Triska EveLark looks up, having just finished putting Mr. Everest's clothes into the washing machine, to find the male in the door. She notices that he has dirtied his shirt and she nods, pushing the button to start the machine.
She then takes off her gloves, tossing them into the garbage bin nearby, and asks nonchalantly, "No extra shirt, eh? You want me to clean it for you and maybe a loaner shirt?"

"I have another shirt." Koji said hastily. "It's just in my room, and I didn't think to get it on my way here." By now, he had built up a large hatred for himself; he didn't know why, but he was getting worked up over this girl. 'I'll be back in a few." He said and quickly darted out of the room.

The anthro-human rolls her eyes and grabs another set of gloves, turning to Mrs. Sennel's bag of clothes. Simply, it was pairs of shirts and pants that had gotten soiled from her tumble down the hill the other day. It reeked that day and it still reeks today, especially since the bag kept the smell in for the three days that it had been sitting there.
-Aunt Reyen would kill me if she knew that I left here for three days....- she moans in her mind as she puts it into the second washing machine.
Once she puts it into the machine, she starts it and, after taking off the gloves, finds the de-odorizing spray to spray the room.
- Oh my gosh... - she cringes, - That's disgusting! -

Back in his room, Koji stripped off his shirt and stood for a second. He sighed again. "Damn." He said simply, putting on another, identical shirt. "What is wrong with me?" As he went across the length of the inn again, and opened the door, the smell from...something floored him. It was like an iron fist had slammed into his nostrils. "Oh my God! What IS that?" Koji cursed his stronger-than-most nose.

Triska coughs, "Umm.... Mrs. Sennel went skiing the other day and, after a full snow-drenching sweating day, she accidentally, at the end of the day, tumbled down the bottom of the hill further away from the Inn than she should have been and fell into... ummm... Some unmentionable stuff that was NOT part of our property, since she was not on the property. ...and stuff....."
She covers her mouth, gagging and laughing at the same time.

Koji couldn't help himself from laughing. He laughed his way over to Triska, holding out the egged shirt. "It must be tough having to deal with stuff like that on your job." He said between laughs.

She shrugs lightly as she takes the shirt from him, "It's my job. Believe you me, it's rather interesting sometimes."
Excusing herself for a second, she turns to the third machine and puts his shirt in it.
"Do you have other things you want washed with it, by the way?" she asks with a smile, though still coughing a bit, "I mean, if you want other things washed? And... Did you want me to make you breakfast? I could if you want me to, so you don't have to worry about it since it is your vacation...."

"No, don't worry about that." Koji insisted. "I can do my own laundry and cook my own food. You deserve to get a little break if you see-or rather smell- stuff like this." He laughed again.

A puff of air escapes her, as she is baffled yet again by this male: pfft.
"By the way," she says, putting on another set of gloves to deal with the Garret families' clothes, "What is your name? I didn't catch it earlier, which was probably my fault because I was probably not paying attention..."

She picks starts separating the Garret family's clothes but says, "My name, like I said earlier - when you woke up suddenly by the fireplace - is Triska EveLark."
Looking up from where she is (bending over the pile of clothes), she says, "It's nice to meet you, Koji."

"It's nice to meet you too, Triska." Koji said, mentally stressing the name so that he could remember it. "You have an interesting last name...do you know of its origins?"

She shakes her head, returning to sorting the Garret family's clothes, but says, "My uncle says that a long time ago, we had a male elvish ancestor. My dad says that it could be a Native name, simply putting two natural names into one. Who knows...? Either could be possible."

Now realizing that it was a rather nerdish question to ask, Koji grew quiet. "Ah, I see. Well, i'll just...get out of your way now." He hastily made his retreat. He normal had such an easy time talking to anyone. 'Maybe the thought of being stuck inside is driving me nuts.' He thought, staring out at the snow without really focusing on it.

Triska smiles, finding the boy to be once again very interesting yet strange. There is nothing she must say as he leaves the laundry room, so she continues working on the laundry piles. Once she is able to get the Garret family's laundry sorted, she starts their load as well as Koji's load.
"Koji... Interesting name, just like he is," she chuckles, taking her gloves off.
