I was telling you to stop dissing a good RB and passing him off as second rate! This whole time I've been saying that Deangelo should be on that list!

You interpret things really badly... 1. I always thought that DeAngello Williams was a really good RB. 2. I never dissed Jonathan Stewart. I just said that Kevin Smith is better.

Look it up brainiac. You need to look at the regular season, not post season so that you can get a fair look at all 32 teams.

Look it up brainiac. You need to look at the regular season, not post season so that you can get a fair look at all 32 teams. Rushing yards for one season doesn't translate to being the best RB in the league. Williams had a great year, but he also had help from a good offensive line, another solid RB to wear down the defense, and a good passing offense on his side to keep opposing defenses honest. ...Anyways, most dangerous RB of all time? Do either of those two deserve to be on the list? I don't think so.

Are you serious? Do you honestly think that when the careers of Williams and Stewart end for the Panthers that they will be up there with the all time greats? With the likes of Jim Brown, Walter Payton, Barry Sanders, Emmit Smith, OJ Simpson, and LaDanian Tomlinson? ...Of course not. stare

Maybe Williams had the third best 2008 season out of the running backs, but that doesn't make him the third best RB in the NFL right now. It was one great season, that probably won't get replicated. And NCAA records don't mean anything, unless you fulfill yourself with a good career in the pros. Take Ron Dayne, for example.

How do rushing yards translate to being the better running back? For example, in 2008, Matt Forte had more rushing yards than Steven Jackson, LaDanian Tomlinson, Brandon Jacobs, Brian Westbrook, Maurice Jones-Drew, Marion Barber, Frank Gore, Willie Parker, and a few others. Does that make him better? Of course not!

Matt Forte had a good OL to open up holes for him, just like Williams and Stewart.
