Shiro ignored Risa completely, and instead once again turned to Neko.
"Neko, they say you're the strongest Ninja at the Academy. Is this true?"

She sighed."you're really not that nice,are you,Shiro?I bet not many people like you,huh.I wouldn't be surprised."She trailed off,uttering to herself about Shiro.He certainly didn't seem to like her very much.But she hadn't done anything.It was his problem.
Her eyes filled with interest as she listened to them speak."Oooh.Are you really the strongest?That's pretty nice,if you are."She smiled over at Neko,her eyes wandering to the area behind him.

His head moved to the side slightly, Tutsumi sighed softly as he heard the onsuing conversation. IT seemed Siro was being curious and the female voice was being a bit...well...flirty in his mind.
He decided it might be best to keep his energy signature low and stay quiet so he could listen in on them.

Like I said...I don;t know if I'm the strongest...It's been a while soince I've gone all out...and I haven't even fought around here in years, it seems..

Shiro snarled at Risa's remark.
"People like me. Maybe not everyone, but a few people like me...I think..."
He turned back to Neko, not noticing Tutsumi at all.
"Well then there is only one way to see if you are the strongest."
He smiled a bit, not in a happy or menacing way, just as a sort of 'I know this is going to end up hurting me in the end' kind of way.
"Neko, will you do me the honour of sparring with me?"

-=Neko shrugged, and took a few steps towards Shiro. His chakra level was far below Shiro's, and from just an energy view, Neko seemed to be no match for him=-
Sure...Just lay out the rules and we can get started, I suppose...

Shiro seemed surprised.
"You're letting me decide the rules of the spar? You must be either very powerful or very stupid. And from what I've seen of you you surely are not stupid. But the rules will be Ninjutsu, Taijitsu, and Bloodline/Doujutsu only, we cannot leave the clearing, and no weapons. Agreed?"
Shiro removed his Nodachi and Kyoketsu-shogei from his person and set them on the ground.
"And nobody can interfere until one of us concedes."

Hmm...
-=Neko lifts up the bottom of his shirt, unlatching the belt of kunai that could hardly be noticed otherwise, lettuing it hit the ground. He rolled up his sleeves and slipped off his metal bracrs, along with some other odd contraptions, carefully laying them next to his belt=-
Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Doujutsu..No weapons, and we have to stay here...Sounds alright..
-=Neko folded his arms behind his back and spread his feet a little farther than shoulder-length apart=-
You can have the first move.

Shiro took the liberty of bowing to Neko to signify the beginning of the spar. Immediately, Shiro performed his Kami Onsoku No Jutsu, a jutsu which greatly increased his speed. He removed his gloves and bared the symbols on his palms to Neko for a brief moment before leaping a few feet into the air and kicking off a nearby tree, propelling himself at Neko with his hands forward.

-=Neko quickly stepped a few feet to the side of Shiro's path, one hand whipping in front of his chest, making a basic concentration seal=-
He's quick...This should be a little more fun than I had expected..but what were those markings?

In midair, Shiro used his quick reflexes and speed to quickly shoot one hand to his side, grabbing Neko's hand, his palm connecting with Neko's and Shiro's fingers folded downwards in between Neko's. He used his momentum in addition to Neko's base to swing around, landing behind Neko with Neko's palm still against his own, the symbol taking effect and beginning to drain Neko's Chakra.

-=twisting around with Shiro's momentum, Neko easily twisted his arm aroundso both his and Shiro's palms were facing up. Neko's fingers curled around Shiro's, and he pulled up with surprising strength, for his small build, much like one would do in a game of mercy, although, if it continued to move with the same speed and force, it could surely break fingers.
A bit surprised by the sudden leech of his energy, Neko smirked. It seemed that Shiro could only use it while his palm was touching=-
