Cross was caught with the roll-up, and the ref started counting.
1.......
2.......
With as much force as he could muster, Christopher kicked up at 2 and a half. He quickly got back to his feet and attempted a dropkick on Travis when he got to his feet.

Travis was hit right in the face by the dropkick the moment he got to his feet. The blow sent him stumbling back, and through the ropes. He landed on the outside of the ring quite hard.

Christopher was at a crossroads. He could wait for Travis to get back into the ring, or he could please the fans and put his body on the line for their entertainment. He decided on the latter, as if their was really any decision to make. He ran up the turnbuckle and went for Genesis on the outside, making the fans jump to their feet screaming as soon as he left that turnbuckle.

Travis was on his way to his feet when he looked up and say a third Genesis heading his way. "********." Was about all he could say before he made the instinctive choice to jump and attempt to dropkick Chris Cross in mid-air!

Cross was hit with the dropkick on his back and fell to the ground, landing right on his neck. The fans could not have been hotter for this match. He immediately began to roll around, holding his neck.

((Two days. Since there was no hit for me, I guess it's an auto get to my feet.))
Cross got to his feet as the ref was on the count of 6. He quickly rolled back into the ring and waited for Travis to get to his feet and get in.
((Six seems to be an appropraite number. Gives you enough time to get back in, and it couldn't be lower, because I had landed on my neck. I'm rambling.))

Travis was on his feet first, however he was stuck leaning against the apron trying to regain his compusure. He rolled back into the ring as the ref reached 8. He got to his feet and turned to face Cross.

Cross looked at Travis for a moment, staying completely still while weighing his decisions. He finally made up his mind to just go on the assault, coming towards travis before attempting to unleash a barrage of kicks to his legs and follow up with a spinning back fist to the head.

Travis was taken aback by the kicks. He struggled, trying to block them. The only opening he saw in this was to counter the spinning back fist. He ducked underneath Cross' fist and made a grab for his arm, attempting to crank it, and hit a Jeff Hardy style lariot clothesline.
(( You know what I'm talking about right? He kinda grabs their arm and yanks them towards him and jumps up and brings them down with his arm. ))

Christopher Cross was taken down to the mat. He was unable to finish his assault on Travis, but there was still time for him to turn it around.

Travis lay there for a moment to gather himself. He sat up, surveying the damage and contemplating his next offense. He got up, and waited for Cross to do the same..

Cross slowly got to his feet. His gaze shifted to Travis and he noticed that his face paint was starting to sweat off. He wiped it from his eyes and motioned for Travis to start up again.

Travis wasted no time, he ran back and bounced off the ropes, coming back at Cross with a shoulder block.

Cross was hit with the shoulder block and went down, but got right back up.

Travis was up as well, running back at the ropes and bounced off them once more, this time attempting to his Cross with a running heel kick.
