, Bella Answer your phone please. Nessie Call Carlisle and tell him we are on our way and to get ready. Leah please come help me get him in the Mercedies." Esme instructed

Bella looked at Esme blankly. Then realized her phone was ringing. She looked at the caller ide on it and realized it was Alice. "Hello, Alice?" Bella asked. She looked at everyone as she was before. She wondered why Alice was calling, not that she had a problem with it. She waited for somebody to reply on the other end. She looked at Renesmee, to see if she was calling Carlisle like she was told. Bella looked at Nicholai to see if he was going to be alright. She thought about why Alice would be calling. Well, there was a possibility that she had had a vision. But, what would it could have been about? She waited for someone on the other line to greet her like she had been doing.

Alices voice was frantic.. "Bella what's going on i just saw some strange kid dieng suffocating in our driveway!" Alice sobbed "Who is he?" She demaded

Bella looked at the phone she held in her hand. "Nobody died, Alice." Bella replied trying to calm Alice down. "Everybody is okay, this boy named Nicholai Garvin, that goes to Renesmee's school came over and when he was about to leave his mother died of a heart attack and he had a asthma attack in the driveway, so Esme stuck a needle in his chest and saved him, and now he wants to go to the hospital, so we are going." Bella explained. She hoped Alice wouldn't get any more worried then she already was. "Everything is fine, like I said before." Bella reasurred. She looked at Esme. "Would you like to talk to Esme?" Bella asked. She waited for Alice to reply and react to all this.

Renesmee pulled her cellphone out of her pocket and dialed a seven. That was Carlisle's speed dial. She heard him answer, calm and in control, unlike everyone else in her family. "Hello? Grandpa?" I asked, making sure it was him."Yes sweetie?" He answered. "We are coming to the hospital with a boy, he just had an asthma attack, and is coming to the hospital in case he has another." "Okay, Renesmee,"I closed my phone and shoved it back in my pocket. "What now grandma?" I asked Esme. Oops, I wasn't supposed to call her grandma, her physical age isn't old enough to be a grandmother. Leah ran over to Esme, not having to hold her breath as she had gotten used to the scent of the parasites. She grabbed the person's shoe with her teeth. Probably not the best approach, but it would have to do. She flinged him onto her back knowing that Esme would help support him Leah ran to the car and carefully slid him into the back seat. She then waited for one of the vampires to tell her what to do next.the vampire with a beating heart

Alice sighed with relief "Oh thank god, well i'll just meet you at the hospital ok" she hung up and ran to her porsche she drove fast to the hospital and parked. she then was at Carlisles office. "need any help?" She asked him. _________________________________________________ Esme smiled and looked at Bella and Nessie "Ok, Bella Nessie come with me Leah stay here and if we get any visitors tell them where we are." She instructed as she walked to the car and got into the drivers seat.

Nicholai Garving "Th-thanks,"Nicholai said while wheezing heavily. He wasn't paying attention to anything else other than his own gasps. Coughing, he felt his chest constrict painfully and he was suddenly breathless, gasping and wheezing for air again.
