Turning his head, Bartre saw Erk by a tree looking into a book, so he decided to go over and talk with him. "hey Erk, long time no see."

Woosh!
Ed ducked as a snowball flew over, skimming her ears. Her eyes quickly traced the source to a female bishop, someone recent she had seen more often in FEF. The wolf's ears twitched as she heard Alihi's voice speaking a short distance away. It was good to hear the tactician had returned safely from her vacation.
But no time for greetings. Ed had to return fire! The wolf started compacting another snowball right away, then picked up the snowball with her fangs it hurled it back at the female bishop.

Ganon Firenight Tibarn stretched out on a bench on the bank of the frozen lake, adjusting his scarf and wrapping his arm wing around Ayra, sitting beside him. Now that her belly was growing noticeably rounded, she was forced to be a little less active, and Tibarn was all too happy to sit out with her. His wing flicked once as he flipped the cinnamon stick held between his teeth from one side to the other, and he cuddled against her, sliding his hand down to rub her side gently. "Sure you're gonna be warm enough, hon?" He slipped his hand down behind the back of the bench for a moment, where snow had been piled up after the path was shoveled. "I mean, especially with all this snow in your hair," he added, suddenly pulling his arm up and dumping a huge load of snow over the back of Ayra's neck! Laughing, the Hawk King jumped up, skirting back out of arm's reach and grinning at her. There was a very odd but oddly reassuring weight in her belly that she's started to get accustomed to- a sense of responsibility and a more careful attitude she hadn't been exposed to, before. And yet, keeping her precious load safe seemed to satisfy a part of her she hadn't felt before, and gave Ayra a sense of security that almost perturbed her.
"Warm? ...'Course, dear. Can't stress out the little one more than necessary." Though a visible mist came from between her lips from each breath and her nose was fairly cold, she felt comfortable, leaning against him. His warmth was definitely reassuring...
That was until, with a yelp, Ayra jumped up and reached back, throwing open the bottom of the back of her shirt and letting the cold snow slide down her back as she tried to shake it out of her shirt. Already, she felt her muscles shiver and lock up from shock as she tried to move away from the cold. Her shuddering was quickly shut off as she gathered up her own load of snow from the remnants of what was on her back, and a small portion more from the ground to add to the somewhat melted ball in her hand. Though her teeth chattered, her eyes screamed a challenge.
"Eat this, featherbrain!" And with that, she pelted the snowball, sure not to put all her weight into it so as not to potentially throw herself off-balance or stress out her unborn child too much.

Tibarn laughed, waving to Isadora as he jumped back and wrapped his wings around himself to deflect Ayra's snowball. He wasn't going to throw one back, not knowing his strength, and her fragile state, so he dodged and hopped around a bit as wet slush pelted past his head.
Ayra never quite got a direct hit, but there was something poetic about the way that, as he jumped backward and stuck out his tongue, putting his thumb on his nose and wiggling his fingers, his heels caught the bank of a large snow drift and he sank right into it with a muffled cry and a wet thump.
His wingtips twitched and flexed from the edges of the hole in the snow, with his feet sticking out the side of the drift, and finally he got his fingers up and tried to pull himself up, which only resulted in more snow caving in on top of him.
"... Damnit. Help?" He was laughing by then, turning his head around to see where he'd dropped his cinnamon stick.

Melethia noticed a familiar face. She noticed the Hawk King. She remebered the flight she had. It was a good way for her to vent a bit and she got to know a bit of the Hawk king herself. She landed near the Hawk king. "Hello there Tibarn. Who's with you oh great Hawk King?" She said with a smile.

Alihi suddenly sat up, brushing the snow off her cloak, most of which had already soaked the cloak, she noted with a frown. "Why am I just sitting here?! Come on, Rei and Sue!" She stood up on her feet and half-ran towards the frozen lake, a joyful smile on her face. "I'm glad to be back." She thought to herself.

Nometal decided to get away from where he was, and noticing Alihi, he decided to go and say hi to her.

Alihi didn't have the time to avoid Rei's tackle. "WAUGH!!" She fell over onto the ice with a "thump!". "Ow..." She winced slightly, trying to get up, but failing. "Rei, that hurt." She pouted playfully, as if to suppress laughter. "You're getting a snowball in the face later for this."

Bartre turned his head in time to see some strange boy dash over and tackle some girl. He sighed and said, "wow, we have some strange people here."

Amelia trotted over to the lake, her skates gripped in one hand. Ice skating was a fun activity, and with the winter being the best time for it, she knew she wasn't about to skip out on this, no sir. She had taken off her armor -- she didn't want to risk falling with the heavy metal -- and changed into warm, comfortable clothing.
"Hi!" Amelia chirped as she arrived. She kicked off her boots and set them delicately in the snow before sitting on a bench. She took a few minutes to tug on her skates, lacing them up snugly, and then wobbled over to the lake before sliding away with a giggle.

The Fire Dragon decided to remain a relatively large distance from the frozen lake. Breathing fire could come in extremely handy at times, but not when it could potentially ruin everyone's good time, melting the ice so many were enjoying.

"Aw, come on. Lighten up already!" Rei said, letting a laugh escape his chilled lips as he pulled the tactician to her feet. "Now, let's GO!" he shouted, sprinting across the ice, almost dragging Alihi behind him.

Nils walked over to where Fire Dragon was. A small smile was on his face. "Hey, Hikaru... Mind if I hang around?" Not really waiting for an answer, the bard sat down in the snow next to Fire Dragon.
