Zentrancon in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Sunday October 16 2005. Lasts from 12 noon, until 10 p.m. eastern time. It's an anime/manga/sci-fi convention, and it has video game tournaments, a cosplay contest, anime videos, and shopping, shopping, shopping.

Animazement I'm pretty sure has just completed it's 8th year this year around, and Anime USA is going on it's 7th as of Novmember of this year.

Kellin (Aug 2004) I'm a big fan of No Brand Con, which is finally moving out of the university and into a hotel conference center. It's held in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, just a short trek due east of the Twin Cities in MN. I've been going there for the past two years, and I really like their setup and their people. www.nobrandcon.com is the website. I'm "Cap'n Kellin" on their forums, in case anyone feels the need to be social.
Both myself, my girlfriend/boss Taeliac, and a bunch of goon...er, "assistants" will be Vending there again this year. We've been involved with the 'con for the past (almost) 4 years, and it's very much a "family".

We need some more cons out this way. It seems like a lot of the bigger ones are further eat or in the midwest. Of course, about the whole US is east of me hehe.
