Tsukiyomi Morningstar Hattie chuckled at Pen. "There are loads of mine and Eric's... Antics recorded on this heap." "I've yet to find the time we hired that gang of midgets to act as a human chair, but I'm crossing my fingers. Always great for parties."

"There you go with your mouth again." Hattie sighed. "Babe, lets just get this whole mess over with, please. I'm not wearing undies and this leather is rubbin' me wrong!"

Laurel Talbot Eulalia Danae Laurel Talbot "Are you well, cousin? We were parted so suddenly..." Ora nodded, "I am well, Laurel, thank you. I trust they treated you well enough?" "They fed me, but I never saw anyone until the Matron came to take me from there." Ora nodded, "I'm glad to see she got you out. But why? We tried contacting her for days, and nothing. Seems an odd step for the woman to randomly intervene for us." Ora glanced over at Xeen. "Was that your doing?"

The way the Flesh market worked began with the slave-master's arrivale to the market and a requirement to register in, a process which included he listing his wares and the price he was requesting for their purchase. Then, with a fee, the slaver would be offered a spot in the market to set his wares on display. Some slavers preferred to handle the sale themselves, while others set their wares under the management of the market's hired sellers. The sellers managed and sold the wares of several owners, while taking a percentage fee for the service, most found this process more efficient, and the majority of the market's slaves were housed together in seller-managed holdings.
As Eric arrived at the market a guard pointed at a small kiosk, before reciting the same message he always said day and day out. "You must register yourself and all living wares at the booth. Upon finish, the appropriate wristbands will be dispensed from the booth. You must equip the wristbands onto all wares, immediately, before entering the market. Thank your for your patronage."

Eric nodded. "Which way to the buyer's market? I like these two, but I want to get more." As he spoke, he waved his hand for Pen and Hattie to get their wristbands, leaning on his cane.

Eric rapped Hattie's hand with his cane, shooting her a dirty glare. "Mind your whore mouth!"

Xeen shook his head. "There have been many other things I have been busy with. Namely harassing the Kore."

Ora tilted her head in interest at Laurel's words. "I will have to see then, I suppose."
"Then how did you get involved in my pick-up, Father? Did Laurel run into you at random?" Ora asked, and stood up.

The guard at the registration chuckled at the treatment of the slaves. "The buyers market is that way, however, when purchasing, you may only walk around with one personal slave. It's to cut down traffic of non-buyers, you understand. You'll have to check one of them in at the entrance to be picked up later." The guard paused eyeing the two women with a smile. "However, if you'd like to leave one of them here. I'd gladly watch her for you"

See, I'm needy, and these two keep me happy, and they gonna help me find someone to keep me extra happy. I do need their services. We have a deal?"

Eric shot Hattie a more reassuring look, and then turned to the guard. "Alrighty, sir..." He pulled out his wallet, counting out a large sum of bills, and handed it to the guard, "Enjoy yourself. And forget you saw one of them."

Pen glanced at Eric, playing with the wristband, but kept her quiet.
