Write Silent Hill 4: Inverted on the top of the Silent Hill 4 Disc, and when it reads the disc, you will play an inverted version of the game where all of the worlds are upside down.

SH3; Type 1645 9356 2153 9967 in that order and you get a special American Idol version of Silent Hill!

If you stab an already dead monster 45 times in Silent Hill 2, the monster will get up and scream at you and die again.

If you press XXXXOOO Triangle 3xs Squre 5xs, R1 R2 R1 R2 R3 L1 L2 L3 in SH2, you can unlock PH as a playable character

Wolfoverlord342 If you press XXXXOOO Triangle 3xs Squre 5xs, R1 R2 R1 R2 R3 L1 L2 L3 in SH2, you can unlock PH as a playable character WOO-HOO!!! XD SH3; You can get unlimited first-aid kits if you beat the worm boss with your knife and taking no damage!

SH4:
The worm boss from SH3 will be unlocked as a normal monster if you can beat it under 10 minutes with only the knife.

If you go in and out of each room in the long hallway in St. Jeromes Hospital 6 times per room in Silent Hill 4.... You will unlock a cutscene showing the day Walter was taken to live at St. Jeromes Hospital.

you can unlock Walter's coat for Henry if you can beat his final form without using the spears

By staying in the very first area of SH4, for more than 6 hours, you get to design your very own ghost!

Do a knife-run and get the 'possessed' ending; This lets Heather dual-wield the katanas (I think I might have already done the katanas, but what the hell?)
