Jacob was confused. "Hey love, just a minute. I swear I'll tell you what this is about." 'Maybe,' he added to himself. Then, knowing Edward would read his thoughts, he smiled to show he might've just been joking. "Ok, C'mon!" He told Edward. He pecked Nesie on the cheek, and waved lightly at Cassy, then followed Edward out.

Edward walked further out through the yard so that none of the vampires inside could hear Jacob and his conversation. Standing at the end of the Cullen large driveway he smiled lightly at Jake so he knew Edward wanted to chat. Sighing he began. "Jacob I know about you and Cassy liking each other, maybe a little too much. I am not here to lecture you but we need to speak. I don't want Nessie's heart getting broke or I will be forced to break something, got it? If there is anything happening between you and Cassy just let Nessie know first or me and i will tell her." Feeling guilt run through his body Edward knew Jacob would most likely deny this but he knew the truth. "Just don't hurt my little girl."

Jake hated to admit it, but why bother denying it? Edward could tell his thoughts anyway. "Ok, fine, Edward. I.. do like Cassy. She's relly nice and sweet. But I can't just give up Nessie. I love her. I do. If I broke her heart, trust me, I'd want to kill myself more than you would." He paused, not sure how Edward was taking this. But Jake was still alive, right? "I don't know what I'll do. Maybe you can help me out a little bit here?" Which was a stupid thing to ask, but Jake did anyway.

Edward shook his head and laughed at Jacob's question. "Jacob if it was up to me who my daughter chose to fall in love with it surely wouldn't be my wife's best friend. Your gonna have to do this one on your own." Punching him extremely softly for a vampire on the arm Edward turned and retreated back into the house. "Honey, I'm home."

Renesmee had heard every word they said.She walked to Jacob."Jake I heard every word you guys said.I would never want you to have a......realationship with Cassy but I wouldn't mind.Really i wouldn't mind.She likes you and you like her.Why don't you give her a chance."It was very odd of Nessie to want Jake to have a realtionship with Cassy.But she did.

Jacob was shocked. He couldn't beleive what Nessie was telling him. Didn't she... like him back as much as Jacob did? I mean, he did like Cassy, but would he really leave Nessie for her?? "Ness, look. I didn't mean it like that. I mean, I love you. I don't wnt to give anyone else a chance, if I can help it." He reached toward her, wrapping his arms around her.

Edward was shook also by Renesmee's decision and then at Jacobs. Listening to Jake's confession he smiled lightly. "Awh, that's sweet, now take your paws off my daughter in front of me." He winked at Nessie and then walked off back into the kitchen, everyone was still there. "Well, what did I miss?"

Jake was sheepish as he pulled away from Nessie. But Edward was gone inside, at least for now. So he leaned down and pecked Nessie on the lips. "I really do love you. I don't know what it is about her, but she's still not my baby. She's not you." He whispered to her.

Edward kissed the top of Bella's head and looked down at her. "I know you do and that might be helpful for Renesmee." Keeping his eyes on his wife Edward wrapped his arms around her also. "How has your day been my dear? I feel like I have hardly seen you." The vampire turned his head to see outside, it was sunny and a great day to go hunting. "Would you like to hunt with me later?"
