How does the whole "crew" thing work? More exactly, what is the difference between a normal member and a crew member?

A crew member has the following powers that a normal member does not:
1. Edit/delete other peoples posts 2. Move/delete/lock/unlock topics 3. Post in locked topics 4. Enter restricted subforums 5. Ban normal members or non-members from posting 6. Read/accept/reject application to the guild 7. View the Crew Member log 8. Make a topic a Sticky or an Announcement.

Sort of, there are 4 different "ranks", crew (edit/delete other's posts, edit/delete/lock/move/unlock topics, post in locked topics, enter restricted forums, ban members (not non-members), invite non-members, accept applications, view crew log.
Vice captains can do all of the above and, premote members to crew. edit front page and entry fee, add/edit the sub-forums, change main forum name, view transactions, view captain's activity log, go to "Captain's Guild".
And the captain, me, can do absolutly anything.

Vice captains can go in, all they have to do is request to join, and as for them doing anything a captain can, they can't change the guild ownership. That is the only thing, I think, captains (I) can do that vice-captains can't.

He is indeed correct, there is an option for the Vice Captains to change the guild ownership, lol good thing none of us are all that obsessed with power. xd

Oh, I see. I'll keep that in mind when I entrust people with the power of Vice-captain.

God-Modding, is the activity where you control another's character or you become invinsible, unbeatable, etc. This is done by a God-Modder or God-Mod

The creator of the Blood Moon rp was kicked out for inactivity...........I was wondering if there was anyway you could let her back in or not because she is one of the characters..........and we are coming up to a part in the story where we need this character.......
