=P I tend to ignore the Nero name, and just go with Valor (the chapter I play at) when talking about it.
Neuf: Valor doesn't get too iffy about that. I mean you'll be told to stop charging, ja, with the shield, but I don't think they'd care about the pole-arm. As a spear user, I'm used to going for the legs in it. I got one of the nobles a few times in the junk, because that was the only place that his shield wasn't properly covering. Didn't get yelled at, though he did go and fight someone else.
I've been baseball batted in the mouth a few times, had people's glasses knocked off, someone fell off a bridge during a fight, someone ran into a wall, more groin shots, more face shots, swords to the throat kinda hurt, etc. Oh, and packets to the eyes...

Dont get me wrong- i celebrate Hanukkah and i really like having my moms great dinner and seeing "long lost" family. But I have to say I love christmas time! I love the decor. around town it looks so festive and mixes well with the cold weather! I love the lights and when i walk into a store it usually feels a bit "warmer" socially. People are also nicer around this time I have noticed. I just love the colors and lights! I guess it gives the dry winters we have were i live, a bit of a splash of color. I know I am a suck up/baby but i do like this time of year.

Christmas is interesting in my house. It likes to mix with other religions. Only half our family is Christian, so everything goes. Happy holidays is more like it in my house.

Dis Domnu I don't get Jew-food. sad I'z sads. I haven't had any of the foods, save matzo balls and latkes, that you guys are talking about. DD, you can make your own latkes and sufganiyot. Any of the recipes linked here will be tasty.

I try to remain intellectual but at the same time sarcastic.
The culture of the internet and its memes make me laugh for all the stupidest reasons therefore I love it.
Especially Raptor Jesus because when those foaming-at-the-mouth-Jesus-freaks criticize me for denouncing the Christian faith and picking up Judaism I flash the RJ card and they get mad at me for another reason.
I carry around a picture in my pocket just in case.
It's a self defense method which gets laughs, tears, and fists.
I love the people around here.

Just to clue everyone else in on Raptor Jesus Raptor Jesus is a 4chan meme, which basically pokes fun at Christianity by insisting that Jesus would be cooler if he was a carnivorous dinosaur. LordNeuf O HAI, I HERD U LIEK MUDKIPZ You heard right. biggrin Oh man. Raptor Jesus is the bomb diggity. My family is secular Christian, my extended family is baptist. Christmas is a big freakin' deal at my aunt's house, but all me and my mom do is put up the tree and maybe a special wreath. The Chanukyiah goes right next to the Christmas tree and the Chanukah bush goes upstairs next to my bedroom door. It's complete with teh CHANUKAH BURD at the top. xd Deep down I heart this time of year. But if I hear another version of Jingle Bells...well, I don't know what I'll do.
