Nitemare Shadows
Once, I went to Centuary 2, this giant place where I live there was this piano there, and I was just walking around. I couldn't see anybody, but.........it was playing. And, it was playing "The Music of the Night". I couldn't help it, I sang along.
The strangest thing, however, was a man's voice started singing along. IN FRENCH.
I, however, was not paying attention to this [at the moment]. When the song stopped, the only thing I could see was darkness...and I felt someone hugging me from behind and saying "Christene, Christene, you have returned!", and then hugging me closer.
I, of course, turned around and said "Erik! Are you real? Is that you?"
And, then, everything turned normal again and I was laying on the floor.

Nope, actuall event. Which is really strange because:

1) I kind of look like the Christene in the book [would show a picture, but camera is on the other computer and I don't feel like doing it just now]

2) I am a soprano and can hit, without any strain, the high notes that Christene can in the POTO musical. [Would tape them but can't. No microphone on the computer]

3)And, yes, a lot of people call me Christene. I don't know why. Might be because I go around singing POTO and Opera-ish songs all the time. redface Gets really embaressing for the high notes because then people look at me and ask me if I'm lipsynching

And a lot of other weird things. Might just be my imagination, but I swear that what I said was REAL. And, I remember it because my Grandma wanted me to do something for this club of hers. And, the whole thing was in Century 2. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been there.

Like oh so many Phans, unloading and washing dishes is my singing time. I'll sing complete parts of the show in the course of washing or unloading dishes. Eriks part, Christine, Raoul, everyone. I change my voice to fit and everything.

It freaks my sister out. xd

Yeah, I sing everything; the only difference being that when I break out into song at school, my friends join in. I always burst into either "Angel of Music" (Meg and Christine), "Music of the Night", or "Point of No Return".
Luckily, I'm a wide-range alto, meaning I can hit Erik and Christine's notes (except for the high E in her duet)

My most embarrasing moment was tonight, actually. My friend Megan and I went to the 7 o'clock feature, and when Meg starts, "where in the world have you been hiding?" I joined in really loud without realizing it. When Christine responds "Father once spoke of an angel," my friend Meg joined in, also without realizing it, cause we do that sort of stuff so much. Luckily, we were on-key, so not many people noticed sweatdrop
Another really embarassing thing happened today: I have free hour right before lunch, then Chorus class (for which my teacher was absent, so we had a free day)., so I checked out to go buy my PotO tickets for me and Megan. Well, I WORK at the movie theatre, and my boss was there. He was like, "Hey! why aren't you in class?" I was like, "I'm buying my Phantom of the Opera tickets redface sweatdrop heart ...Can I have the movie poster once we stoip running it?" He gave me the oddest look. But he said yes, so who cares ^_^

xd haha, I have a great one... yes, I sing parts of the movie at random times all the time. I enjoy singing Notes mostly... then the original theme and Angel of Music.

Anyways, this was just last week. My friend Ang hadn't seen the POTO movie yet, but I have. We were planning to see it on Monday (holiday) and she was gonna bring her sister. I was thinking that the movie wouldn't be all that appropriate for her 10-year-old sister... mostly because of Music of the Night and Point of No Return. We were discussing with with another friend of ours, Jessica (who is very obsessed with POTO) and she disagreed with me.

Jessi: No... I think it's fine for her sister.
Me: well, it's not like they do anything, but still.. You know, Music of the Night? *sings* paaaaaaast the point of NO RETURN!!
Jessi: But that's not even bad!
Me: ... *grabs Jessi, stand almost behind her and puts hand on her stomach*
Jessi: O___O *run away* YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO SHOW IT!
Me: XD! *sings* I can imagine our bodies ENTWINING... DEFENSELESS!!

So yeah, try to act out that part where Phantom is all over Christine, lol... >.> I wasn't gonna touch her innapropriately of course. Just her stomach. I don't swing that way.

I wore my black cloak to the movie. My friend and I were going with her older borther and his friend, so when I got in the car they gave me this really weird look. The people at the ticketbooth didn't guess what I was planning to to see, so I'm sure they thought I was just some freak in a cape.

Anyway, we got there about forty-five minutes early for the movie (don't know why we left so early), so we had over a good half-hour of standing in the lobby. My friend and I got bored, so we started to sing the songs from the movie. After a little I pulled the hood of my cloak over my head and started pretending to be the Phantom, so she decided to pretend to be Christine. I'm principally an alto, but I've got a pretty wide range. We were just having fun singing the parts when someone suddenly called my friend's name. It turned out we had collected a bit of a crowd, and some of them were people we knew from school. They didn't recognize me since the hood covered my face pretty well, and they were a little surprised to see it was me that had been singing the male part. We got a few compliments though, and people were suprised that we hadn't seen the movie yet (they know nothing of true phandom).

xd We got there pretty early as well. Actually, about 35 minutes before the movie started and Mariah was running up and down the aisles since we were the only people in the theater. Her dad said she looked like Erik running around.

Oh, you bet. The kids in my church nursery always tease me for singing Masquerade when I'm on nursery duty. I actually found out how to play it on one of those little Fisher-Price pianos with the multicolored keys. YAY!

They wouldn't let us in the theater until just a few minutes before the thing started, and my friend and I decided to get drinks since the movie was over two hours long (wonderful orange soda...). Of course people at the counter take forever to get your stuff even when all you ask for is a soda, so by the time we finally got to our seats the previews were starting.

I saw even more people from school after the movie (since there was only one theater within 45 min that was playing the movie everyone went there). A few of them were people I didn't like, so they were trying to make fun of mine and my friend's earlier performance. They just annoyed me. It was the ones who complimented my singing of male part that embarrassed me.
