My favorite books besides Harry Potter:
Twilight by Stephenie Meyer is excellent. I really love Edward! The sequals, New Moon and Eclipse, are really great too.
Fullmetal Alchemist by Hiromu Arakawa is a really cool manga. It might be my favorite at the moment. I cosplayed as Edward Elric(the main character)for a convention this year. It was cool!
Fruits Basket by Natsuki Takaya is right next to Fullmetal when it comes to manga. It's such a sweet story! One that I would recomend to anyone.
Les Miserables by Victor Hugo is 1400+ pages of dramatic scenes and deep charaters. Well worth reading.

Ah...so sorry this was so long. Thanks for acutally reading this!

I've heard of the show 'Dexter.' Are the shows based off the books?

I like fiction books, preferably fantasy or mystery.
Sometimes I like to read stories that I can relate to in my life also.

But I can't think of any books right now. Nothing is coming to my mind...

I'm absolutely in love with Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse. I'm dying to read Breaking Dawn that comes out in August and I'm EXTREMELY curious about Midnight Sun, which is Edward's veiw of Twilight.

I of course love the Harry Potter Series. Dead give away. I've reread the series at least 10 times. No joke.

I love manga. Especially Fruits Basket, Bleach, Naruto, and D.Grey Man.

I also like the Eragon and Eldest. I'm awaiting the release of Brisinger.

When I was younger, I was also into the Guardians of Ga'Hoole Series. Very good, short books with alot of meaning in them.

I just finished this book called Blackthorn Winter. Great murder mystery with a little romance. I love books with romance in them.

I also love Lee Child's books, full of books like Die Trying and One Shot. They are all about one guy named Jack Reacher and what happens to him. It's not really a series, but it works. I still haven't read all nine books of Lee Child. I'm working on it.

There are so many more books right here, but I would have to list all of the books in my miniature library that I've collected. sweatdrop Most of them are fantasy, but as you can see, there are a few books like Blackthorn Winter mixed in there.

I LOVE the Shannara series. Lovelovelove. 17 books and still more to come, I think? Shannara got me into fantasy. By Terry Brooks.

Also love the Sword of Truth series, fantasy series of the nobility of the human spirit. Very good. Terry Goodkind.

My most favorite character Silk is from The Belgariad, he's the most sarcastic character ever, I love him. And the series is great. Great theory of magic, the Will and the Word. David Eddings.

The saddest series ever is The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant the Unbeliever. Warning, do not read if you are in a good mood; it will vanish quickly. xD Steven Donaldson.

I liked Eragon, trying to bring myself to pick up Eldest again and finish it since I have a half a pinky-size of pages left.

Of course The Lord of the Rings is great, by J.R.R. Tolkien.

The Drizzt books are good too, by R.A. Salvatore. Sabriel by Garth Nix was all right. Narnia was decent.

I enjoy reading books about highschool, thrillers that shake me up a bit, and I'm a huge fan of romance.

Some of my favorites are the Twilight series, the Julie of the Wolves trilogy, The Weeping Willow, Shadowland, When Jeff Came Home, House of the Scorpion by Nancy Farmer, and books by Road Dahl(sp?) and Caroline B Cooney.

Obviously, my favourite books are Harry Potter.
Books I'm currently reading now are Chronicles of Narnia {On the Dawn Treader one}, which I'm actually really liking the Dawn Treader now. When it began it was going sort of slow for me and it's taking me forver to finish it but now that I'm at the Star point I'm really liking it.
I just started another book last night called the The True and Outstanding Adventures of the Hunt Sisters by Elizabeth Robinson. It's all these letters that the one sister Olivia sent to these people, mostly to her best friend Tina and they're usually very funny. But Olivia's sister, Maddie, was just diagnosed with leukimia and she writes a lot about what she's going through and things like that.
I read about 60 pages last night and I had to put it down because I wasn't feeling good or I would've gone on a lot further.

Other books I've read are LOTR. I used to be MAJORLY obsessed with Lord of the Rings. The movies and the books. I'm a huge fantasy lover, I'm into all that kind of stuff.

To the person above me, I believe, I've read the Nancy Drew books quite a few years ago and I really liked them then. I liked the mystery of them and they're easy reads.

Books I'd like to read are Twilight but I'm not sure about that yet, Golden Compass {haven't seen the movie}, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy {again, haven't even seen the movie}, and any books people suggest to me that sound worth my time lol.

People say it's anti-Christian, but I don't think it is. It's just like any average thriller sorta thing. And coming from a strong Christian, that means alot. I watched it, I think it's fine. I have no clue where they got anti-Christian from.
