Yes, I did mention I have Aspergers- like Tendencies. I twitch, click, and shriek gibberish when nervous or excited. I'm also a major introvert chock full of eccentricities, but it's a blurred line which are OCD, which are Aspergers and which are simply eccentricities.
Has anyone heard the expression "facets on a diamond?" My mom used to say that about this.

I'm probably going out on a limb here and risking some mortification, but does the Aquarium Overseer thing spike anyone else's scrupulosity?

BTW false alarm!!!!!!!!
By which I mean it turns out I don't have a cold. Hvaing a cold puts me in an awful OCD state abou;t my throat and asphyxiation, whichj is kinda what set off most of the stuff I've mentioned here last time I had a cold.
But I'm well in more ways than one. xd

darkphoenix1247 Skrapz I have Asperger's Syndrome, and sometimes that causes mild OCD-like behaviors. It usually causes me to want to clean my room but it always wears off before I finish and it leaves my room a total mess. Anyway, I once had this undying urge to spend my entire life submerged in Judaism. I actually spent the better part of a month at my synagogue doing one thing or another. But then I hit my head on a pole and I started obsessing over vampire novels. So I know that wasn't even moderately helpful, but I hope it makes you laugh a little. If not, sorry dude. xd Well, it made me laugh! Another friend of mine has Asperger's, but I think his a bit different. Behatz: Do you have a compulsion to look out the window if you're not driving? Or if you are, does it help to focus on the cars/lines instead? Yes and I'm not quite at the point where Britain will trust me with a car.

Behatzlacha-S Its mainly to do with my age, but also to do with the fact I suffer from terrible road rage. twisted Eh? Aren't you of legal driving age, and if not, what is the legal age in England or Wales if it's not the same?

I'm not 18. Driving lessons become legal at 17. Sex at 16. Drinking at 18. Buying alcohol in shops at 21. Smoking at 18, though if you do start its at around 15. I'm not telling you how old I am, I have to have at least one secret.
Don't worry, I'm not some 11-year-old with a laptop.

I would say the same about OCD. It's a horrible nemesis, though I must admit it has acouple upsides like in grades.
Sorry. Even though the best conversations are the ones which segway to all different topics, on Gaia the topics have names and irrelevancy is not only possible but hard to avoid.

Irrelevance makes life worth living. Only the useless things in lifeare worth having. See my signature.
Back to OCD: I do have to say the mathamatical side has helped me. I am currently in the top 4% in Britain, and I'm attempting my GCSEs (what you apply to a university with) and A-levels (which can be done in school or in universities) a year early.

I'm a straight-A student.
Though, admittedly, that tends to be another problem when classes aren't challenging enough and I get really bored.

I remember Kindergarten was so easy for me that they started pulling me out of naptimes for extra tests.
Needless to say, I was miserable and changed schools the next year.

That's why you skip kindergarten. blaugh My school is also very into challenging courses, so I think you would have liked it. You can take AP (Advanced Placement= College level) Calculus as a sophomore.
