Katsu got into an offesive stance at the sound of the new arrivals. He recognized the girl Taro talked to and the man with wings from earlier. Katsu dropped his guard as Taro peeked through the doorway.
Taro smiled, "Hi Yumi! You see? I told you we would see each other again." he said.
Katsu stayed close to the boy, just in case they were followed.

"Is it alright if we stay here for the time being." Sosuke read Katsu's mind. "And yes we should be ready just in case they did follow us."
"Yeah! But where are the others?" Yumi ran up to Taro and gave him a great big hug.
Sosuke smiled at the children and turned to Katsu. "I will wait outside just in case."

Katsu nodded and several shadow creatures went outside as well, "I'm creating a perimeter, they will fight until destroyed." he informed Sosuke, "I will stay here, in case I missed something in the building."
Taro hugged Yumi back, "Kohaku went with the flying lady and Hisashi is still at the school with Kame." he said.

Soon enough, the sight of Adrian's white wings could be seen over the builidng and they were met with Katsu's shadow creatures. Adrian gave the shadows a frown and they backed away slowly. Giving a satisfied smile as she walked foward, her wings folded against her back covering Kohaku who still had his arms wrapped around her neck. She looked to the entrance of the building to find Soskue and she bowed her head.
"Hey there! What's going on here?"
Kohaku peeked from over Adrian's shoulder to see the other guardian but decided to keep quiet. He didn't want to have anyone make him do anything just yet.

Sosuke moved away from the door. "This is where we shall take refuge for now. I would bring the child inside where he will be safe. The UEOF is not defeated so easily. I am certain they will follow us here." He motioned for them to go in where the others were waiting for them.

Adrian gave Sosuke a nod and a smile.
"Right... but if the UOEF does show up, leave some of them for me, yeah?"
She walked past him slowly as she went inside the building, following the scent of the other two children and Katsu. When she found them, she gave them a friendly wave and opened her wings, allowing Kohaku to climb down.
Kohaku climbed down Adrian's back carefully and went over to Taro and Yumi.
"He-Hey guys, long time no see..."
He had a weak smile on his face. He was still confused about exactly what was going on but was glad to be away from the schoolhouse and with some familuar faces, even if Taro was there.

Katsu grumbled something about messing up his perimeter but was silent other than that.
Taro nodded curtly to Kohaku. He didn't want to say anything. So there they were, Katsu and Taro, the sulking ones because the ones they didn't like were around.

"Hey Kohaku!" Yumi was happy to see him even if Taro wasn't. She ran up to him and gave him a hug. At that instant, a roar of guns could be heard from outside the empty building.
Sosuke's ears perked up as he heard the loading of a gun. They were about to have an all out assault on the building. Not if I can help it. He soared up in the sky and identified his targets. The shadow creatures had discovered them as well. While there attention was drawn to Katsu's creatures, Sosuke attacked from behind with devistating force. He moved quickly, picking them off one by one. The UEOF soldiers never saw it coming.

Adrian turned swiftly to a window when she heard the gunshots ring throughout the air. She gave a smile but then turned to look at Kohaku.
Damn, I can't leave the kid alone...
"Hm... those are your shadow creatures out there..." She looked to Katsu now. "You can go held Sosuke if you must, I will protect the children." Her tone was serious and sincere, a note that now was not the time to like or dislike her at the moment.
Kohaku hugged Yumi and held onto her when he heard the gunshots, He was scared again and he looked to see Taro give him a glare.

Katsu grinned, "You read my mind!" he said and took his demon form. Katsu ran outside and tackled a soldier, another, another, another. None of the UEOF soldiers stood a chance against two demons with something to protect. Katsu set many of them on fire and summoned more shadow creatures. The vast group of soldiers that had looked so confident were now beginning to retreat from 15 shadow creatures and two demons. Katsu loved every second of it.
Taro looked after Katsu, "Will he be okay? I don't want him to die." he asked Adrian.

Adrian scoffed as she looked out the window.
"Trust me kid, he's having a great time right now..."
A floor board squeaked down the hall and Adrian turned quickly, her wings spread wide to hide the three children.
"Who's there?!"
She waited and listened and son heard the breathing of a hidden UEOF soldier. She shook her head and smiled.
"So simple... so fragile..."
She pulled her sword out and lit it on fire and flicked her wrists. The sword was suddenly sent flying forward and dissappeared. A second later, the groaning sound of a male UEOF soldier and a thump could be heard and the sword returned to her side, flame extinguished. She seethed her sword and put down her wings, crossing her arms.
"Hm... I guess those guys need to break back into thier forms... Anyways... "
Kohaku looked at Adrian with bright eyes at what she had done.
"Wow..."

Katsu threw a spiked elbow and hit a soldier in the chest, impaling him on the spike, Katsu burnt the body to ash before continuing his rampage. A trail of blood and bodies littered the ground behind him and all around him. Katsu sort of felt sorry for the fools that stayed behind as he slashed through them easily with his razor sharp claws.
Taro didn't understand, he didn't try to either. He just went back to glaring at Kohaku.

The four remaining soldiers were retreating, but Sosuke just needed one. He wanted some answers. He swooped down and picked up a random soldier. Sosuke could smell the fear coming from the soldier. He flew high up into the clouds holding the helpless soldier by the collar. "Why is the UEOF after these children?" The soldier screamed, "I don't know anything man! I swear! I'm just following orders!" Sosuke wasn't satisfied. He let go of him and let the soldier fall about fifty feet before catching him. "Next time I won't be so generous." The soldier was terrified. "Please man I don't know anything. Just let me go!" Sosuke read the soldier's deepest thought and could see he was telling the truth. "Very well, I will let you go!" Sosuke dropped the man and let him plummet to his death.
Yumi didn't know what to do with all of this fighting going on. She was trembeling. She hugged both Kohaku and Taro. "Let's stay together always, ok?"
