Thundara smiles softly "Yeah this would be a nice place for someone could hide. This is were I hid from the world when I was younger." She moves her muzzle down and blows air across the ground. She moves her eyes over the grass slowly. Her eyes settle on the tree. She stretches her wings out wide. She then closes her wings warping them around her. "This place is my home away from the world." Her eyes move up the tree.

He watched her as she smiled and stretched her wings out. He looked up into the trees branches and listened to her words. This would have been the perfect place for him to hide when he was younger. If he had found this place back then he probably wouldn't have gotten into so much trouble as a foal. "This is a world all in its own. If I had a place like this I probably wouldn't have gotten in to as much trouble as I did when I was a foal." he said still looking up into the branches of the tree.

Thundara giggles softly. "I was a yearling, this place hid me from the cute things for the longest time." She flickers her ears lightly as she looks at him. The day was getting better the more the sun moved. She had never seen another Soquili before but she was kinda glad to meet another of her kind. The cute things would think twice before messing with two of them. Her courage was getting stronger the more she laid here. She did not know it it was her new friend or the tree.

Dustin shifted his weight and readjusted his wings on his back. It had been so long since he had come across one of his kind and it was a nice change. The day was certainly on of the best he had had this week. "Well then it is a good thing you were able to find this place to hide from the cute things since I wasn't there to protect you from them."

Thundara giggles "Well I did good on my own." She moved her head out of the branches for a moment looking around. She then pulls her head back in. "I will be right back." She stands and heads out of the Tree. She came back not much longer with a few branches. On them were blueberries. "I love snacking on these once in a while." She lays across from him and places a branch in front of him. She flickers her ears and looks at him with a soft smiles. She then pulls a Barry off the branch.

He chuckled as she went and came back with blueberries. "I would say you did well on your own. There seems to be plenty of food around here so you didn't have to go far to even find food." he said and took a couple of the berries off the branch and munched on them thoughtfully. He hadn't really had blueberries very much in his life so this was a rare delicacy that he was enjoying.

Thundara smiles as she watches him. "Well It is missing Other Soquili. This place can git rather boring when one is alone." She takes another berry and eats it. She then lifts her head and flicks her tail. "But Its better now that there is someone to talk to. " She smiles again "It will be dark in a few hours and this just happens to be one of the safest places around." She eats some more berries. "Its also dry encase of rain."

Dustin nodded and took a few more berries before pushing the rest towards her to finish. "Well, I am glad to be of some service to you. I will agree that it would be rather lonely being here all the time by yourself. But as you said, you have someone to talk to now." he said with a smile hoping that it was ok to do. He then looked up through the branches and saw that the sky was darkening. She had been right, it would be dark in a few hours but that didn't matter to him. "I don't mind the rain really. Its something that the earth needs and with me around this is now the safest place around." he said a little bit arrogantly but he didn't care.

Thundara smiles and eats some more berries before laying her head down. She yawns softly. She smiles up at him. I don't mind the rain its wet and makes people sad. I just cant stand snow. Its all cute and fluffy, Eh. " She makes a face if discuses at the though of snow. It was one of the things she strongly disliked. She looked up through the branches and sighed. The sun was setting and it was becoming dark. She has spent another day. She hoped tomorrow would be filed with less cute things now Dustin was here.

Dustin also yawned as the growing dusk turned into dark night. He didn't mind the snow either as it was a natural part of the world and the earth also needed it just as it needed the rain. He was going to tell her that soon the earth would be covered in the snow but he decided now was not the time. It was time that they sleep and rest up for tomorrow. Especially since he had no clue what tomorrow would bring. He laid he own head down and shifted his wings to get in a better comfortable position. "I suppose we should sleep now. The morning will come quickly enough." he said looking over to where she lay.

Thundara smiles and nods with a yawn. "Yeah we better git to sleep. When the stars come out it freaks me out and I cant sleep. " She looked at him and flickers her ears before yawning again and closing her eyes. She folded her wings around herself and laid there listening to the sounds of the forest around them She began to drift in and out. She flicks her tail lightly back and forth. She finally settles and falls asleep.
