Mister Rifle it would give us a chance to learn how to work together, and make decisions as a group while considering everyones opinions. Instead of embracing only our own ideas.

That's all I can gather at the moment... I could be wrong for some of them.

But thats what makes it challenging and fun. With so many different personalities and ideas it will force council members to learn how to adapt and compensate.

the people who take the ideas of guild members and figure out how to incorporate them to make the guild better, more fun. Just make sure you choose people you'd feel comfortable approaching with ideas
