Anani listened to the girl's requestion before turning to look toward a neatly kept shelf and motioned to it, "There is sheet music there that was given to me. You can look through it if you like." She said, it had been given to her as a means to keep her contented when she first came here and was trying to fight against her captors and escape the Labs. After a while she figured out she wasn't going anywhere...
The music at least helped to pass the time, to distracted her from what was going on in this place, "I can help if you like... though you will need to sing for me, so I can hear what you sound like." The blue ear wings gave a little flutter.
Music, she could deal with a spawn that was in no way related to her, one who was friends with demons and the traiot Almas so long as it was for Music. A reason she could enjoy... though she was getting a sort of 'creepy crawly' feeling up her spine... as though she were being watched... but seeing nobody straight away her attention fell onto Ebony.

Ebony didn't have the creepy-crawly feeling that Anani did, but she was always used to people being around and occasionally spying on her - that's how Kahlua showed he was interested in joining her to play. So, needless to say, Luthor's spying went completely unnoticed for a bit by both parties.
Ebony walked over to take a peek at the music. "All looks sort of interesting. I'm just learning how to read sheet music. The symbols are confusing sometimes but I'm getting used to it."
"O-okay. I figured I might have to. Is there anything in particular I have to sing?" she asked, obviously a bit embarrassed about it even though she knew she would be doing it beforehand.
