As the demons talked, ate and socialized, a portal opened up, not far away from them. Out popped a sword, a belt with some pouches attached, and a headband. Not too far behind, the owner of these items followed. The strangest-looking warrior fell from the portal.
As he got up from the ground, he rubbed his arm for a few seconds, then proceeded to pick up and arrange his things. His white top was muddy, and his already dark skin was gritty. He felt miserably dirty.
Oh geez! Stupid... Laharl, it wasn't my fault! - He said, as he tried to clean himself up. - I swear, he can be such a brat! I told him that Etna was the one who stole his pretzels... I can't wait to be able to go back there and whup his sorry butt! But, Etna's first on the list. Wretched red-head!

Olber sweat dropped at what he saw. He walked over to the poor warrior and helped him up.
"Ya okay? At least you didn't land in Makai Quicksand." Olber commented as he smiled.
"How'd ya get here?"

The next demon's appearance only affected Trella just a little bit. She was around so many men now, that it didn't matter much. Momentarily distracted by the new demon's appearance, she turned back to Snow and blinked.
"Uhm.. that is.. uh... that's nice, I suppose."
She looked over to where the demons had heard the noise. "Is someone coming..?"

He accepted the stranger's help. He got up, cleaned himself up and looked at what seemed to be a scout. He managed to see his gun, and wondered if there were any hostile units around. But the little one was talking to him, so he decided to humor him.
Yeah, lucky me, really. Crap! That stupid Laharl booted me out of his Netherworld because his vassal blamed me for the dissappearance of his pretzels. Now I don't even know where I am. I swear, once I return I will whup their butts to kingdom come! - He said, with a fiery look in his eye and a clenched fist.
By the way... - He directed his look t the small demon. - ...Where am I? Are you a local? From the looks of it, this isn't the friendliest place around... - He looked around, when he heard some movement. - What was that?! - He said, as he drew his short sword, just as strabgely colored as him...

The small scout looked around again. His ears twitchedmore, picking up foot steps and a groan. He wasn't scared. The runt was brave over these things. Nothing could scare him for anything. All of a sudden... There was a louder noise.
"YIKES!" Olber shouted as he lept in Abyss' arms. His ears twiced again, hoping he didn't hear that noise.
"W-w-whatever it is... It's near!"

Abyss blinks at the scout and drops him and draws his Cosmic Sword and gets ready for the thing. "Well what ever it is I'm ready for it."

The small scout pulled out his gun and loaded it. His heart was beating fast.
"What is it?" He asked looking over at Abyss. He blinked and swallowed again.
All of a sudden, a large, angry Manticore lunged out towards them, growling as if it was strangled. It lunged towards Olber.
"Ah... hell. Abyss. Toss me up. I wanna perform Bullet Storm!"

Trella blinked, and quickly jumped out of the way. She had no desire to become manticore chow at the moment - or ever - and she wasn't one for fighting.
She looked for some random thing to hide behind: a rock, a tree, anything. A tree was the closest thing, and she moved behind it.
More movement caught her eye, though. A strange red-headed demon (Prier) trudging along, looking hurt. She glanced back at the manticore and other demons, breathed a sigh of relief that it was FINALLY another female, and snuck off to approach her.

"danmit!!!" snow ran off and hid behind a rock behind a tree and pulled his puppets out of his bag "go beat that manticore up got it?" the puppets nodded and ran off onto the battle field surrounding it

With that, he leapt in front of the monster, ready to strike.

Olber groaned as he loaded up his gun. He growled as he lept up in the air.
"Bel, leavin' me out in the fun?" He asked as he performed Bulletstorm on The Manticore to soften it up for the other three dmeons. He flipped back down, landing near the MErchant and Prier. He smiled at Prier, though.
"H-Hi..." He stammered, staring at her face to face.

Vyce saw the Bullet Storm end, signalling his turn to strike. He kicked the manticore into the air as hard as he could, and slashed with all his might. After the attack was suxxesfully over, he jumped out of the way so the others could attack.
Guys, the stage is yours! Take it down! - He yelled, distractng the beast.

Trella squeaked and froze as Olber appeared from above her. It lasted longer than when Vyce appeared, though not too badly.
"She... she looks injured," the merchant mustered. She looked at him, waited.
