☢Looking for one x one rp on private thread!!☢I'll make this as short as I can while adding essential information. Literacy►Literate. Two paragraphs seems reasonable. I'm no writer but I make sure grammar and spelling is exquisite [harhar]. Characters►For the most part I only rp original characters, spanning from 10-25 years of age. Brief descriptions can be found aquí. Relevant to my INTERESTS►I can do any type of role play [at least I believe so, adventure is best for me]. ►I like modern rps but different time periods are alright too since I'm pretty knowledgeable of them. ► Yaoi if there's romance. I can't imagine my females having relationships at all;; [Oh, the men in skirts *drool*] ►Cliches are fun. DO NOT WANT►Romance only. No, just no. ►Non-original role plays. ►Mythical beings that aren't bad*ss like certain sparkling creatures of the night from a specific young adult romance novel. IDEAS►Alright, so I made this to basically look for some ideas and study interaction people would have given a certain situation, because I want to make an idea into a comic but I wouldn't have the slightest clue how other characters would go about the problems they face. One character I do [I'll be roleplaying him for this plot I want to try out. Yes to yaoi. Actually, I recommend it.] but for the other's not a clue. So here it is abridged: One friend decides he needs to get the heck out of America before 12/21/12, mainly because if he doesn't, he predicts Americans will get to hyped up with "the end of the world," people will fall into hysteria and start raiding, stealing, all that bad crap. He takes another friend with him, and they go on an uncanny adventure racing against the clock for a week or two in hopes to reach Canadia - the most deserted place he could think of - to rent a log cabin in the middle of nowhere to wait it all out. The guys should be total gaming/internet nerds [not stereotypical, but still those type of watching-anime-but-never-lets-anyone-know-besides-their-certain-group-of-friends kind]. My name is Sars. By this forum's standards, I am a literate to advanced roleplayer and I roleplay Hetero, Yaoi, and Yuri (I have never found a yuri roleplay that I actually enjoyed).
When I roleplay, I'm looking to have fun, so if I am not enjoying myself in our RP, I will tell you, and I expect you to do the same. Do not just stop replying. Not only is it rude, you also may be losing a chance at a good rp. Who knows? We could talk and works things out. Usually I type around one to four paragraphs. I can understand if sometimes you have writer's block, but I ask that you always write at least three sentences. I really don't think that it is too much to ask. Shove in a few good adjectives and really, you're set. Also, I prefer not to read anything over four paragraphs per character. Call me lazy, but walls of text just completely lose me. I grow bored with those very easily.
A few do's and don'ts to roleplaying with me. Everyone has them. Please respect mine.
~If you're going to be absent or unable to reply to a post for over a week, please tell me. Also, if I haven't replied to your post within a week and I have not informed you previously of an absence, nudge me a little. It's very possible that I did not receive it.
~Please talk to me if you've got and problems with the RP. Don't just leave me hanging.
~Do not use chatspeak. I cannot stress this enough. I don't mind if you use it in OOC, but when we're roleplaying, it's a big no no.
~Use some sort of signal such as [ ] or (()) or anything else to show me that you are talking OOC.
~If we're going to do hetero and you want to play female, I expect you to double. This way, we each play male and female. We're all happy. I do not accept the excuse that you "cannot" play male.
~Do not always expect me to play dominant.
~Please write in third person past tense.
~Please, plea~se, no perfect characters. Actually, adding on to that, no canon characters please. If you've been roleplaying as long as I have, you know how tedious and boring it gets when you roleplay against a character who's perfect or always depressed or is the child with the abusive parents and so on and so forth. I am not saying that your character cannot have abusive parents or anything like that, but if that is going to be the entire basis of your character, then we've got a problem.
As long as you can follow these rules, we'll have a perfectly good time. If you're interested, send me a PM with your favorite song as the title so that I know that you've read my rules.
Ways we can roleplay~
~I prefer that we roleplay over a messenger I am fastest over messenger. I have AIM, YIM, MSN, and Gmail chat. If you would like to roleplay one of those, send me a PM so that I can give you my screenname. I prefer not to post them all here.
~PM roleplays are all right too, but you can expect me to be a bit slower there.
~I am slowest through private thread, but will RP there is that is preferred.
Plots that I will not do
I generally do not have too many plots that I'm craving, so instead I am making a list for you of what I will not roleplay.
If it has been underlined it means that I may be convinced to do it if you've got a good plot or if I really like you as a roleplayer and feel that we can make it work.

Ehh, I'll try this out.
Alrighty then. I'm looking for a 1v1, obviously. I'm semi-literate for now, 'cause I havn't rped in, like, a couple years, so I might be rusty. I usually rp fandoms, you know, like movies, shows, animes, ect.
What I want:
-please post at least a lengthy paragraph. I understand that we all get writers block, but come on.
-starter posts contain at least 2-3 paragraphs. It's not really that hard, people.
-GRAMMAR. Plox.
-I talk OoC a lot, so, feel free to have a conversation while we are rping.
-a sense of humor.
-some romance, peeps! (NOT ALL ROMANCE.)
What I DON'T want:
-one liners.
-cybering. Ew.
-yaoi.
-character profiles. I hate them. Just describe them in your starting post.
-ditchers. I don't ditch, please don't ditch back. I'm a big boy, I can handly the truth.

Hello everybody~ -waves- My name is Sam. I'm turning fourteen in seventeen days, and I'm in love with role playing. School has created cobwebs in the writing gears with my brain, and I've been trying to squeeze time in to dust out the cobwebs.
I've been role playing for about two years now, and I've gone from one-liners to paragraphs of role playing. I try to write as much as possible, and while sometimes I lose some sort of motivation on school days, I always try to keep the posts at least a paragraph long. To be on the safe side, I'm semi-literate to literate. But, I'm more on the literate side. Sometimes I have my sparks of advanced-literate, but since you can't count on me for that, we're going to stick with mostly literate.
Alrighty. I am pretty laid back when it comes to role playing. I have preferences but I'm pretty tolerant for most things unless it's absolutely terrifyingly terrible. I role play hetero, yaoi, and yuri, but in all honesty I much prefer hetero.
For posts, I want at least four decent sentences, because we all have those bad days. I'd be happy with more than four sentences, and I try to write one to two paragraphs containing six to seven sentences each, more or less. All my posts, as I've stated before, have tried to reach to at least a paragraph of six, seven, or eight lengthy sentences. I'd love it if you could try to make it as error-less as possible, but we all have those moments where there is a grammar or spelling mistake you miss or don't know how to correct. If you're unsure about how something is spelled, just ask. I don't bite. ^^
While I have stated before that I am pretty tolerant for most things, I will not stand for perfect characters, chat speak, one-liners, etc. We all know the rule, no god-modding. I have my limitations on that rule. Of course, you gotta get hit sometime, and you can't kill your opponent without asking that person first. But, if the role play is 1x1, WHY would you want to kill him or her? Anyways, in the case of moving events along, you can sort of control characters a little bit-- for example, you may write, "Come on, the library is just down the hall!" A shouted to B, dashing out the door. With a glance at the clock she picked up her pace and sped down the hallway, skidding to a halt in front of the library door. A opened the door to the library after briefly catching her breath, and walked in as soon as B entered. Now, this could go either way. You would have to assume B wanted to go to the library with A. Normally this works with more than one person, so if this is 1x1 then a post such as the bold post above wouldn't be entirely necessary.
Moving on. I am into adventure, some fantasy, story lines based on anime or video games, some sci-fi, some school, some suspense, some mystery, and action, for the most part. I will admit that fight scenes are not my strong point, but I'm decent at them. Half the time I worry that I'm not injuring myself enough or that I'm godmodding unintentionally. If I ever do, just kindly tell me that I am and I'll try to fix myself. Everyone has room for improvement, and I do too.
Genres I don't enjoy doing would be horror, vampires [Twilight especially], furry, master/slave, and stuff like that. Sometimes I am not interested in sci-fi and school, as well as fantasies. I guess it depends on what the plot line is about.
On the topic about anime, video games, and the like, I am looking for:
• Death Note
• Ouran High School Host Club
• Naruto [but it's not my favorite, as I haven't watched the series in ages]
• Fruits Basket [I have not watched the entire series, but I'm getting to it and am interested in a role play like this]
• Kingdom Hearts
• Assassin's Creed
• Harry Potter [not a favorite]
• Crossovers
• Fable [if one could come up with a good plot line]
• Bourne series [Identity/Supremacy/Ultimatum]
For the most part, I will NOT do next-generation role plays unless I am convinced it would turn out interesting. Death Note next-generation role plays are okay for me, but I won't do Ouran or Fruits Basket. I prefer having canons for KH, AC, HP, Ouran, Furuba, and Naruto. DN can go either way. I openly allow OCs when role playing them, in fact most of the time I prefer it that way.
Mary-sues/Gary-stu's: Meh. Obvious ones such as the ones who try to act perfect or try to get sympathy from people with their tragic lives, I don't exactly enjoy. However, I'm not saying your character must have lived a happy life. I mean, I LOVE giving my characters a tragic background, but I only do it because I enjoy terrorizing my characters. I never want my characters looking for sympathy and I don't want their background to change how a person views someone. If my character is cold-hearted, whatever. She just is. Her life may have had something to do with it, but she's not looking desperately for someone to turn her life around and love her as soon as they realize what's happened to her. No, I don't like that. I have my mistakes, but I really don't aim for mary-sues.
When I role play as original characters, I try my hardest to stay in character, but I am definitely not the best. I prefer OCs, where I set up the personality and play them without any expectations. I suck when it comes to role playing as Kyoya Ootori from Ouran. I worry so much about getting them right that sometimes I inadvertently play them wrong. Don't flame me for it, but lemme know if a character ever seems too OOC for you. ^^
Speaking of OOC, I don't mind having a conversation while role playing. As long as they are in brackets or parenthesis so I can tell you're trying to talk to the real me, I don't mind. I love to talk to people and get to know them.
Aaaannnndddddd-- activity. I prefer it when people are posting at least once a day, but with school and work and whatnot in the way it gets tough. Lemme know if you know you're going to be out for a while, so I don't worry about you. Lol. And, as a warning for the future, there are days when I won't be able to get on at all. I have soccer every day of the week, but I have much time on my hands during the weekends as long as nobody calls me to their house or anything. Tennis season is coming along soon as well, which further blocks up my schedule. I'm getting this feeling that my English teacher shall be assigning a research assignment soon as well, and my head will be served on a platter if I procrastinate. I will try my hardest to stay active, don't get me wrong. But, if there is a day I don't appear, this is why.
And don't think I'm neglecting you if I don't respond at all and it says I'm online. Either I only have time to check messages or something, or it simply says I'm online when I really am not. My computer does this to me sometimes.
I role play over private messages, private forums, private threads, regular forums or threads, whatever. I'm not picky. I'll role play either 1x1 or in groups. Not picky about those either.

im looking for a well expirenced rper. i love to rp and i will rp anything and try any kind of rp but if i dont care for it i will let you know right away. i prefer to rp with guys but i will rp with girls. but i think guys add more interesting things in a rp. i dont care for rping outside of pms. and if you would like to get to know more about how i like to rp or what kinds i like to do and what the names of my characters are then pm me. but i normally like to have creative ideas and not to fond of following storylines from games or animes. if we do anything like that i will still create my own character and change the story. so pm me if you would like to know more or start a rp

Hi. I consider myself a literate RP'r and can easily make a four scentence limit. I do have a habit of requiring that as well though. My spelling isn't perfect but my message always get's across...unless I don't want it to. Anyways...I'm fairly open about what I'll do. I have no age limit on my actions but I'm not a fan of excessive blood and gore. The person in the picture is who I will always be playing as. I will go as Corian Wornen. Age can differ between 17 and 25.
What I will do: S&M, Highschool, TeacherxStudent (this does not have to be highschool, magic teacher work as well), AngelxDemon, HumanxAngel, HumanxDemon, Time doesn't matter though I prefer modern and up.
What I won't do: SPARKLE VAMPIRES, series characters, series parodies where the only choice is the characters. (I hold the right to add more to these lists later on)
What I WANT to do: Bleach based RP years later, ShinigamixArrancar.
