I didn't forget Hungary! : o Casie already knew about her so I didn't mention her (did forget Bela though...)
Also I thought N. Korea was more of a fanon thing? Based off of Korea's femform

I'll keep you my dirty little secret...
Addressing the Quebec question on the first page, he shows up in a speech bubble in the "Fly Canada-san, Fly!" side series, in the one where the English and French argue over what language to sing the national anthem. I don't really know if it was as a joke, or if Quebec's actually canon.
And how exactly does Italy get in that box of oranges at the beginning anyway? gonk

The Quebec-tan idea comes from the fact that Quebec is pretty much its own entity within Canada. The major language is Quebecois (essentially French with a bastardized accent), although the major language of the rest of the country is English. Additionally, there was a recent vote to secede from Canada, but it was voted down by some 1-2% margin.
Mind you, I'm a filthy American working on gathered hearsay. ;D

No... I mean, if you made a thread in the roleplaying forum where you wanted to play Italy, Italy-tan can't come in and play Italy but can be some one else if they choose to.
That's what I'm thinking anyway.
